本发明公开了一种植物来源的防晒组合物及其在化妆品中的应用。本发明所述的防晒组合物主要含有以下质量份的组分:谷维素0.1‑10份、姜黄素0.1‑10份。本发明实施例提供的防晒组合物按照特定比例进行搭配,富含的多种功效成分互相调和、协同,具有良好的紫外线吸收能力,能够有效抵御紫外线引起的对物体/人体的劣化或伤害,防晒效果明显。将本发明的防晒组合物应用在化妆品中,除具有防晒功效外,还具有调理营养肌肤的护肤功效,且没有发现对人体皮肤有刺激作用。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体的涉及一种植物来源的防晒组合物及其在化妆品中的应用。
背景技术
紫外线是指太阳光中波长100-400nm的光线,分为UVA(320-400nm)、UVB(280-320nm)和UVC(100-280nm)三个波段。到达地球表面的紫外线仅仅是太阳射线的6%,但是其导致橡胶、油漆、油墨等的质量劣化(如变色、褪色、强度降低或损坏),还导致人体皮肤红斑、光老化、头发损伤、晒黑等。因此人们不得不将紫外线吸收剂加入各种产品,以防止加入了紫外线吸收剂的产品或涂抹覆盖了这些产品的物体/人体受到紫外线引起的劣化或伤害。
人们已经研究出很多化学紫外线吸收剂,根据其结构分类主要有:肉桂酸类、PABA类、二苯酮类、水杨酸类、杂环类、樟脑类、二苯甲酰基甲烷类、查尔酮类等。然而化学防晒剂越来越不受欢迎,一方面,用于人体皮肤的化学紫外线吸收剂受到安全性、应用时的触感(比如油腻感)、复合进入防晒化妆品时溶入基质的溶解性等方面的限制。基于安全原因,我国《化妆品卫生规范》只批准了少量的化学防晒剂并设定了限用量。另一方面,化学防晒剂不利于生物降解,对环境具有毒性。随着人们对环境保护、对天然的向往,绿色化学成为新的潮流,绿色化学提倡在化学产品的设计、开发和加工生产过程中减少或消除使用或产生对人类健康和环境有害物质。因此,在这一趋势下,在防晒领域应用来源天然、可再生的植物资源成为新的研发方向。如中国专利CN 102961319 B公开了一种含全天然防晒成分的护肤组合物, 其防晒成分为 2 -30wt% 超细珍珠粉、2-15%γ-谷维素和1-10% 山柰提取物的组合。中国专利CN 103445989 B公开了一种防晒护肤组合物,该组合物的主要原料为小米糠油、谷维素、低聚原花青素、二氧化硅和二氧化钛等。
由上述可知,使用从植物中提取的活性物作为防晒成分对于抵御紫外线引起的对物体/人体的劣化或伤害具有重要的意义。基于此,本发明提供了一种与现有技术不同的防晒组合物及其应用,该防晒组合物含有从不同种类的植物中提取的活性成分,具有显著的吸收紫外线效果,应用在化妆品中还具有良好的护肤作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供了一种植物来源的具有防晒功能的组合物,该组合物具有良好的紫外线吸收效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种防晒组合物,所述防晒组合物含有以下质量份的组分:谷维素0.1-10份、姜黄素0.1-10份。在其中一些实施例中,所述防晒组合物含有以下质量份的组分:谷维素5份、姜黄素5份。
优选的,所述防晒组合物还可以含有羌活醇0.1-1份、丁香酚0.1-1份。
进一步优选的,所述防晒组合物还可以含有辣木籽油10-20份。
进一步优选的,所述防晒组合物还可以含有抗氧化剂。所述抗氧化剂可以为生育酚、维生素E醋酸酯、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、异抗坏血酸钠、茶多酚、植酸甘草抗氧化物、抗坏血酸钙、脑磷脂、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、4-己基间苯二酚、抗坏血酸、迷迭香叶提取物、类胡萝卜素中的一种或一种以上的组合。
更进一步优选的,所述的防晒组合物为β-环糊精包合物。
本发明实施例还提供了上述的β-环糊精包合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将谷维素、姜黄素、抗氧化剂、羌活醇、丁香酚和辣木籽油混合,加热溶解制得油相;2)在搅拌下将油相缓缓加入到饱和β-环糊精水溶液,然后开启超声波处理;3)冷却至室温,干燥成粉末即可。
在其中一些实施例中,所述的β-环糊精包合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将谷维素、姜黄素、抗氧化剂、羌活醇、丁香酚和辣木籽油混合,加热溶解制得油相;2)在搅拌下将油相缓缓加入到饱和β-环糊精水溶液,其中油相与β-环糊精的质量比为(1:5)-(1:10),然后开启240W超声波处理3-5分钟,保温搅拌1-2小时;3)冷却,室温贮藏1-5小时,真空冷冻干燥为粉末即可。
第二方面,本发明还提供了上述防晒组合物在制备化妆品中的应用,所述化妆品剂型可以为膏霜、乳液、水剂、油剂、粉剂等。
本发明实施例提供了一种具有防晒功能的护肤霜,包括以下质量百分含量的各组分:如前所述的防晒组合物:1-10%、甘油3-8%、丙二醇3-8%、羧甲基 β-葡聚糖钠0.5-3%、甜菜碱0.5-3%、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30 烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.1-1%、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.1-1%、异壬酸异壬酯3-5%、环己硅氧烷3-5%、环聚二甲基硅氧烷3-5%、植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯1-2%、鲸蜡硬脂醇1-2%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷1-2%、PEG-100 硬脂酸酯1-2%、甘油硬脂酸酯1-2%、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物0.1-1%、马齿苋(PORTULACA OLERACEA)提取物0.1-1%、银耳(TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS)多糖0.1-1%、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物0.1-1%、羟苯甲酯0.15-0.25%、苯氧乙醇0.1-0.3%、水 余量。

2、本发明实施例提供的β-环糊精包合的防晒组合物改善了防晒组合物的水溶性,还使防晒活性成分免受光、氧、热以及某些因素的影响而得到保护,使防晒组合物的效力和保存期延长。
3、本发明的护肤霜,添加了羧甲基 β-葡聚糖钠、本发明所提供的防晒组合物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物、马齿苋(PORTULACA OLERACEA)提取物、银耳(TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS)多糖积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物等功效成分,经有效比例科学复配而成,成分互相调和、协同,不但具有良好的抵御紫外线伤害的作用,还能补充皮肤所需的水分和营养,调理、平衡肌肤状况,使肌肤水润充盈。

本发明所述的谷维素,是存在于米糠油中的阿魏酸和多种三萜(烯)醇的混合醋。谷维素具有清除自由基、抗氧化、降血脂、降血糖、抑制癌细胞生长、调节中枢及心脏自主神经等功能。谷维素的分子结构中含有较多的共轭双键,具有吸收紫外线的能力。
本发明所述的姜黄素,姜黄素是从姜科、天南星科中的一些植物的根茎中提取的一种二酮类化合物。医学研究表明,姜黄素具有降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗炎、利胆、抗氧化等作用。姜黄素分子结构中含有较多的共轭双键,具有吸收紫外线的能力。
本发明所述的羌活醇,伞形科羌活中提取制得的活性成分,药理性质为:散表寒,祛风湿,利关节。治感冒风寒,头痛无汗,风寒湿痹,项强筋急,骨节酸疼,风水浮肿,痈疽疮毒。羌活醇分子结构中含有较多的共轭双键,具有吸收紫外线的能力。
本发明所述的丁香酚,存在于大自然的很多植物里,主要存在于丁香油、樟脑油、肉桂叶油、肉豆蔻油中,具有麻醉、抗菌、抗氧化、抗癌等生理活性。丁香酚分子结构中存在苯环等形成较多的共轭双键,具有吸收紫外线的能力。
本发明所述的辣木籽油,为辣木科辣木属植物的种子获得的油脂。辣木籽油所含的脂肪酸主要以不饱和脂肪酸为主, 油酸含量为 65.7%, 约为其饱和脂肪酸含量25.3%(其中棕榈酸 9.3%、硬脂酸 7.4%、山酸 8.6%) 的2.6 倍。辣木籽油是谷维素、姜黄素等成分的良好溶剂,其含有的不饱和脂肪酸分子结构中还存在一些共轭双键,有一定的紫外线吸收能力。
实施例1
一种包合有防晒组合物的β-环糊精包合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将谷维素0.1kg、姜黄素10kg和C12-15醇苯甲酸酯20kg混合,加热溶解制得油相;2)在搅拌下将油相缓缓加入到饱和β-环糊精水溶液,其中油相与β-环糊精的质量比为1:5,然后开启240W超声波处理5分钟,保温搅拌1小时;3)冷却,室温贮藏5小时,真空冷冻干燥为粉末即可。
实施例2
一种包合有防晒组合物的β-环糊精包合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将谷维素1kg、姜黄素0.1kg和C12-15醇苯甲酸酯20kg混合,加热溶解制得油相;2)在搅拌下将油相缓缓加入到饱和β-环糊精水溶液,其中油相与β-环糊精的质量比为1:10,然后开启240W超声波处理3分钟,保温搅拌2小时;3)冷却,室温贮藏1小时,真空冷冻干燥为粉末即可。
实施例3
一种包合有防晒组合物的β-环糊精包合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将谷维素5kg、姜黄素5kg和C12-15醇苯甲酸酯15kg混合,加热溶解制得油相;2)在搅拌下将油相缓缓加入到饱和β-环糊精水溶液,其中油相与β-环糊精的质量比为1:8,然后开启240W超声波处理3分钟,保温搅拌2小时;3)冷却,室温贮藏1小时,真空冷冻干燥为粉末即可。

一种包合有防晒组合物的β-环糊精包合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将谷维素5kg、姜黄素5kg、羌活醇1kg、生育酚0.01kg、丁香酚0.1kg和C12-15醇苯甲酸酯15kg混合,加热溶解制得油相;2)在搅拌下将油相缓缓加入到饱和β-环糊精水溶液,其中油相与β-环糊精的质量比为1:8,然后开启240W超声波处理4分钟,保温搅拌1.5小时;3)冷却,室温贮藏2小时,真空冷冻干燥为粉末即可。

一种包合有防晒组合物的β-环糊精包合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将谷维素5kg、姜黄素5kg、羌活醇1kg、BHT 0.05kg、丁香酚0.1kg和辣木籽油15kg混合,加热溶解制得油相;2)在搅拌下将油相缓缓加入到饱和β-环糊精水溶液,其中油相与β-环糊精的质量比为1:8,然后开启240W超声波处理4分钟,保温搅拌1.5小时;3)冷却,室温贮藏2小时,真空冷冻干燥为粉末即可。

实施例13
(1)稳定性试验:对实施例7-12所制得的护肤霜进行稳定性测试,将其分别置于45℃、室温和-15℃环境下放置30天,然后观察是否发生变色、变味等异常现象,具体结果见表1.

通过对比实验得出表1的结果可见:
实施例7-8所制得的护肤霜在45℃环境下放置一个月后发生了颜色轻微变黄的问题,而实施例9-12所制得的护肤霜则无异常,说明β-环糊精包合的防晒组合物改善了防晒组合物的稳定性。
(2)防晒测试
按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)第八章第2节所记载的SPF值测定方法对实施例9-12和对比例3-4所制得的护肤霜进行了SPF值测定,具体结果见表2。

通过对比实验得出表2的结果可见:
对比例3-4与实施例9的结果对比可见,谷维素和姜黄素合用SPF值比两者单用的总和要高,具有协同效应;
实施例9与实施例10-11的结果对比可见,羌活醇和丁香酚的加入对防晒组合物的防晒效果有明显的促进作用;
实施例11与实施例12的结果对比可见,本发明加入的辣木籽油的加入对防晒组合物的防晒效果有明显的促进作用。
(3)消费者试用测试
对实施例7-12所制得的护肤霜进行消费者试用测试,每组志愿者15名,早晚各使用1个月,均反映皮肤肌肤水润充盈,防晒效果良好,且没有发现有过敏现象。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种防晒组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒组合物含有以下质量份的组分:谷维素0.1-10份、姜黄素0.1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒组合物含有以下质量份的组分:谷维素5份、姜黄素5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒组合物还含有羌活醇0.1-1份、丁香酚0.1-1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒组合物还含有辣木籽油10-20份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒组合物还含有抗氧化剂,所述抗氧化剂生育酚、维生素E醋酸酯、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、异抗坏血酸钠、茶多酚、植酸甘草抗氧化物、抗坏血酸钙、脑磷脂、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、4-己基间苯二酚、抗坏血酸、迷迭香叶提取物、类胡萝卜素中的一种或一种以上的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其特征在于,所述的防晒组合物为β-环糊精包合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防晒组合物,其特征在于,所述的β-环糊精包合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将谷维素、姜黄素、抗氧化剂、羌活醇、丁香酚和辣木籽油混合,加热溶解制得油相;2)在搅拌下将油相缓缓加入到饱和β-环糊精水溶液,然后开启超声波处理;3)冷却至室温,干燥成粉末即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防晒组合物,其特征在于,所述的β-环糊精包合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将谷维素、姜黄素、抗氧化剂、羌活醇、丁香酚和辣木籽油混合,加热溶解制得油相;2)在搅拌下将油相缓缓加入到饱和β-环糊精水溶液,其中油相与β-环糊精的质量比为(1:5)-(1:10),然后开启240W超声波处理3-5分钟,保温搅拌1-2小时;3)冷却,室温贮藏1-5小时,真空冷冻干燥为粉末即可。
9.权利要求1-6任一项所述的防晒组合物在制备化妆品中的应用。
10.一种具有防晒功能的护肤霜,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分含量的各组分:权利要求1-6任一项所述的防晒组合物1-10%、甘油3-8%、丙二醇3-8%、羧甲基 β-葡聚糖钠0.5-3%、甜菜碱0.5-3%、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30 烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.1-1%、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.1-1%、异壬酸异壬酯3-5%、环己硅氧烷3-5%、环聚二甲基硅氧烷3-5%、植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯1-2%、鲸蜡硬脂醇1-2%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷1-2%、PEG-100 硬脂酸酯1-2%、甘油硬脂酸酯1-2%、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物0.1-1%、马齿苋(PORTULACA OLERACEA)提取物0.1-1%、银耳(TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS)多糖0.1-1%、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物0.1-1%、羟苯甲酯0.15-0.25%、苯氧乙醇0.1-0.3%、水 余量。
