Abstract
本发明涉及一种寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体。传统大棚所用的都是单层保温被,保温效果及保温时间差,遇到雨雪天气,保温被容易淋湿,安装拆卸不便。一种寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体,其组成为:大棚骨架,大棚骨架(1)顶端固定有一组螺杆(2),大棚骨架外侧设置有防水膜一(3),防水膜一外侧设置有棉被(4),棉被外侧设置有防水膜二(5),防水膜二外侧设置有毛毡层(6),毛毡层外侧喷涂有水泥层(7),水泥层外侧喷涂有涂料层(8),防水膜一、棉被、防水膜二、毛毡层、水泥层和涂料层的顶端套在螺杆上,防水膜一、棉被、防水膜二、毛毡层、水泥层和涂料层的底端设置在地凹槽(9)内。本发明应用于寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体。
背景技术:
目前大棚技术普遍用于农业种植,所用的都是单层保温被,保温效果及保温时间不显著,而且遇到雨雪天气,保温被容易淋湿,安装拆卸不方便,同时现有的保温措施在防雨和防火性能上做的还不够完善,一些温室大棚存在起火和受潮的情况出现,严重影响了生产效果。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体,其组成包括:大棚骨架,所述的大棚骨架顶端固定有一组螺杆,所述的大棚骨架外侧设置有防水膜一,所述的防水膜一外侧设置有棉被,所述的棉被外侧设置有防水膜二,所述的防水膜二外侧设置有毛毡层,所述的毛毡层外侧喷涂有水泥层,所述的水泥层外侧喷涂有涂料层,所述的防水膜一、棉被、防水膜二、毛毡层、水泥层和涂料层的顶端套在螺杆上,所述的防水膜一、棉被、防水膜二、毛毡层、水泥层和涂料层的底端设置在地凹槽内,所述的防水膜从底部向上包裹住毛毡层、水泥层、棉被。
所述的寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体,所述的棉被为一层或多层。
所述的寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体,所述的水泥层的厚度为1mm-5mm,所述的棉被的厚度为10cm-40cm,所述的防水膜的厚度为0.3mm-1.5mm,所述的毛毡层的厚度为1mm-100mm。
所述的寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体,所述的水泥层包括高号水泥、107胶、水泥早强剂、水,其重量份数为:高号水泥16份-48份、107胶0.15份-0.45份、水泥早强剂1.6份-4.8份、水32.25份-96.75份。
所述的寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体,所述的水泥层包括高号水泥、107胶、水泥早强剂、水,其重量份数为:高号水泥16份、107胶0.15份、水泥早强剂1.6份、水32.25份。

所述的寒地生态阳光温室保温墙体,所述的水泥层的喷涂方法为,首先将107胶0.15份-0.45份与5份-15份的水进行混合打胶,然后将打胶后的107胶水溶液和水泥早强剂1.6份-4.8份、水32.25份-96.75份、高号水泥16份-48份份加入到搅拌容器内进行搅拌,最后通过喷涂机喷涂即可。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明通过在大棚骨架上设置毛毡、棉被、防水膜,使得整个大棚的保温、防水性有了很大的提高,同时在毛毡上喷涂水泥层,水泥层可以很好的进行阻燃防火,保证了大棚的安全性,同时在大棚骨架底部通过防水膜将棉被、毛毡向内包裹,这样可以很好的保证大棚骨架底部不会被雨水侵蚀。
本发明结构简单、操作方便,同时具有高保温、高防水性使得在寒地生态地区可以有效地应用,毛毡层、棉被、防水膜直接套在大棚骨架上的螺杆上,安装有拆卸都很便捷。
