the production link traceability data reporting terminal is used for reporting production link traceability data and position coordinates to the server by a production enterprise and storing the production link traceability data and the position coordinates in the server;
the circulation link traceability data reporting terminal is used for a circulation enterprise to report circulation link traceability data and position coordinates to a server and store the circulation link traceability data and the position coordinates in the server;
the server is used for storing the position coordinates of the operator and an electronic traceability circulation data pool formed by production link traceability data and circulation link traceability data;
the electronic traceability circulation data pool is used for analyzing and summarizing, calculating the operation data of the operator, and pushing the operation data and the position coordinates of the operator to a nearby seller query platform;
the nearby seller inquiry platform is used for inquiring a nearby seller by a consumer through a commodity bar code, a commodity bar code and a production date or a tracing code and displaying the nearby seller to the consumer in a map coordinate point marking mode;
the system is also used for the supervision personnel of the area to inquire the distribution of the nearby sellers and commodities and supervise the information of the nearby sellers and commodities;
the server comprises a data storage module, an analysis and summary module and a data pushing module, wherein the analysis and summary module is respectively connected with the data storage module and the data pushing module;
the data storage module is used for storing the position coordinates of an operator and the electronic source tracing circulation data pool;
the analysis and summary module is used for analyzing and summarizing by utilizing the electronic traceability circulation data pool and calculating the operation data of the operator;
the data pushing module is used for pushing the operation data and the position coordinates of the operator to a nearby seller query platform;
the food safety-based query system for the nearby sellers further comprises a third-party shared data extraction platform, a supervision platform and an enterprise platform, wherein the third-party shared data extraction platform, the supervision platform and the enterprise platform are all connected with the server;
the third party shared data extraction platform is used for extracting the enterprise data to be reported from the third party shared data platform and storing the enterprise data in the server;
the server is also used for calculating whether each enterprise reports data within a given time threshold value by utilizing the enterprise data to be reported and the electronic traceability circulation data pool, and generating early warning information and pushing the early warning information to a supervision platform or an enterprise platform by the enterprise which does not report;
the supervision platform is used for the supervision personnel to inquire out the early warning information of each day, and timely analyze, process and punish according to the early warning information;
the enterprise platform is used for reporting personnel to check the early warning information by the enterprise, and timely subsidizing data to avoid supervision punishment;
2. the food safety-based query system for nearby sellers as claimed in claim 1, wherein the analysis and summary module calculates the operator's business data as follows:
analyzing all sales data and stock data from a manufacturer, a wholesaler and a retailer by using an electronic traceability circulation data pool;
calculating summarized data through analyzed sales data and shipment data:
and calculating the operation data of the operator through the summarized data.

The food safety-based query system for nearby sellers as claimed in claim 2, wherein the analysis and summary module further sorts the business data according to their dates of shipment to calculate the latest date of shipment; the nearby seller query platform also presents the latest date of purchase of the nearby seller of the goods to the consumer.

The food safety-based query system for nearby sellers, as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a manual entry-supplementing terminal connected to the server, wherein the manual entry-supplementing terminal is configured to supplement enterprise data to be reported, which is missed by the third-party shared data extraction platform, in a manual entry-supplementing manner.

The food safety-based nearby seller query system according to claim 1, wherein the production link traceability data reporting terminal and the circulation link traceability data reporting terminal report data by adopting a WebService interface, Excel batch reporting or webpage direct reporting mode; and the third-party shared data extraction platform incrementally extracts the enterprise data to be reported from the third-party shared data platform in a dblink mode.
6. The food safety-based query system for nearby sellers as claimed in claim 1, wherein the data storage module is further configured to store enterprise data to be reported;
the analysis and summary module is further used for calculating whether each enterprise reports data within a given time threshold value or not according to the enterprise data to be reported and the electronic traceability circulation data pool, and generating early warning information for the enterprises which do not report;
the data pushing module is also used for pushing the early warning information to a supervision platform or an enterprise platform.
7. The food safety-based nearby seller query system according to claim 6, wherein the analysis and summary module generates the warning information as follows:
acquiring enterprise data to be reported, and circularly processing each enterprise according to the following process;
obtaining the latest production link traceability data reporting time of the enterprise by using the production link traceability data;
utilizing the circulation link traceability data to obtain the latest circulation link traceability data reporting time of the enterprise;
comparing the latest production link traceability data reporting time with the latest circulation link traceability data reporting time, and taking the maximum value as the latest traceability data reporting time of the enterprise;
comparing the latest source tracing data reporting time with the current time, wherein the difference value is the non-reporting time;
if the unreported time is more than or equal to the first threshold and less than the second threshold, generating early warning information pushed to the enterprise platform;
and if the unreported time is greater than or equal to the second threshold value, generating early warning information pushed to the supervision platform.
8. The food safety-based query system for nearby sellers as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first threshold and the second threshold are set by a supervision platform.
