一种风能与光能互补型自发电式LED路灯系统,由一台风力发电机、小型蓄电池、外来电源、LED灯泡、一套自动控制装置组成,所述的小型风力发电机带有随风力方向转动的自动控制装置,LED灯泡采用小功率半导体管,其特征在于:所述的风力发电机对蓄电池充电,储存电能,用于无光能时使用。本发明,可以减少启动力矩,充分发挥风能和光能发电的双重优势;从而可以克服现有技术中自然能源在轻风、弱光条件下,风光互补发电系统供电可靠性差、节能效果不佳与不利于推广应用的缺陷,以实现自然能源供电可靠性好、节能效果好与扩大使用区域及利于推广应用的优点。

一种风能与光能互补型自发电式LED路灯系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种风电互补LED路灯,具体地涉及一种风能与光能互补型自发电式LED路灯系统。
技术背景
目前,风光互补照明技术的发展势头日益高涨,其产品应用的范围越来越广,功能越来越多。但也存在一些急待解决的问题,太阳能分布广泛,到处都有,而且有一定的规律, 但分布不均。风能的分布虽然也有一定的规律,但分布不广泛,尤其是大多地区的风速很低,在很大程度上限制风能的应用范围。一般来讲,白天太阳辐射强,风比较少,而阴雨天、夜间、冬季风较多,夏天电力有余,冬天电力严重不足,由于路灯系统不宜安装大面积的光伏电池,而且经济性很差,无推广意义。因此,市场迫切需要一种太阳能、风能在时间和空间的分布上不受影响的风光互补发电系统。在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在自然能源在轻风、弱光条件下,风光互补发电系统供电可靠性差、节能效果不佳与不利于推广应用等缺陷。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种耗电量低,并采用可再生能源(风能)的风能与光能互补型自发电式LED路灯系统。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种风能与光能互补型自发电式LED路灯系统,由一台风力发电机、小型蓄电池、外来电源、LED灯泡、一套自动控制装置组成,所述的小型风力发电机带有随风力方向转动的自动控制装置,LED灯泡采用小功率半导体管,其特征在于:所述的风力发电机对蓄电池充电,储存电能,用于无光能时使用。
本发明,可以减少启动力矩,充分发挥风能和光能发电的双重优势;从而可以克服现有技术中自然能源在轻风、弱光条件下,风光互补发电系统供电可靠性差、节能效果不佳与不利于推广应用的缺陷,以实现自然能源供电可靠性好、节能效果好与扩大使用区域及利于推广应用的优点。

具体实施方式
由图1知,一种风能与光能互补型自发电式LED路灯系统,由一台风力发电机1、小型蓄电池2、外来电源3、LED灯泡4、一套自动控制装置5组成,所述的小型风力发电机1带有随风力方向转动的自动控制装置5,LED灯泡4采用小功率半导体管,所述的风力发电机1对蓄电池2充电,储存电能,用于无光能时使用。
本发明的第一个特点是用LED灯替代高压钠灯和卤素灯,现有路灯使用的大多是250W高压钠灯和卤素灯,如用LED灯在同等照度下只需50W左右,并寿命提高5倍。
本发明的第二个特点是采用小型风力发电机,据气象部门统计,仅上海地区一年中有275天风力大于3级(风速
3.4~5.4m/s),可以风力发电,即可节约四分之三市电。
本发明的第三个特点是风电互补,自动切换,白天有风时,风力发电对蓄电池充电,储存电能。夜晚有风时,风力发电点亮LED灯,同时对蓄电池充电,使其处于“浮充”状态。风电不足时,蓄电池供电,蓄电池最少只需储备一个夜晚路灯照明所需电能,可以做得很小,大大节省电池成本。而在夜晚无风时,则由市电供电。
本发明的第四个特点是我们自行设计和研制的小型高效风力发电机,体积小,重量轻,每台只有几公斤重,完全可以安装在现有路灯电线杆顶端,制造成本几百元,2~3年节省的电费就能收回投资。
本发明的第五个特点是小型风力发电机可随风向自动转动,且具有超速保护功能,以保证风能充分利用,安全使用。
本发明的第六个特点是我们设计的自动控制系统从多方面保证路灯自动、安全工作,包括蓄电池充、放电自动切换装置,市电供电和蓄电池供电自动切换装置,路灯自动开关装置,以及DC/DC型,AC/DC型LED灯驱动装置等。因此,蓄电池供电不足时,市电(外来电力)可随时点亮LED路灯。
