本发明涉及LED散热领域,特别涉及一种LED汽车头灯散热装置。
背景技术
目前市场上的LED汽车灯散热器主要是用铝、铜材质的固有的散热方式,这些散热器普遍受制于汽车总成的空间不够,从而限制后装LED汽车灯体积过大,散热体无法有效灵活地分布在灯光总成里面。
而传统的柔性散热体所用的编织带很容易叠加在一块,形成热量的堆积,市面上的柔性散热带的成本不易控制、性能不稳定,材料成型难度高,加工程序复杂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED汽车头灯散热装置,结合LED汽车灯的散热需求,用大面积的铝鳍片散热,鳍片可以结合汽车灯总成自由弯曲变形,放到相对宽阔的地方,以解决现有技术导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种LED汽车头灯散热装置,其中,LED汽车头灯散热装置设置在LED汽车灯泡处,LED汽车头灯散热装置包括至少一组可产生形变的鳍片式散热片组,鳍片式散热片组的一端与散热座连接,鳍片式散热片组由至少两片铝制散热片组成。
优选的,铝制散热片上设置有多个通风孔。
优选的,至少两片铝制散热片之间设置有限位块,其中,限位块用于防止至少两片铝制散热片叠合。
优选的,当至少两片铝制散热片上下设置时,限位块以等间距设置于相邻的两片铝制散热片之间。
优选的,铝制散热片的厚度在0.1-2.5mm之间。
优选的,当LED汽车头灯散热装置包括至少两组鳍片式散热片组时,鳍片式散热片组均匀周向排列。
优选的,当LED汽车头灯散热装置包括两组鳍片式散热片组时,两组鳍片式散热片组呈一字设置。
优选的,当LED汽车头灯散热装置包括四组鳍片式散热片组时,四组鳍片式散热片组呈十字设置。
优选的,鳍片式散热片组设置在散热座的侧壁,散热座的轴线位置设有定位孔,LED汽车头灯设置在定位孔内,散热座由铝材料制成。
优选的,散热座由多个铝块自上而下通过紧固件连接而成,每一鳍片式散热片组的至少两片铝制散热片的一端与多个铝块的侧壁一一对应连接。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构的LED汽车头灯散热装置,该鳍片式散热片组用在LED汽车灯可以解决灯的无法变形,不可以有效利用汽车灯光总成的空间等缺陷;可以充分利用鳍片式散热片组的变形充分利用汽车灯总成的有限空间,并提高散热性能。

具体地,LED汽车头灯散热装置可以包括一组或者多组鳍片式散热片组,鳍片式散热片组相对容易变形,并且不易主动变形,在鳍片式散热片组在安装时,可以由安装人员固定位置,在位置固定后,鳍片式散热片组不会变形。
需要说明的是,鳍片式散热片组可以由多片铝制散热片组成,可以增加散热面积,提高散热效果。
在本申请实施例中,通过上述LED汽车头灯散热装置设置在LED汽车头灯处,LED汽车头灯散热装置包括至少一组可产生形变的鳍片式散热片组,鳍片式散热片组的一端与散热座连接,鳍片式散热片组由至少两片铝制散热片组成的方法,充分利用鳍片式散热片组的变形充分利用汽车灯总成的有限空间,在提高空间使用率的基础上,提高散热效率,减少故障发生几率。
可选地,铝制散热片上设置有多个通风孔。
具体地,在铝制散热片上设置通风孔,通风孔可以形成热流的对流,从而加快散热,增加散热面积,提高散热效果。
可选地,至少两片铝制散热片之间设置有限位块,其中,限位块用于防止至少两片铝制散热片叠合。
具体地,限位块可以限定两片铝制散热片的相对位置,防止铝制散热片叠合在一起,避免因散热片叠合在一起造成的散热效果下降,以及因散热效果下降对汽车部件造成的损害,从而保证了LED汽车头灯散热装置的工作时的效率,提高LED汽车头灯散热装置工作时的安全性。
可选地,当至少两片铝制散热片上下设置时,限位块以等间距设置于相邻的两片铝制散热片之间。
可选地,铝制散热片的厚度在0.1-2.5mm之间。
可选地,当LED汽车头灯散热装置包括至少两组鳍片式散热片组时,鳍片式散热片组均匀周向排列。
具体地,当LED汽车头灯散热装置包括二组及二组以上的鳍片式散热片组时,鳍片式散热片组可以是均匀设置,鳍片式散热片组两两之间的夹角度数可以是相同的。
可选地,当LED汽车头灯散热装置包括两组鳍片式散热片组时,两组鳍片式散热片组呈一字设置。
可选地,当LED汽车头灯散热装置包括四组鳍片式散热片组时,四组鳍片式散热片组呈十字设置。
可选地,鳍片式散热片组设置在散热座的侧壁,散热座的轴线位置设有定位孔,LED汽车头灯设置在定位孔内,散热座由铝材料制成。
可选地,散热座由多个铝块自上而下通过紧固件连接而成,每一鳍片式散热片组的至少两片铝制散热片的一端与多个铝块的侧壁一一对应连接。
具体地,鳍片式散热片组中的每一片铝制散热片的一端可以依序设置在多个铝块中相邻的两个铝块之间。其中,铝制散热片的数量与铝块的数量可以相同也可以不同。例如,铝制散热片的数量可以是4片,铝块的数量可以是4块,可以是5块,也可以是6块,可以根据实际情况进行设置。
需要说明是,经过实际测算,本申请实施例中的LED汽车头灯散热装置,在同等表面积的条件下,散热效果提高50%,相比传统的散热器散热快60%。
下面结合具体应用场景,详细说明本发明的一种可选的实施方式。以LED汽车头灯散热装置包含两组可产生形变的鳍片式散热片组为例,图1是根据本发明实施例的一种可选的LED汽车头灯散热装置的结构示意图;图2是根据本发明实施例的一种可选的LED汽车头灯散热装置中鳍片式散热片组的结构示意图;图3是根据本发明实施例的一种可选的LED汽车头灯散热装置的鳍片式散热片组的侧视图,如图1、图2和图3所示:一种LED汽车头灯散热装置,该散热装置设置在LED汽车头灯3处,所述散热装置为由铝制散热片2组成的鳍片式散热片组1,铝制散热片2由铝片冲压成型。鳍片式散热片组1的一端与散热座9连接。
鳍片式散热片组1设置在散热座的侧壁,散热座的轴线位置设有定位孔4,LED汽车头灯3设置在定位孔4内,该散热座由铝材料制成。
散热座由多个铝块5自上而下通过螺栓6固定而成,铝制散热片2设置在两个铝块5之间;铝制散热片2上设有通风孔7,铝制散热片2上设有限位块8。
本发明结构的LED汽车头灯散热装置,该鳍片式散热片组用在LED汽车灯可以解决灯的无法变形,不可以有效利用汽车灯光总成的空间等缺陷;可以充分利用鳍片式散热片组的变形充分利用汽车灯总成的有限空间;散热片增加通风孔、限位块令鳍片式散热片组不易叠加在一起。
还需要说明的是,与现有的柔性散热带相比,柔性散热带的成本不易控制、性能不稳定,材料成型高,加工程序复杂,本申请实施例中的LED汽车头等散热装置中的鳍片式散热片组成本低,获取容易,加工简易,可以降低加工成本,提高生产效率。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED汽车头灯散热装置,所述LED汽车头灯散热装置设置在LED汽车灯泡处,其特征在于,所述LED汽车头灯散热装置包括至少一组可产生形变的鳍片式散热片组,所述鳍片式散热片组的一端与散热座连接,所述鳍片式散热片组由至少两片铝制散热片组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED汽车头灯散热装置,其特征在于,所述铝制散热片上设置有多个通风孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED汽车头灯散热装置,其特征在于,所述至少两片铝制散热片之间设置有限位块,其中,所述限位块用于防止所述至少两片铝制散热片叠合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED汽车头灯散热装置,其特征在于,当所述至少两片铝制散热片上下设置时,所述限位块以等间距设置于相邻的两片所述铝制散热片之间。
5.根据权利要求3所述的LED汽车头灯散热装置,其特征在于,所述铝制散热片的厚度在0.1-2.5mm之间。
6.根据权利要求3所述的LED汽车头灯散热装置,其特征在于,当所述LED汽车头灯散热装置包括至少两组所述鳍片式散热片组时,所述鳍片式散热片组均匀周向排列。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED汽车头灯散热装置,其特征在于,当所述LED汽车头灯散热装置包括两组所述鳍片式散热片组时,两组所述鳍片式散热片组呈一字设置。
8.根据权利要求6所述的LED汽车头灯散热装置,其特征在于,当所述LED汽车头灯散热装置包括四组所述鳍片式散热片组时,四组所述鳍片式散热片组呈十字设置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的LED汽车头灯散热装置,其特征在于,所述鳍片式散热片组设置在所述散热座的侧壁,所述散热座的轴线位置设有定位孔,LED汽车头灯设置在所述定位孔内,所述散热座由铝材料制成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的LED汽车头灯散热装置,其特征在于,所述散热座由多个铝块自上而下通过紧固件连接而成,每一所述鳍片式散热片组的所述至少两片铝制散热片的一端与所述多个铝块的侧壁一一对应连接。
