本发明公开了一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯,包括灯座和灯珠,灯座上方设有接线座,灯座内设有空腔,灯座前端设有灯珠卡口,灯珠卡口上设有螺纹,灯珠卡口通过螺纹与灯珠旋接,灯珠卡口上设有接线柱。在灯座内设有空腔可以给灯座更多的散热空间同时也方便灯座里面导线的连接工作,特设的灯珠卡口,让灯珠安装在灯座上更牢固。灯座的前端面上设有若干散热孔,灯座后端设有散热扇;灯座前端面上设有多个散热孔是为了及时的将热量从灯珠卡口处散发到空腔中来,灯座后端设有小功率的散热扇能够加快空腔里面热量的散出。灯座靠近散热扇的侧面上设有螺栓孔,方便灯座针对不同灯珠的散热要求而更换不同功率的风扇。

一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车灯具,尤其涉及一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯。
背景技术
汽车前照灯又叫前大灯,装于汽车头部两侧,用于夜间行车道路的照明,有两灯制和四灯制之分。由于前照灯的照明效果直接影响夜间行车驾驶的操作和交通安全,因此世界各国交通管理部门多以法律形式规定了其照明标准。汽车的前照灯一般有白炽、卤素、氙气等类型,随着汽车技术的发展,轿车前照灯也有很大的变化,现在汽车的前照灯以卤素灯、氙气灯为主,过去那种可装卸的自炽灯泡和白炽真空前照灯都先后被淘汰。
传统汽车车灯的灯座不耐热,也不能及时的散出热量,当汽车灯使用一段时间之后就发热,如果没有耐高温的材料,和及时的散热装置,汽车灯就会将灯泡底座烧熔,如果发热量更大的话就会烧毁整个汽车灯,当然如果灯泡在高温的环境下工作也会影响其发挥照明性能。并且传统汽车车灯的灯珠工作电压高,功耗大,发热高,故障率高,一旦使用中出现灯具漏电或供电线路磨损,极易造成事故,因此,需要一种结构稳定及低电压电路来解决此问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯,包括灯座和灯珠,所述灯座上方设有接线座,灯座内设有空腔,灯座前端设有灯珠卡口,灯珠卡口上设有螺纹,灯珠卡口通过螺纹与灯珠旋接,所述灯珠卡口上设有接线柱;所述灯座的前端面上设有若干散热孔,热量可通过散热孔从灯珠卡口处散发到空腔中来;灯座后端设有散热扇,散热扇能够加快空腔里面热量的散出;
所述灯珠包括封装基板,封装基板上设有LED芯片,LED芯片表面设置有一层荧光粉,沿封装基板的外侧固定有塑料壳体,所述塑料壳体与封装基板之间形成有凹槽,沿该凹槽的侧壁扣有透镜,所述透镜内的腔体填充硅胶,所述封装基板中部柱体凸出于凹槽底面;所述LED芯片的正负极分别通过两根金线引出有两个电极引脚,两个电极引脚穿过封装基板与灯珠卡口上的接线柱接触。
优选地,所述灯座由陶瓷材料构成。
优选地,所述散热扇的功率为5-50W。
优选地,所述灯座靠近散热扇的侧面上设有螺栓孔,方便灯座针对不同灯珠的散热要求而更换不同功率的风扇。
优选地,所述封装基板为铝基板。
优选地,所述塑料壳体为绝缘材料,不会出现漏电情况;所述透镜呈半圆形,所述封装基板中部柱体凸出于凹槽底面10-20mm。
优选地,所述灯珠连接有一低压电路,该低压电路中电连接有降压型转换器芯片,所述降压型转换器芯片的BST引脚、LX引脚之间连接有0.1μF电容C5,所述LX引脚还连接100μH带磁芯电感器L1、稳压二极管D1,所述带磁芯电感器L1的另一端连接LED A,并且在其连接的节点上连接有两个电容,两个电容分别是68μF电容C2、0.1μF电容C7,所述降压型转换器芯片的VIN引脚连接ON/OFF引脚,并且两个引脚都连接两个电容,两个电容分别是47μF电容C8、47μF电容C9,所述降压型转换器芯片的VD引脚连接0.22μF电容C1,所述降压型转换器芯片的FB引脚连接10K电阻R1、21.5K电阻R5,所述电阻R1另一端连接LED B,在其连接的节点上分别连接有三个电阻,该三个电阻分别是15K电阻R2、15K电阻R3、15K电阻R4;所述降压型转换器芯片的型号为MAX5035。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、在灯座内设有空腔可以给灯座更多的散热空间同时也方便灯座里面导线的连接工作,特设的灯珠卡口,让灯珠安装在灯座上更牢固。灯座的前端面上设有若干散热孔,热量可通过散热孔从灯珠卡口处散发到空腔中来;灯座后端设有散热扇,散热扇能够加快空腔里面热量的散出。
2、灯座靠近散热扇的侧面上设有螺栓孔,方便灯座针对不同灯珠的散热要求而更换不同功率的风扇。
3、灯珠的塑料壳体为绝缘材料,不会出现漏电情况,在塑料壳体中间设置的封装基板用于散热,其热量传导给灯具上的另一个散热器,能够使热量快速散发出去,增加了漫光灯灯珠的使用寿命。
4、灯珠连接的低压电路能够使漫光灯灯珠正常工作,增加其寿命,降压型转换器芯片MAX5035的输出电流可达1A,该调节器能够准确控制流过漫光灯灯珠或几个串联的漫光灯灯珠的电流。此电路可以在较宽的输入电压范围内控制并保持恒定的漫光灯灯珠电流,保证了漫光灯灯珠的正常工作。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-4,一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯,包括灯座1和灯珠7,所述灯座1由陶瓷材料构成,灯座1上方设有接线座3,灯座1内设有空腔5,灯座1前端设有灯珠卡口6,灯珠卡口6上设有螺纹,灯珠卡口6通过螺纹与灯珠7旋接,所述灯珠卡口6上设有接线柱8。陶瓷材料的灯座1是灯座1上各部分的载体,同时又可以耐高温,保持整体结构的稳定性;在灯座1内设有空腔5可以给灯座1更多的散热空间同时也方便灯座1里面导线的连接工作,特设的灯珠卡口6,让灯珠7安装在灯座1上更牢固。所述灯座1的前端面上设有若干散热孔9,灯座1后端设有散热扇2,散热扇2的功率为5-50W;灯座1前端面上设有多个散热孔9是为了及时的将热量从灯珠卡口6处散发到空腔5中来,灯座1后端设有小功率的散热扇2能够加快空腔5里面热量的散出。所述灯座1靠近散热扇2的侧面上设有螺栓孔,方便灯座1针对不同灯珠7的散热要求而更换不同功率的风扇。
所述灯珠7包括封装基板71,封装基板71为铝基板;所述封装基板71上设有LED芯片78,LED芯片78表面设置有一层荧光粉75,沿封装基板71的外侧固定有塑料壳体72,所述塑料壳体72与封装基板71之间形成有凹槽,沿该凹槽的侧壁扣有透镜77,所述透镜77内的腔体填充硅胶76,所述封装基板71中部柱体凸出于凹槽底面;所述LED芯片78的正负极分别通过两根金线74引出有两个电极引脚73,两个电极引脚73穿过封装基板71与灯珠卡口6上的接线柱8接触。所述塑料壳体72为绝缘材料,不会出现漏电情况,在塑料壳体72中间设置的封装基板71用于散热,其热量传导给灯具上的另一个散热器,能够使热量快速散发出去,增加了漫光灯灯珠7的使用寿命。所述透镜77呈半圆形,所述封装基板71中部柱体凸出于凹槽底面10-20mm。
所述灯珠7连接有一低压电路,该低压电路中电连接有降压型转换器芯片,所述降压型转换器芯片的BST引脚、LX引脚之间连接有0.1μF电容C5,所述LX引脚还连接100μH带磁芯电感器L1、稳压二极管D1,所述带磁芯电感器L1的另一端连接LED A,并且在其连接的节点上连接有两个电容,两个电容分别是68μF电容C2、0.1μF电容C7,所述降压型转换器芯片的VIN引脚连接ON/OFF引脚,并且两个引脚都连接两个电容,两个电容分别是47μF电容C8、47μF电容C9,所述降压型转换器芯片的VD引脚连接0.22μF电容C1,所述降压型转换器芯片的FB引脚连接10K电阻R1、21.5K电阻R5,所述电阻R1另一端连接LED B,在其连接的节点上分别连接有三个电阻,该三个电阻分别是15K电阻R2、15K电阻R3、15K电阻R4。降压型转换器芯片控制漫光灯灯珠7,最高释放电压为36V,本发明的漫光灯灯珠7具有节能、安全、环保、寿命长的优点。所述降压型转换器芯片的型号为MAX5035。

1.一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯,包括灯座和灯珠,其特征在于,所述灯座上方设有接线座,灯座内设有空腔,灯座前端设有灯珠卡口,灯珠卡口上设有螺纹,灯珠卡口通过螺纹与灯珠旋接,所述灯珠卡口上设有接线柱;所述灯座的前端面上设有若干散热孔,热量可通过散热孔从灯珠卡口处散发到空腔中来;灯座后端设有散热扇,散热扇能够加快空腔里面热量的散出;
所述灯珠包括封装基板,封装基板上设有LED芯片,LED芯片表面设置有一层荧光粉,沿封装基板的外侧固定有塑料壳体,所述塑料壳体与封装基板之间形成有凹槽,沿该凹槽的侧壁扣有透镜,所述透镜内的腔体填充硅胶,所述封装基板中部柱体凸出于凹槽底面;所述LED芯片的正负极分别通过两根金线引出有两个电极引脚,两个电极引脚穿过封装基板与灯珠卡口上的接线柱接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯,其特征在于,所述灯座由陶瓷材料构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯,其特征在于,所述散热扇的功率为5-50W。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯,其特征在于,所述灯座靠近散热扇的侧面上设有螺栓孔,方便灯座针对不同灯珠的散热要求而更换不同功率的风扇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯,其特征在于,所述封装基板为铝基板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种经反射电光源的汽车漫光灯,其特征在于,所述塑料壳体为绝缘材料,不会出现漏电情况;所述透镜呈半圆形,所述封装基板中部柱体凸出于凹槽底面10-20mm。
