本发明公开了一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道,旨在解决LNG保冷管道保冷效果不佳,相邻两管道连接端存在泄漏的风险的不足。该发明包括管道本体、发泡保冷层、保护外层,发泡保冷层和保护外层之间设有蜂窝保冷层,蜂窝保冷层包括环形的保冷管,保冷管上轴向密布蜂窝孔,蜂窝孔内填充发泡剂;管道本体两端均设有连接段,连接段端部紧密连接有法兰,相邻两管道本体之间通过法兰紧密连接,连接段呈波纹管状结构,相邻两管道本体之间连接有用于隔离连接段的导流套,导流套两端向外扩张且分别紧密贴合在相邻两管道本体内壁上,导流套两端分别伸入两管道本体的深度大于与导流套两端对应的连接段的长度。

一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道
技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送管道,更具体地说,它涉及一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道。
背景技术
为了便于运输,天然气一般冷却至-162摄氏度使之凝结成液态的天然气(LNG)进行输送。由于它是一种热值大、清洁、高效的能源,使用十分普遍。LNG输送的过程中温度在-162摄氏度以下,因此需要对管道进行绝热保冷,而且需要保证LNG管道连接位置的密封性能,但是目前使用的很多LNG保冷管道保冷效果不佳,相邻两管道连接端由于热胀冷缩的缘故存在泄漏的风险。
发明内容
本发明克服了LNG保冷管道保冷效果不佳,相邻两管道连接端存在泄漏的风险的不足,提供了一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道,它的保冷效果好,相邻两管道连接端密封效果好,热胀冷缩的过程中不存在泄漏的风险。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道,包括管道本体、发泡保冷层、保护外层,发泡保冷层和保护外层之间设有蜂窝保冷层,蜂窝保冷层包括环形的保冷管,保冷管上轴向密布蜂窝孔,蜂窝孔内填充发泡剂;管道本体两端均设有连接段,连接段端部紧密连接有法兰,相邻两管道本体之间通过法兰紧密连接,连接段呈波纹管状结构,相邻两管道本体之间连接有用于隔离连接段的导流套,导流套两端向外扩张且分别紧密贴合在相邻两管道本体内壁上,导流套两端分别伸入两管道本体的深度大于与导流套两端对应的连接段的长度。
管道本体用于LNG的输送,蜂窝保冷层、发泡保冷层对LNG管道进行绝热保冷,保护外层对整个LNG保冷管道进行防护。保冷管内密布的蜂窝孔填充发泡剂,进行多层绝热保冷,大大提高了绝热保冷效果。相邻两管道本体之间通过法兰连接,LNG保冷管道输送LNG后,管道本体受热胀冷缩的影响具有回缩的趋势,由于在管道本体两端设置了波纹管状结构的连接段,该连接段具有缓冲的作用,给管道本体的热胀冷缩提供余量,避免两管道本体法兰之间出现位移,而使法兰之间密封面出现泄漏现象。导流套的设置防止波纹管状结构的连接段对介质的流动产生阻碍,确保介质的舒畅流动,而且将两管道本体的法兰之间的连接面与介质隔离,进一步提高了密封性能。导流套两端向外扩张且分别紧密贴合在相邻两管道本体内壁上,受介质压力作用,导流套两端能够与管道本体内壁紧密贴合,增加了一道密封面,从而提高密封性能。这种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道保冷效果好,相邻两管道连接端密封效果好,热胀冷缩的过程中不存在泄漏的风险。
作为优选,导流套为耐低温橡胶套。耐低温橡胶套具有一定的柔性,便于安装到管道本体内,而且密封性好。
作为优选,相邻两法兰之间安装有若干圈密封圈。两法兰之间连接密封性好。
作为优选,管道本体与法兰之间密封焊接在一起。密封焊接的连接方式连接可靠,密封性好。
作为优选,管道本体与发泡保冷层之间设有缓冲层,管道本体外壁上涂抹有脱模剂层。缓冲层的设置有利于对提高管道本体安装的平稳性,脱模剂层便于拆装维护过程中管道本体的拆卸。
作为优选,法兰上均布设有若干连接孔,相邻两法兰的连接孔之间螺栓连接,其中一法兰靠近外边缘的端面上设有限位凸环,另一法兰靠近外边缘的端面上和限位凸环对应设有环形缺口,限位凸环与环形缺口适配连接,限位凸环外壁上均布连接有若干个定位螺钉,定位螺钉端部径向抵接在环形缺口侧壁上。
相邻两法兰连接时,先将限位凸环适配插接到环形缺口位置,并将两法兰上的连接孔对准,然后将螺栓插接到连接孔内实现两法兰之间的连接锁紧,然后拧紧定位螺钉,使定位螺钉端部紧密抵接在环形缺口侧壁上,实现两法兰之间径向完全限位,使两法兰之间实现完全的刚性连接,避免两法兰之间存在切向移动现象,从而保证了两法兰连接的密封性能。
作为优选,保护外层和蜂窝保冷层之间设有密封胶层。密封胶层的设置使保护外层和蜂窝保冷层连接成一个整体,保护效果好。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:蜂窝形LNG保冷管道保冷效果好,相邻两管道的连接端密封效果好,热胀冷缩的过程中不存在泄漏的风险。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体描述:
实施例:一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道(参见附图1、附图2),包括管道本体1、发泡保冷层3、保护外层4,保护外层为金属层。发泡保冷层和保护外层之间设有蜂窝保冷层12,蜂窝保冷层包括环形的保冷管13,保冷管上轴向密布蜂窝孔14,蜂窝孔内填充发泡剂15。管道本体两端均设有连接段5,连接段端部紧密连接有法兰6,相邻两管道本体之间通过法兰紧密连接,相邻两法兰之间安装有两圈密封圈,两法兰端面紧密贴合在一起。连接段呈波纹管状结构,相邻两管道本体之间连接有用于隔离连接段的导流套7,导流套为耐低温橡胶套,导流套两端向外扩张且分别紧密贴合在相邻两管道本体内壁上,导流套两端分别伸入两管道本体的深度大于与导流套两端对应的连接段的长度。法兰内壁均布设有若干条插槽8,导流套外壁中间位置和插槽对应设有若干条插条9,插槽和插条均与法兰轴线平行设置,插条可横向滑动连接在插槽内。管道本体与法兰之间密封焊接在一起。管道本体与发泡保冷层之间设有缓冲层2,管道本体外壁上涂抹有脱模剂层。法兰上均布设有若干连接孔,相邻两法兰的连接孔之间螺栓11连接,其中一法兰靠近外边缘的端面上设有限位凸环16,另一法兰靠近外边缘的端面上和限位凸环对应设有环形缺口17,限位凸环与环形缺口适配连接,限位凸环外壁上均布连接有若干个定位螺钉18,定位螺钉端部径向抵接在环形缺口侧壁上。保护外层和蜂窝保冷层之间设有密封胶层10。
管道本体用于LNG的输送,蜂窝保冷层、发泡保冷层对LNG管道进行绝热保冷,保护外层对整个LNG保冷管道进行防护。保冷管内密布的蜂窝孔填充发泡剂,进行多层绝热保冷,大大提高了绝热保冷效果。相邻两管道本体之间通过法兰连接,LNG保冷管道输送LNG后,管道本体受热胀冷缩的影响具有回缩的趋势,由于在管道本体两端设置了波纹管状结构的连接段,该连接段具有缓冲的作用,给管道本体的热胀冷缩提供余量,避免两管道本体法兰之间出现位移,而使法兰之间密封面出现泄漏现象。导流套的设置防止波纹管状结构的连接段对介质的流动产生阻碍,确保介质的舒畅流动,而且将两管道本体的法兰之间的连接面与介质隔离,进一步提高了密封性能。导流套两端向外扩张且分别紧密贴合在相邻两管道本体内壁上,受介质压力作用,导流套两端能够与管道本体内壁紧密贴合,增加了一道密封面,从而提高密封性能。这种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道保冷效果好,相邻两管道连接端密封效果好,热胀冷缩的过程中不存在泄漏的风险。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

Claims (7)

1.一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道,包括管道本体、发泡保冷层、保护外层,其特征是,发泡保冷层和保护外层之间设有蜂窝保冷层,蜂窝保冷层包括环形的保冷管,保冷管上轴向密布蜂窝孔,蜂窝孔内填充发泡剂;管道本体两端均设有连接段,连接段端部紧密连接有法兰,相邻两管道本体之间通过法兰紧密连接,连接段呈波纹管状结构,相邻两管道本体之间连接有用于隔离连接段的导流套,导流套两端向外扩张且分别紧密贴合在相邻两管道本体内壁上,导流套两端分别伸入两管道本体的深度大于与导流套两端对应的连接段的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道,其特征是,导流套为耐低温橡胶套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道,其特征是,相邻两法兰之间安装有若干圈密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道,其特征是,管道本体与法兰之间密封焊接在一起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道,其特征是,管道本体与发泡保冷层之间设有缓冲层,管道本体外壁上涂抹有脱模剂层。
6.根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道,其特征是,法兰上均布设有若干连接孔,相邻两法兰的连接孔之间螺栓连接,其中一法兰靠近外边缘的端面上设有限位凸环,另一法兰靠近外边缘的端面上和限位凸环对应设有环形缺口,限位凸环与环形缺口适配连接,限位凸环外壁上均布连接有若干个定位螺钉,定位螺钉端部径向抵接在环形缺口侧壁上。
7.根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种蜂窝形LNG保冷管道,其特征是,保护外层和蜂窝保冷层之间设有密封胶层。
