本发明涉及羊毛加工技术领域,具体涉及一种羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂。
背景技术:
从羊身上剪下的羊毛称为原毛,原毛中除羊毛纤维外,还含有大量的杂质。由于原毛中含有杂质,因此不能直接用于毛纺生产。原毛杂质分为天然杂质和外来杂质两类,天然杂质主要为羊身上的分泌物羊脂、羊汗及养只本身的排泄物;外来杂质主要为草屑、草籽及砂土等。为了去除原毛上的天然杂质需要对原毛进行洗毛,由于这些杂质不溶于水,因此需要使用乳化剂或有机溶剂才能洗除。但乳化剂的大量使用会对原毛的羊毛纤维造成一定的影响,降低原毛的柔软手感;而采用有机溶剂洗毛虽然洗涤效果好,但存在溶剂易挥发而污染工作环境的问题,并且部分有机溶剂会对原毛羊毛纤维造成不可逆的破坏。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种洗毛效果好、使用安全性高且不会多羊毛纤维造成不利影响的羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
预糊化淀粉5-10份、改性聚氧化乙烯2-4份、β-环状糊精2-4份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵1-2份、羊毛醇1-2份、葡萄糖酸钠1-2份、椰子粉0.5-1份、聚乙烯醇树脂0.5-1份、小苏打粉0.5-1份、磷酸二氢钠0.3-0.5份、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.1-0.3份、水100-150份;
所述改性聚氧化乙烯经聚氧化乙烯改性而成,其改性方法为:将聚氧化乙烯加入3-5倍重量份水中,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,再加入氢化蓖麻油和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,继续回流保温混合10min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至35-40℃,并加入羧甲基纤维素钠、水解聚马来酸酐和聚天门冬氨酸,保温混合15min后以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒研磨成粉末,即得改性聚氧化乙烯。
所述聚氧化乙烯、氢化蓖麻油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、水解聚马来酸酐和聚天门冬氨酸的质量比为15-20:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.3-0.5:0.1-0.3。
聚氧化乙烯经过上述改性处理,在降低其水溶液粘性的同时增强其絮凝作用,从而提高其对天然杂质的吸附效果。
所述氢化蓖麻油使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将氢化蓖麻油以5℃/min的升温速度升温至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入聚季铵盐和瓜尔胶,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至0-5℃保温静置30min,并再次微波处理5min,所得混合物以10℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,最后研磨成粉末。
氢化蓖麻油经过上述预处理,不仅增强其与有机高分子物质的相容性,还能大大提高其水溶性。
所述氢化蓖麻油、聚季铵盐和瓜尔胶的质量比为10-15:0.3-0.5:0.1-0.3。
所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、功率700W。
所述羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入改性聚氧化乙烯、羊毛醇和聚乙烯醇树脂,并以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,再加入聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、磷酸二氢钠和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,继续回流保温混合10min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至45-50℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向预糊化淀粉中加入β-环状糊精、椰子粉和小苏打粉,再以5℃/min的升温速度升温至50-55℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II和葡萄糖酸钠,充分混合后静置30min,然后以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,最后自然冷却至室温,即得羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制去除剂澄清透明且无味,使用方便,使用时只需将羊毛原毛浸渍于去除剂中,5min后取出再用清水冲洗,即可有效去除天然杂质,去除率达到99%以上;并且不会对羊毛原毛的羊毛纤维造成损伤,保证原毛的柔软度和蓬松度;同时能大大减轻原毛上的异味,降低原毛后续去味的处理成本。

实施例1
(1)向100份水中加入4份改性聚氧化乙烯、1份羊毛醇和0.5份聚乙烯醇树脂,并以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,再加入1份聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、0.3份磷酸二氢钠和0.1份N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,继续回流保温混合10min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至45-50℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向10份预糊化淀粉中加入2份β-环状糊精、0.5份椰子粉和0.5份小苏打粉,再以5℃/min的升温速度升温至50-55℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II和1份葡萄糖酸钠,充分混合后静置30min,然后以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,最后自然冷却至室温,即得羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂。

实施例3
将实施例1和实施例2所制去除剂用于羊毛原毛天然杂质的去除,使用方法为:先将羊毛原毛浸渍于所制去除剂中,5min后取出,再用清水冲洗,并对其去除效果进行测定。
测定结果显示,使用实施例1和实施例2所制去除剂分别处理羊毛原毛,对其天然杂质的去除率达到99.1%和99.3%,并且处理后的羊毛原毛的异味大大减轻。

1.一种羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:预糊化淀粉5-10份、改性聚氧化乙烯2-4份、β-环状糊精2-4份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵1-2份、羊毛醇1-2份、葡萄糖酸钠1-2份、椰子粉0.5-1份、聚乙烯醇树脂0.5-1份、小苏打粉0.5-1份、磷酸二氢钠0.3-0.5份、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.1-0.3份、水100-150份;
所述改性聚氧化乙烯经聚氧化乙烯改性而成,其改性方法为:将聚氧化乙烯加入3-5倍重量份水中,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,再加入氢化蓖麻油和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,继续回流保温混合10min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至35-40℃,并加入羧甲基纤维素钠、水解聚马来酸酐和聚天门冬氨酸,保温混合15min后以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒研磨成粉末,即得改性聚氧化乙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂,其特征在于:所述聚氧化乙烯、氢化蓖麻油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、水解聚马来酸酐和聚天门冬氨酸的质量比为15-20:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.3-0.5:0.1-0.3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂,其特征在于:所述氢化蓖麻油使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将氢化蓖麻油以5℃/min的升温速度升温至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入聚季铵盐和瓜尔胶,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至0-5℃保温静置30min,并再次微波处理5min,所得混合物以10℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,最后研磨成粉末。
4.根据权利要求3所述的羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂,其特征在于:所述氢化蓖麻油、聚季铵盐和瓜尔胶的质量比为10-15:0.3-0.5:0.1-0.3。
5.根据权利要求3所述的羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂,其特征在于:所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、功率700W。
6.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入改性聚氧化乙烯、羊毛醇和聚乙烯醇树脂,并以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,再加入聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、磷酸二氢钠和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,继续回流保温混合10min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至45-50℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向预糊化淀粉中加入β-环状糊精、椰子粉和小苏打粉,再以5℃/min的升温速度升温至50-55℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II和葡萄糖酸钠,充分混合后静置30min,然后以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,最后自然冷却至室温,即得羊毛原毛天然杂质去除剂。
