Abstract

本发明公开了一种白水泥配方,涉及建筑材料领域,该白水泥采用硅酸钙、石膏、石灰石、石膏矿渣粉、高岭土、高炉渣为原料共同粉磨而成。石膏矿渣粉、高岭土、高炉渣具有良好的强度,而硅酸钙、石膏、石灰石可增加水泥的粘合能力,进一步提高了水泥的强度。

本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体来说涉及一种白水泥配方。
背景技术
白水泥多为装饰性用,主要用来勾白瓷片的缝隙。由于现有的白水泥强度不高,一般不可用于墙面,且不可以应用在受力的部位,导致白水泥应用得不到推广。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种白水泥配方,可在尽量节省成本的前提下提高其强度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种白水泥配方,其特征在于,该白水泥配方包括如下重量份数的原料:硅酸钙3~9份、石膏8~15份、石灰石6~12份、石膏矿渣粉22~32份、高岭土35~42份、高炉渣17~25份。
有益效果:该白水泥采用硅酸钙、石膏、石灰石、石膏矿渣粉、高岭土、高炉渣为原料共同粉磨而成。石膏矿渣粉、高岭土、高炉渣具有良好的强度,而硅酸钙、石膏、石灰石可增加水泥的粘合能力,进一步提高了水泥的强度。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
该白水泥配方包括如下重量份数的原料:硅酸钙3份、石膏15份、石灰石12份、石膏矿渣粉22份、高岭土42份、高炉渣17份。
实施例2:
该白水泥配方包括如下重量份数的原料:硅酸钙6份、石膏10份、石灰石8份、石膏矿渣粉28份、高岭土39份、高炉渣19份。
实施例3:
该白水泥配方包括如下重量份数的原料:硅酸钙9份、石膏8份、石灰石6份、石膏矿渣粉32份、高岭土35份、高炉渣17份。
