背景技术
银屑病，是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病。它属于多基因遗传的疾病，可由多种激发因素，如创伤、感染、药物等都可能在易感个体中诱发该病。典型的皮肤表现是境界清楚的具有银白色鳞屑的红色斑块。轻者可表现为几个银币大小的肘膝部位斑块，重者也可以全身皮肤受累。临床表现以红斑，鳞屑为主，全身均可发病，以头皮，四肢伸侧较为常见，多在冬季加重。目前，市面上治疗银屑病主要以外用药治疗，如异维A酸类凝胶和霜剂；内用药治疗采用内服抗生素类药物，如：糖皮质激素、维A酸类等药物，但对皮损的作用是暂时的。虽初期疗效显著，但停药往往出现反复发病的现象。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中采用抗生素类药物治疗银屑病存在副作用大、易反复的不足，本发明提供一种配伍科学、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗银屑病的中药组合物。

银屑病因脾肺湿热，复感风湿热邪而蕴于肌肤，致使局部气血运行失畅；或因风寒外袭瘀久化燥，致肌肤失养；或因七情内伤，气血淤滞，久郁成疾。因此治疗银屑病应以补脾润肺、祛湿除邪、凉血通络为治则。
本发明所提供的中药组合物配伍科学，本发明的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率92%，治愈率达78%。

一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：当归10g，大青叶20g，白鲜皮5g，何首乌20g，紫草10g，红藤15g，雷公藤10g，白芨15g，鸡血藤10g，白蒺藜20g，路路通5g，浮萍20g，白花蛇舌草10g，山豆根20g，荆芥5g，赤芍20g，牡丹皮10g，柽柳20g，蝉衣5g，黄柏20g，鸡屎藤10g，刘寄奴15g，红花10g，甘草15g。下面结合本发明的中药组合物，在本人所处医院进行临床疗效实验如下：
1、临床病例选择：挑选100例银屑病患者，年龄25-65岁。
2、临床症状：皮损初为针尖至扁豆大的炎性红色丘疹，常呈点滴状分布，迅速增大，表面覆盖银白色多层性鳞屑，状如云母；鳞屑剥离后，可见薄膜现象及筛状出血，基底浸润，可有同形反应；陈旧皮疹可呈钱币状、盘状、地图状等；好发于头皮、四肢伸侧，以肘关节面多见，常泛发全身；部分病人可见指甲病变，轻者呈点状凹陷，重者甲板增厚，光泽消失；或可见于口腔、阴部粘膜；发于头皮者可见束状毛发；以上症状可认定为银屑病。
3、用法用量：临床应用时，将本发明提供的中药原料按照传统水煎法煎煮两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，一天一剂，七天一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
4、疗效标准：
（1）、治愈：皮损完全消退，或消退95％以上；
（2）、有效：皮损消退50％以上；
（3）、无效：银屑病及临床症状无改善。
5、实验结果：
中药治疗效果：治疗3-7个疗程，治愈78例，有效14例，无效8例。经不良反应（ADR）安全性评价，治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
