本发明涉及一种用于治疗肝肾和卵巢囊肿的中药组合物。
背景技术
中医通常是以调肝、健脾、益肾、祛邪等方式治疗肝肾综合征，其中，肝郁气滞，水湿内阻普遍采用柴胡、白芍、川芎、制香附、苍白术、厚朴、茯苓、泽泻、砂仁、车前子等药物；脾肾阳虚，水湿泛滥普遍采用附子、党参、白术、干姜、肉桂、泽泻、茯苓、车前子、大腹皮等药物；肝肾阴虚，湿热互结普遍采用北沙参、麦冬、生地、枸杞、泽泻、猪苓、茯苓、茵陈、生大黄、栀子、滑石等药物。虽然中医对肝肾不同的病机选用不同的中药，这些药物虽然具有疏肝解郁、健脾利湿，滋养肝肾、化气行水和清热袪湿利水等功能，但能否彻底治愈肝肾病症且长期不复发还有待于进一步探讨。另外，西医治疗卵巢囊肿药物普遍采用消炎药或者通过打点滴进行消炎，但内服该种药物具有一定的副作用，长期食用会影响肠胃；而中医认为卵巢囊肿的发生主要在于脏腑虚弱，气血劳损和风冷寒湿内侵等，所以，治疗卵巢囊肿通常采用手术治疗，该种治疗方式极易损害人体。
中国专利 103893330 A 号公开的名称为“一种治疗卵巢囊肿的中药”，采用柴胡，白芍，桃仁，桂枝，积壳，鳖甲，土鳖虫，大黄，甘草和益母草这十种药物，虽然土鳖虫是一种可消肿的药物，但对于有效地治疗卵巢囊肿的病症而言，采用祛风散结疏通十二经络和清热燥湿的药物能达到最佳疗效，所以，该专利的治疗卵巢囊肿的性能还有待于进一步探讨。
另外，中国专利 103751679A 号公告的名称为“ 一种治疗肝肾阴虚型高脂血症的中药制备方法”采用的中药包括干地黄、甘蓝、白 芍药、当归、肉苁蓉、阳起石、杜仲、何首乌、沙苑子、补骨脂、灵芝草、 枸杞子、葫芦巴、胡桃仁、骨碎补、钟乳石、海狗肾、益智仁、桑寄生、萝藦、菟丝子、鹿角胶、淫羊藿、续断、紫河车、黑脂麻、锁阳、鳖甲、女贞子、天门冬、乌骨鸡、石斛、北沙参、龟板和甘草这 35 种药物，且用煎出的药液来治疗肝肾阴虚型高脂血症。虽然甘草是一种润肿解毒的药物，但没有采用祛风散结疏通十二经络和清热燥湿等药物，所以，要想能达到最佳疗效应该添加有关药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用通开肝肾卵巢水道的方式治疗肝肾和卵巢囊肿的中药组合物。
本发明提出的治疗肝肾和卵巢囊肿的中药组合物包括以下重量百分比的原料药：路路通 5-30% ，龙胆 5-30% ，透骨草 3-20% ，泽泻 2-15% ，威灵仙 3-20% ，泽兰 3-20% ，川芎 5-30% ，朴硝 2-15% ，黄苓 2-15% ，通草 2-15% ，肉桂 5-30% ，莪术 3-20% 。其中，路路通具有祛风散结疏通十二经络的性能；龙胆具有下行，清热燥湿的性能；透骨草具有渗透的性能；泽泻具有利水去囊肿水肿的性能；威灵仙具有消肿散结疏通止痛解毒的性能；泽兰具有利水消肿的性能；川芎具有下行，活血止痛的性能；朴硝具有祛肿痛的性能；黄苓具有祛热燥湿肿痛的性能；通草具有疏通下行的性能；肉桂具有下行，温里补脾的性能；莪术具有消肿散结的性能，所以利用上述 12 种药物可有效地治疗肝肾和卵巢囊肿的病症。
该组合物的原料药中还包括茯苓，乳香，蒲公英。其中，茯苓具有利水消肿的性能；乳香具有利水消肿止痛的性能；蒲公英具有消肿散结疏通止痛解毒的性能，对于肿痛较重的肝肾和卵巢囊肿的患者添加这 3 种药物也能达到更好的治疗效果。

本发明所提出的治疗肝肾和卵巢囊肿的中药组合物，因肝肾和卵巢囊肿的病因是由肝肾卵巢出水的水道堵塞，从而造成积水面囊肿和肺主通调水道，以及水道堵塞肺不能通开水道所得的病症，所以，本发明所采用的中药组合物最主要是解决该种病因。应用该中药组合物呈对 138 例患者进行过治疗，其中，有 96 名患者服用路路通、龙胆、透骨草、泽泻、威灵仙、泽兰、川芎、朴硝、黄苓、通草、肉桂、莪术这 12 种中药，有 21 名肿痛较重的患者在 12 种中药内添加了茯苓，乳香，蒲公英这 3 种中药；有 15 名毒性肿痛的患者在 12 种中药内添加了夏枯草，甘草，土鳖虫，肿节风这 4 种中药；而有 6 名肿痛较重和毒性肿痛的患者在 12 种中药内添加了茯苓，乳香，蒲公英，夏枯草，甘草，土鳖虫，肿节风这 7 种中药；每位患者每天早午晚分三次服用，其治愈率基本达到了 99 ％。

Claims (6)

1.治疗肝肾和卵巢囊肿的中药组合物，其特征在于包括以下重量百分比的原料药：路路通5-30%，龙胆5-30%，透骨草3-20%，泽泻2-15%，威灵仙3-20%，泽兰3-20%，川芎5-30%，朴硝2-15%，黄苓2-15%，通草2-15%，肉桂5-30%，莪术3-20%。
2.根据权利要求１所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物的原料药中还包括茯苓，乳香，蒲公英。
3.根据权利要求２所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物中各原料药的重量百分比为：路路通5-30%，龙胆5-30%，透骨草3-20%，泽泻2-15%，威灵仙3-20%，泽兰3-20%，川芎5-30%，朴硝2-15%，黄苓2-15%，通草2-15%，肉桂5-30%，莪术3-20%，茯苓3-20%，乳香3-20%，蒲公英3-20%。
4.根据权利要求１或2所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物的原料药中还包括夏枯草，甘草，土鳖虫，肿节风。
5.根据权利要求4所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物中各原料药的重量百分比为：路路通5-30%，龙胆5-30%，透骨草3-20%，泽泻2-15%，威灵仙3-20%，泽兰3-20%，川芎5-30%，朴硝2-15%，黄苓2-15%，通草2-15%，肉桂5-30%，莪术3-20%，夏枯草3-20%，甘草3-25%，土鳖虫2-15%，肿节风3-20%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物中各原料药的重量百分比为：路路通5-20%，龙胆5-20%，透骨草3-15%，泽泻2-10%，威灵仙3-15%，泽兰3-15%，川芎5-20%，朴硝2-10%，黄苓2-10%，通草2-10%，肉桂5-20%，莪术3-15%，夏枯草3-15%，甘草3-15%，土鳖虫2-10%，肿节风3-15%，茯苓3-15%，乳香3-15%，蒲公英3-15%。
