背景技术
猫咪是爱干净的动物,只要闲暇都会用舌头舔毛梳理,毛发和其上的赃物被吃进肚中,肚内毛发积累成毛球,不能消化,影响猫咪的健康。传统使用的食用植物油、鱼肝油的方法会增加猫咪的厌食、恶心感,而现有市场上的化毛膏大都含有化学添加剂、防腐剂、对猫咪的健康同样存在影响。
猫杯状病毒(Feline calicivirus, FCV)感染是猫的一种多发性口腔和呼吸道传染病,又称为猫传染性鼻结膜炎。因毒株和动物的抵抗力不同,症状差别很大,有些毒株主要引起口腔或和上呼吸道感染,另一些毒株则会导致肺炎。是猫的多发病之一,发病率较高,死亡率较低,但在小于84日龄的猫常可致死。由于该病毒变异性强,故疫苗预防效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种纯生物制备、无化学添加,增加猫咪口感和食欲的化毛、防杯状病毒感染药丸及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种化毛、防杯状病毒感染药丸,其特征在于:按质量份数包括:黄花苜蓿20-30份、橄榄油10-15份、鸭油10-15份、三文鱼骨10-15份、三文鱼鳞5-10份、蕨菜5-10份、黑木耳5-10份、洋车前子壳粉5-10份、茯苓粉3-6份、枯草芽孢杆菌3-6份、乳酸钙1-1.5份、麦芽多糖2-5份、牛磺酸2-5份、山核桃外果皮5-8份、芒硝2-2.5份、胡萝卜2-2.5份、糖皮质激素5-8份、 1-(丁基氨基)-1-甲基乙基]-膦酸3-5份。
一种化毛、防杯状病毒感染药丸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(1)、取黄花苜蓿20-30份、蕨菜5-10份、黑木耳5-10份冻干脱水,脱水率85-90%,低温超微;
(2)、取三文鱼骨10-15份、三文鱼鳞5-10份烘干,含水率75-85%,粉碎100-150目;
(3)、取山核桃外果皮5-8份加入乙醇进行乙醇回流提取,滤液冷藏静置,取上清液备用;
(4)、取芒硝2-2.5份、胡萝卜2-2.5份加水没过煮透,滤取上清液备用;
(5)、将步骤(3)、(4)加入洋车前子壳粉5-10份、茯苓粉3-6份、牛磺酸2-5份、麦芽多糖2-5份、乳酸钙1-1.5份,混合超低温浓缩,至60-80℃时相对密度为1.05-1.20的清膏;
(6)、将步骤(1)原料加橄榄油10-15份、鸭油10-15份混合,二次均质,第一次60-65℃、5-10MPa,第二次50-60℃、10-15MPa;
(7)、将步骤(6)原料中依次加入步骤(2)原料、枯草芽孢杆菌3-6份、糖皮质激素5-8份、1-(丁基氨基)-1-甲基乙基]-膦酸3-5份和步骤(5)的清膏,混合搅拌均匀上烘干造粒机造粒3-6mm颗粒,分装,即得。
本发明的优点是:采用枯草芽孢杆菌菌体能自身合成消化性酶类,在消化道中与内源酶共同发挥作用,提高猫咪肠胃蠕动及其消化率,同事枯草芽孢杆菌能合成多种维生素,提高猫咪体内干扰素和巨噬细胞的活性;三文鱼骨、鳞富含欧米伽3脂肪酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸,欧米伽3脂肪酸有助减少腺体炎症,有益甲状腺健康,确保猫咪的甲状腺激素正常调节,有效避免猫咪的肥胖,延长猫咪寿命,同时花生四烯酸属Omega6族长链多元不饱和脂肪酸,有效抗消化性溃疡及胃肠功能障碍,促进猫咪肠胃消化功能,三文鱼鳞富含不饱和脂肪酸卵磷脂,能有效提高猫咪毛发亮度和防止掉毛,从根源上解决猫咪舔舐毛发导致的毛球现象;洋车前子壳粉中纤维含量占80%,洋车前子纤维主要由半纤维素组成,可以在猫咪肠内部分分解,并有益于肠内益生菌,同时具有降低血胆固醇的功效。在肠内益生菌的作用下,洋车前子纤维中的糖类物质经发酵分解为短链脂肪酸(Short Chain FattyAcids),从而阻止胆固醇的合成,进一步提高防止猫咪肥胖的效果;枯草芽孢杆菌能速消耗肠道中的游离氧,造成肠道低氧,促进有益厌氧菌生长,并产生乳酸等有机酸类,降低肠道PH值,间接抑制其它致病菌生长,同时枯草芽孢杆菌蛋白酶能对猫咪毛发中的角蛋白产生降解作用,防止猫咪体内毛球过大,无法排出,有效降解毛发;采用芒硝和胡萝卜制作中间药液,促进猫咪肠胃消化,有利于猫咪的毛球排出,胡萝卜中富含的核黄素维生素B2能有效促进毛发生长,增强毛发韧性,避免猫咪舔舐掉落;山核桃外果皮中大黄酚有效促进猫咪肠道蠕动,其中没食子酸、槲皮素有效提高膏药的抗氧化性能,无需添加化学添加剂、防腐剂,有利于健康食用。黄花苜蓿功用 利大小肠,安中,和胃;蕨菜中的纤维素可有促进肠道蠕动,减少肠胃对脂肪吸收的作用,蕨菜配合黑木耳,能有效清涤胃肠,消化纤维素,避免纤维素在猫咪肠胃内堆积,协同促进毛球排出和肠胃功能改善;使用橄榄油,可以促进消化吸收率,含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,丰富的维生素A、D、E、F、K和胡萝卜素等脂溶性维生素及抗氧化物等多种成分,并且不含胆固醇,可以刺激胆汁分泌,确保猫咪的排便正常,结合动物脂肪鸭油有效润肠,进一步提高毛球排便效果;乳酸钙配合三文鱼骨含钙,乳酸钙协同其他钙类容易被吸收,进一步促进猫咪的钙吸收。糖皮质激素起抑制免疫和抗炎作用的药物,配合1-(丁基氨基)-1-甲基乙基]-膦酸免疫调节防治杯状病毒感染。

(5)、将步骤(3)、(4)加入洋车前子壳粉5-10份、茯苓粉3-6份、牛磺酸2-5份、麦芽多糖2-5份、乳酸钙1-1.5份,混合超低温浓缩,至60-80℃时相对密度为1.05-1.20的清膏;
(6)、将步骤(1)原料加橄榄油10-15份、鸭油10-15份混合,二次均质,第一次60-65℃、5-10MPa,第二次50-60℃、10-15MPa;
(7)、将步骤(6)原料中依次加入步骤(2)原料、枯草芽孢杆菌3-6份、糖皮质激素5-8份、1-(丁基氨基)-1-甲基乙基]-膦酸3-5份和步骤(5)的清膏,混合搅拌均匀上烘干造粒机造粒3-6mm颗粒,分装,即得。
