Abstract

本发明涉及一种皮肤外用药，主要成分是土荊皮20‑40份的浸出物、蛇床子30‑50份的浸出物、柳酸0.5‑2份、薄荷脑10‑30份、麝香草酚0.5‑2份、冰醋酸10‑20份、碘0.3‑0.6份。本外用药主要成分是可降解的中药材，多种中草药联合作用，综合施治，使药物的有效成份迅速渗透病灶，改善病变部位血液循环，起到软化、渗透、拔毒、杀菌、修复皮肤的疗效。其组方配伍得当、严谨，制备方法简单可靠，通过使用本发明的外用药能够快速治愈各种原因引起的皮肤病，而且见效快、疗程短、治愈率高、费用小。该外用药物对皮肤真菌感染、手足糜烂、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤发炎等有独特的疗效，对病菌有很强的杀灭作用，效力持久。

一种皮肤外用药及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种皮肤外用药，及其该外用药的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上用于皮肤真菌感染，手脚糜烂、瘙痒和发炎的治疗，采用一般的中西药，目前的大部分中药治疗效果一般不够好，因此大量使用激素类皮肤外用药。激素类皮肤外用药效果好，疗效显著，被广泛使用。但是激素类皮肤外用药存在耐受性差的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够治疗皮肤真菌感染以及手足糜烂、瘙痒和发炎，对病菌有很强的杀灭作用和抑制作用，效力持有的皮肤外用药。本发明还提供了该皮肤外用药的制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种皮肤外用药，其特征在于，包括土荊皮20-40份的浸出物、蛇床子30-50份的浸出物、柳酸0.5-2份、薄荷脑10-30份、麝香草酚0.5-2份、冰醋酸10-20份、碘0.3-0.6份。
作为进一步优化，土荊皮30份的浸出物、蛇床子40份的浸出物、柳酸1份、薄荷脑20份、麝香草酚1份、冰醋酸15份、碘0.5份。
一种皮肤外用药的制备方法，其特征在于，按照如下步骤进行：
S1：将土荆皮20-40份，蛇床子30-50份，加入1000-3000份浓度为50°-60°的酒精中浸泡20-30小时；
S2：浸泡结束后，煮沸1-3小时；
S3:取上清液，并在上清液中加入柳酸0.5-2份、薄荷脑10-30份、麝香草酚0.5-2份、冰醋酸10-20份、碘0.3-0.6份，混合均匀。
作为进一步优化，步骤S1中，取土荆皮30份和蛇床子40份，加入浓度为50°-60°的酒精中浸泡24小时；
作为进一步优化，步骤S2煮沸时间为2小时。
有益效果：本皮肤外用药主要成分是可降解的中药材、符合环保要求。
多种中草药联合作用，综合施治，使药物的有效成份迅速渗透病灶，改善病变部位血液循环，起到软化、渗透、拔毒、杀菌、修复皮肤的疗效。其组方配伍得当、严谨，制备方法简单可靠，通过使用本发明的外用药能够快速治愈各种原因引起的皮肤病，而且见效快、疗程短、治愈率高、费用小。该外用药物对皮肤真菌感染、手足糜烂、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤发炎等有独特的疗效，对病菌有很强的杀灭作用，效力持久。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解释本发明，并非用于限定本发明的范围。
一种皮肤外用药，包括包括土荊皮30份的浸出物、蛇床子40份的浸出物、柳酸1份、薄荷脑20份、麝香草酚1份、冰醋酸15份、碘0.5份，其他成分为酒精或者水。
土槿皮具有杀虫，止痒，能够治疥癣瘙痒等作用。
蛇床子具有温肾壮阳、燥湿杀虫和祛风止痒的功效。
柳酸，也叫水杨酸，为化学药物。有抗菌(包括真菌)、止痒等作用只能用于外用。
薄荷脑能选择性地刺激人体皮肤或黏膜的冷觉感受器，产生冷觉反射和冷感，引起皮肤黏膜血管收缩(实际上皮肤保持正常)，对深部组织的血管也可引起收缩而产生治疗作用。外用可以消炎，止痛，止痒，促进血液循环，减轻浮肿等。
麝香草酚的杀菌作用比苯酚强，且毒性低，有杀菌、杀真菌作用，对皮肤癣菌病、放射菌病及耳炎具有很好的疗效。且有很强的杀螨作用，1％溶液半小时死亡率100％，0.03％的溶液24h杀灭100％。亦可用作驱蛔虫剂。麝香草酚0.05％～0.2％溶液有较强的杀原头蚴作用，可在5～10min内达到100％杀死原头蚴的效果，作用迅速可靠，毒性小。
冰醋酸能够治疗各种皮肤浅部真菌感染，灌洗创面及鸡眼、疣的治疗。
碘具有消毒的作用，而且具有防止发炎的效果。
采用土荊皮30份的浸出物、蛇床子40份的浸出物、柳酸1份、薄荷脑20份、麝香草酚1份、冰醋酸15份、碘0.5份作为主要药物成分的皮肤外用药，用于治疗手足糜烂。治疗效果好。同时对真菌感染、狐臭、伤口感染、皮肤浅层引起的湿疹和甲沟炎等也有十分显著的疗效。
该皮肤外用药的制备方法为：
S1：将土荆皮20-40份，蛇床子30-50份，加入1000-3000份浓度为50°-60°的酒精中浸泡20-30小时；
S2：浸泡结束后，煮沸1-3小时；
S3:取上清液，并在上清液中加入柳酸0.5-2份、薄荷脑10-30份、麝香草酚0.5-2份、冰醋酸10-20份、碘0.3-0.6份，混合均匀。
优选土荆皮30份和蛇床子40份，加入浓度为50°-60°的酒精中浸泡24小时；最佳煮沸时间为2小时。

1.一种皮肤外用药，其特征在于，包括土荊皮20-40份的浸出物、蛇床子30-50份的浸出物、柳酸0.5-2份、薄荷脑10-30份、麝香草酚0.5-2份、冰醋酸10-20份、碘0.3-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤外用药，其特征在于，包括土荊皮30份的浸出物、蛇床子40份的浸出物、柳酸1份、薄荷脑20份、麝香草酚1份、冰醋酸15份、碘0.5份。
3.一种皮肤外用药的制备方法，其特征在于，按照如下步骤进行：
S1：将土荆皮20-40份，蛇床子30-50份，加入1000-3000份浓度为50°-60°的酒精中浸泡20-30小时；
S2：浸泡结束后，煮沸1-3小时；
