本发明公开了一种护发素及其制备方法,所述护发素由下述原料制备而成:甘油1‑5份、1,3‑丙二醇1‑3份、蜂蜜2‑4份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1‑5份、N‑月桂酰肌氨酸钠5‑15份、水解丝胶蛋白5‑15份、EDTA二钠0.2‑2份、柠檬酸0.3‑3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1‑1份、香精0.01‑0.1份、阳离子表面活性剂5‑15份、抑菌剂0.02‑0.2份、水55‑75份。本发明护发素,使用安全方便,原料成本低,能显著抑制因洗发用品使用不当、染发烫发、紫外线照射、营养不良等因素导致的发质毛糙、开叉、断裂等发质受损情况,滋养发根,补充发质营养和水分,令秀发柔顺光滑,富有弹性,且长期使用皮肤无过敏性反应。

护发素及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工技术领域,具体涉及一种护发素及其制备方法。
背景技术
健康头发表层由一组完整的毛鳞片和自然分泌的油脂构成头发的保护膜,过多洗理、烫染、阳光曝晒等都会破坏这层天然保护膜,导致皮层水分流失。使头发干枯,失去弹性和柔软性。只有经常使用护发素,才能持久形成头发的保护膜,使头发免受伤害。护发素的主要成分可以中和残留在头发表面带阴离子的分子,并留下一层均匀的单分子膜,这层分子膜可修复头发因机械损伤和烫发、染发所带来的损伤,令秀发柔软光泽、易于梳理、抗静电。近年来,各种品牌的护发素大都是化学物质经混合配制生产,长期使用,化学物质的副作用易导致发根受损,皮屑增多。这就要求护发素不仅具有柔软发质的功效,还要具有绿色环保、防脱止痒、抗过敏、深层调理等功效。
头部皮肤脂质氧化,易造成头部皮肤衰老,头皮瘙痒,形成大量头皮屑。一般认为过剩的活性氧簇和有些组织的ROS burst现象是引起诸多疾病的原因,所以除去过剩的活性氧簇群与生物体氧化反应的治疗或预防有密切关系。
因此本发明研制一种具有去屑止痒、营养保湿、防脱润滑功能的护发素,以期满足广大消费者对多功能护发素的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种护发素。
本发明的解决的技术问题之二是提供一种护发素的制备方法。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种护发素,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:甘油1-5份、1,3-丙二醇1-3份、蜂蜜2-4份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1-5份、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠5-15份、水解丝胶蛋白5-15份、EDTA二钠0.2-2份、柠檬酸0.3-3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-1份、香精0.01-0.1份、阳离子表面活性剂5-15份、抑菌剂0.02-0.2份、水55-75份。
优选地,所述的香精为柠檬香精、薄荷香精、薰衣草香精、玫瑰香精等。
优选地,所述的阳离子表面活性剂为山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、硬脂基三甲基氯化铵、十烷基三甲基氯化铵中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的阳离子表面活性剂由山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、硬脂基三甲基氯化铵、十烷基三甲基氯化铵混合而成,所述山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、硬脂基三甲基氯化铵、十烷基三甲基氯化铵的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的抑菌剂为茶皂素、甘草素、槲皮素中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的抑菌剂由茶皂素、甘草素、槲皮素混合而成,所述茶皂素、甘草素、槲皮素的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
本发明还提供了上述护发素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将水加热至55-75℃,搅拌条件下依次加入鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油、1,3-丙二醇、阳离子表面活性剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠搅拌混合均匀,降温至35-45℃,再依次加入抑菌剂、蜂蜜、EDTA二钠、香精、柠檬酸、水解丝胶蛋白搅拌混合均匀即得。
具体的,在本发明中:
1,3-丙二醇,CAS号:504-63-2。
蜂蜜,采用蓝田县颐蜂堂生态蜜蜂园有限公司提供的百花蜜。
N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠,CAS号:137-16-6。
柠檬酸,CAS号:77-92-9。
茶皂素,CAS号:8047-15-2。
甘草素,CAS号:578-86-9。
槲皮素,CAS号:117-39-5。
柠檬香精,本发明实施例中采用上海皓月日化有限公司提供的柠檬香精。
山嵛基三甲基氯化铵,即二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵,CAS号:17301-53-0。
硬脂基三甲基氯化铵,CAS号:112-03-8。
十烷基三甲基氯化铵,CAS号:10108-87-9。
甘油,CAS号:56-81-5。
鲸蜡硬脂醇,CAS号:67762-27-0,本发明实施例中采用德国巴斯夫(原科宁)提供的Lanette D鲸蜡硬脂醇。
EDTA二钠,即乙二胺四乙酸二钠,CAS号:139-33-3。
聚二甲基硅氧烷,CAS号:9016-00-6,采用广州市仲皓璟高分子材料有限公司提供的型号为PF0105的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
水解丝胶蛋白,本发明实施例中采用专利申请号201310511239.0中实施例二的方法制备。
本发明护发素,使用安全方便,原料成本低,能显著抑制因洗发用品使用不当、染发烫发、紫外线照射、营养不良等因素导致的发质毛糙、开叉、断裂等发质受损情况,滋养发根,补充发质营养和水分,令秀发柔顺光滑,富有弹性,且长期使用皮肤无过敏性反应。

护发素原料(重量份):甘油3份、1,3-丙二醇2份、蜂蜜3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇3份、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠10份、水解丝胶蛋白10份、EDTA二钠0.2份、柠檬酸1.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.15份、香精0.015份、阳离子表面活性剂12份、抑菌剂0.03份、水70份。
所述的阳离子表面活性剂由山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、硬脂基三甲基氯化铵、十烷基三甲基氯化铵按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的抑菌剂由茶皂素、甘草素、槲皮素按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
上述护发素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将水加热至65℃,500转/分搅拌条件下依次加入鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油、1,3-丙二醇、阳离子表面活性剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠搅拌10分钟混合均匀,降温至40℃,再依次加入抑菌剂、蜂蜜、EDTA二钠、香精、柠檬酸、水解丝胶蛋白继续搅拌20分钟混合均匀。得到实施例1的护发素。

与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的抑菌剂由甘草素、槲皮素按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的护发素。

与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的抑菌剂由茶皂素、槲皮素按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的护发素。

测试例1
按照《洗发露去屑效果检测评价方法的建立及应用研究》所公开的方法对实施例1-7制得的护发素进行抑菌环直径测试,对护发素产品的去屑功效进行评价。抑菌环直径越大,去屑效果越好。测试数据见表1。

将实施例1-7制得的护发素,分别用深褐色玻璃瓶进行灌装,敞开瓶盖,置于环境温度40℃、相对湿度85%环境下保藏90天,然后进行金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)菌落总数测试,参照GBT 4789.2-2008食品卫生微生物学检验菌落总数测定。具体测试结果见表2。

1.一种护发素,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:甘油1-5份、1,3-丙二醇1-3份、蜂蜜2-4份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1-5份、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠5-15份、水解丝胶蛋白5-15份、EDTA二钠0.2-2份、柠檬酸0.3-3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-1份、香精0.01-0.1份、阳离子表面活性剂5-15份、抑菌剂0.02-0.2份、水55-75份。
2.如权利要求1所述的护发素,其特征在于:所述的阳离子表面活性剂为山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、硬脂基三甲基氯化铵、十烷基三甲基氯化铵中一种或多种的混合物。
3.如权利要求2所述的护发素,其特征在于:所述的阳离子表面活性剂由山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、硬脂基三甲基氯化铵、十烷基三甲基氯化铵混合而成,所述山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、硬脂基三甲基氯化铵、十烷基三甲基氯化铵的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的护发素,其特征在于:所述的抑菌剂为茶皂素、甘草素、槲皮素中一种或多种的混合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的护发素,其特征在于:所述的抑菌剂由茶皂素、甘草素、槲皮素混合而成,所述茶皂素、甘草素、槲皮素的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的护发素的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将水加热至55-75℃,搅拌条件下依次加入鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油、1,3-丙二醇、阳离子表面活性剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠搅拌混合均匀,降温至35-45℃,再依次加入抑菌剂、蜂蜜、EDTA二钠、香精、柠檬酸、水解丝胶蛋白搅拌混合均匀即得。
