本发明属于生活用品技术领域,公开了一种环保卫生纸及其加工方法,包括纸质面层、玉米须芯层和纸质底层,且玉米须芯层位于纸质面层和纸质底层之间,纸质面层与玉米须芯层之间、纸质底层与玉米须芯层之间均设有胶水层,玉米须芯层由若干玉米须拼接,且玉米须芯层上设有若干压点。解决了现有技术原材料被浪费及不环保的问题。

一种环保卫生纸及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于生活用品领域,具体涉及一种环保卫生纸及其加工方法。
背景技术
卫生纸,主要是供人们生活日常卫生使用,是人民群众不可缺少的纸种之一。卫生纸具有吸水性强、无致病菌、纸质柔软厚薄均匀无孔洞、起皱均匀、色泽一致、不含杂质的特点,因此广泛的应用在人们的日常生活中。
在日常生活中,卫生纸通常用于清洁和吸水。现有的卫生纸通常为了保证厚度,使其在使用的时候不会被戳破,通常都设计为3层或者4层。但是这样会存在以下问题:1、在使用卫生纸清洁的时候,通常只用到了最顶层或最底层,中间层都会被浪费掉,使得原材料被浪费;2、卫生纸是通过木浆制成的,在制造的过程中就会使用大量的树木,树木长成能够利用的大小至少需要10年,因此大量的使用树木会破坏生态环境,不环保。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种环保卫生纸及其加工方法,以解决现有技术原材料被浪费及不环保的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种环保卫生纸,包括纸质面层、玉米须芯层和纸质底层,且玉米须芯层位于纸质面层和纸质底层之间,纸质面层与玉米须芯层之间、纸质底层与玉米须芯层之间均设有胶水层,玉米须芯层由若干玉米须拼接,且玉米须芯层上设有若干压点。
本技术方案的环保卫生纸由纸质面层、玉米须芯层和纸质底层构成,纸质面层和纸质底层能够供人们清洁所用;玉米须芯层,能够增强卫生纸的厚度,并且增加卫生纸的耐撕性,避免卫生纸在使用的时候发生破损;并且玉米须为每年生植物玉米的花柱和柱头,产量高、质地柔软,使用后不会破坏生态环境,很环保,并且经过处理后手感柔软;胶水层能够使得玉米须芯层、纸质面层和纸质底层稳定的粘结,使用时卫生纸各层之间不会散开;玉米须芯层上的压点能够确保玉米须不会散开,形成一个整体,并加强卫生纸的韧性;胶水层能够将玉米须与纸质层紧密的固定。
本发明的环保卫生纸使用玉米须作为芯层,制得的卫生纸手感柔软且柔韧耐用,而且环保,减少资源的浪费。
以下是基于上述方案的优选方案:
优选方案一:所述玉米须芯层呈网状。网状不但成型效果好,不易散落,而且韧性高。
优选方案二:基于基础方案,所述玉米须芯层呈波浪形。蓬松性较好,且增加卫生纸的耐撕拉性。
优选方案三:基于基础方案,所述玉米须芯层由玉米须竖向排列而成。简单方便。
优选方案四:基于基础方案及优选方案1-3任意一项,所述玉米须芯层有2层。增加卫生纸的厚度,柔韧性更强且手感好。
优选方案五:基于优选方案四,所述玉米须芯层与纸质面层、玉米须芯层与纸质底层之间均设有压花连接层。使得三层成为一体,避免散落。
本发明还提供了一种环保卫生纸的加工方法,
其操作方法为:
1)将玉米须排列整齐,消毒晾干,并将玉米须端部弯曲的部分切除;
2)对玉米须进行捶打,使得得到蓬松的玉米须变得蓬松;
3)再将玉米须压制铺设成型,并且在成型的玉米须芯层上设置压制压点,得玉米须芯层;
4)然后在复卷步骤时,将玉米须芯层铺设于纸质面层、纸质底层之间,并在复卷时,向玉米须芯层和纸质面层之间、玉米须芯层和纸质底层之间喷设胶水层,并对并对纸质面层、玉米须芯层、纸质底层之间和四周热封压花得成品。
将玉米须整齐排列后消毒晾干能够使得干燥后的玉米须不会缠绕在一起,将玉米须端部的弯曲部分切除,能够保证生产的卫生纸的平整性;对玉米须进行捶打,使得玉米须变蓬松,能够使得玉米须制成的玉米须芯层的柔软性更好,从而提高卫生纸的柔软性;在玉米须芯层上设置压点能够确保卫生纸在使用时玉米须不会散落;压制后玉米须之间更稳定,并且玉米须能够更薄,保持卫生纸较薄但是韧性好;在玉米须与纸质层之间加入胶水层,并将卫生纸的四周热封,能够使得玉米须与纸质层紧密固定,并且在使用的时候玉米须不会落出。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
本发明提供的环保卫生纸由纸质面层、两层玉米须芯层和纸质底层组成,玉米须芯层由若干玉米须拼接而成,且玉米须芯层上设有多处压点,将相邻的玉米须连接;纸质面层、两层玉米须芯层和纸质底层,相邻各层之间通过热熔胶固定连接。
制作时,实施例1:
(1)将玉米须用梳理针梳理整齐,两端切断形成长度的一致的玉米须,并将用紫外线消毒杀菌,阴凉处晾干,备用;
(2)将消毒后的玉米须平铺在平板上,并且呈网状排列,再用击打锤进行捶打,捶打时间为5min,使得玉米须变蓬松,厚度可达1.5~2mm之间为宜,得到玉米须网;
(3)然后在玉米须网上压制压点,得到玉米须芯层;
(4)复卷:将纸质面层、玉米须芯层和纸质底层分别缠绕在卷辊上,且玉米须芯层的卷辊位于纸质面层和纸质底层的卷辊之间,再将纸质面层、玉米须芯层和纸质底层的端部重叠,并固定在卷纸筒上,转动卷纸筒进行复卷,复卷时向玉米须芯层和纸质面层之间、玉米须芯层和纸质底层之间喷设胶水层,并对纸质面层、玉米须芯层、纸质底层之间和四周热封压花,形成环保卫生纸。
实施例2,
与实施例一的区别在于:
步骤(2)替换为:将消毒后的玉米须竖向排列平铺在平板上,且相邻玉米须之间相隔0.5mm-1.0mm,再用击打锤进行捶打,捶打时间为5min,使得玉米须变蓬松,厚度可达1.5~2mm之间为宜,得到蓬松后的玉米须用波浪形压板压制成波浪形,并将相邻的玉米须相抵;
步骤(3)替换为:在相邻玉米须之间压制压点,形成玉米须芯层。
其余均一致。
实施例3:
与实施例二的区别在于:“得到蓬松后的玉米须整齐的竖向排列”。其余均一致。
步骤(2)省略。
据市场随机选取50人试用本发明的实施例一~实施例三,据试用者反应,本发明的环保卫生纸其柔软程度较用相同基层纸制作的三层或四层卫生纸的柔软度高,蓬松度高,但是,柔韧性稍差,但是可正常使用,且遇水后的柔韧性强于现有的卫生纸,本发明的环保卫生纸遇水后不易破。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术方案的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

Claims (7)

1.一种环保卫生纸,其特征在于:包括纸质面层、玉米须芯层和纸质底层,且玉米须芯层位于纸质面层和纸质底层之间,纸质面层与玉米须芯层之间、纸质底层与玉米须芯层之间均设有胶水层,玉米须芯层由若干玉米须拼接,且玉米须芯层上设有若干压点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保卫生纸,其特征在于:所述玉米须芯层呈网状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保卫生纸,其特征在于:所述玉米须芯层呈波浪形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保卫生纸,其特征在于:所述玉米须芯层由玉米须竖向排列而成。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种环保卫生纸,其特征在于:所述玉米须芯层有2层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保卫生纸,其特征在于:所述玉米须芯层与纸质面层、玉米须芯层与纸质底层之间均为压花连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保卫生纸的加工方法,其特征在于:其操作方法为:
1)将玉米须排列整齐,消毒晾干,并将玉米须端部弯曲的部分切除;
2)对玉米须进行捶打,得到蓬松的玉米须;
3)再将玉米须铺设成型,并且在玉米须芯层上压制压点,得玉米须芯层;
4)复卷,将玉米须芯层铺设于纸质面层、纸质底层之间,并在复卷时,向玉米须芯层和纸质面层之间、玉米须芯层和纸质底层之间喷设胶水层,并对纸质面层、玉米须芯层、纸质底层相邻各层之间和四周热封压花,得成品。
