本发明公开了一种净味消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先,在一定量浓硝酸中,搅拌条件下,加入有机钛酸丁酯,在剧烈搅拌条件下,缓慢加入氧化铜和氧化锌,继续搅拌一段时间,得到溶液A;同时,在一定量去离子水中,加入表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠以及分散剂聚乙二醇,水浴升温、搅拌,制得溶液B;然后,将溶液B与溶液A混合,恒温水浴中静置一段时间,制得溶液C;再次,向溶液C中加入十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵及植物提取液,搅拌一段时间后,向其中滴加饱和液碱溶液,调节溶液pH值至中性,自然冷却至室温,经搅拌研磨、乳液颗粒检测达到10μm以下,制得均匀的净味消毒液。

技术领域
本发明涉及消毒液技术领域,具体涉及一种净味消毒液的制备方法。
背景技术
随着工业化进程和城市化进程的加速,环境问题已经引起了人类足够的重视。公共场所出现的环境问题严重危害了人体的健康,例如:城市垃圾场散发出难闻的味道,垃圾箱里食物的腐败,动物的便溺等,导致了许多病毒、细菌、真菌以及寄生虫等,这些客观存在的环境有害因素严重影响了空气、水资源以及人体的健康,例如对于体弱者、儿童、老人等产生感染。
如何消除这些存在的异味以及病毒等已经成为环境保护领域研究的一种迫切需求。因此,寻找一种高效、环保的净味消毒液,已成为环保研究人员的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种净味消毒液的制备方法,结合无机复合材料与有机材料的协同功能,制备含氧化钛、氧化铜、氧化锌、十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠、聚乙二醇、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、植物提取液及去离子水的环保、高效的净味消毒液。
本发明的技术方案是,一种净味消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先,在一定量浓硝酸中,搅拌条件下,加入有机钛酸丁酯,在剧烈搅拌条件下,缓慢加入氧化铜和氧化锌,继续搅拌一段时间,得到溶液A;同时,在一定量去离子水中,加入表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠以及分散剂聚乙二醇,水浴升温、搅拌,制得溶液B;然后,将溶液B与溶液A混合,恒温水浴中静置一段时间后,制得溶液C;再次,向溶液C中加入十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵及植物提取液,搅拌一段时间后,向其中滴加饱和液碱溶液,调节溶液pH值至中性,自然冷却至室温,经搅拌研磨一段时间,乳液颗粒检测达到10μm以下,制得均匀的净味消毒液产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有显著优点:其一、该净味消毒液复合了无机杀菌剂氧化钛、氧化铜、氧化锌,有机杀菌剂椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠及十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵及净味剂植物提取液活性成分,能有效实现多种细菌的杀灭及去除异味功能;其二、该净味消毒液适用范围广泛,可制成喷剂或溶液,对人体健康及环境友好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例说明本发明的技术解决方案,这些实施例不能理解为对技术方案的限制。
实施例1:
步骤1:在1000mL质量浓度为60%的浓硝酸中,搅拌条件下,缓慢滴加971g有机钛酸丁酯,在剧烈搅拌条件下,缓慢加入23g氧化铜和11g氧化锌,继续搅拌2h,得到溶液A;
步骤2:在200mL去离子水中,加入表面活性剂27g十二烷基硫酸钠、9g椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠以及4.5g分散剂聚乙二醇,水浴升温至50oC、搅拌2h,制得到溶液B;
步骤3:将溶液B与溶液A混合,50oC恒温水浴中静置12h后,制得溶液C;
步骤4:向溶液C中加入4.5g十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵及18g植物提取液,搅拌1h后,向溶液中滴加质量浓度为30%的饱和液碱溶液,调节溶液pH值至中性,自然冷却至室温,经搅拌研磨4h,乳液颗粒检测达到10μm以下,制得均匀的净味消毒液产品。
实施例2:
步骤1:在1000mL质量浓度为60%的浓硝酸中,搅拌条件下,缓慢滴加971g有机钛酸丁酯,在剧烈搅拌条件下,缓慢加入46g氧化铜和22g氧化锌,继续搅拌4h,得到溶液A;
步骤2:在200mL去离子水中,加入表面活性剂45g十二烷基硫酸钠、18g椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠以及9g分散剂聚乙二醇,水浴升温至60oC、搅拌4h,制得到溶液B;
步骤3:将溶液B与溶液A混合,60oC恒温水浴中静置24h后,制得溶液C;
步骤4:向溶液C中加入9g十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵及27g植物提取液,搅拌2h后,向溶液中滴加质量浓度为30%的饱和液碱溶液,调节溶液pH值至中性,自然冷却至室温,经搅拌研磨6h,乳液颗粒检测达到10μm以下,制得均匀的净味消毒液产品。
实施例3:
步骤1:在1000mL质量浓度为60%的浓硝酸中,搅拌条件下,缓慢滴加971g有机钛酸丁酯,在剧烈搅拌条件下,缓慢加入35g氧化铜和15g氧化锌,继续搅拌3h,得到溶液A;
步骤2:在200mL去离子水中,加入表面活性剂35g十二烷基硫酸钠、12g椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠以及7g分散剂聚乙二醇,水浴升温至55oC、搅拌3h,制得到溶液B;
步骤3:将溶液B与溶液A混合,55oC恒温水浴中静置18h后,制得溶液C;
步骤4:向溶液C中加入6g十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵及22g植物提取液,搅拌1.5h后,向溶液中滴加质量浓度为30%的饱和液碱溶液,调节溶液pH值至中性,自然冷却至室温,经搅拌研磨5h,乳液颗粒检测达到10μm以下,制得均匀的净味消毒液产品。

Claims (1)

1.一种净味消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、在一定量质量浓度为60%的浓硝酸中,搅拌条件下,加入有机钛酸丁酯,在剧烈搅拌条件下,缓慢加入氧化铜和氧化锌,继续搅拌2-4h,得到溶液A,其中,有机钛酸酯占浓硝酸的摩尔比控制20%,氧化铜和氧化锌占有机钛酸酯的摩尔比例分别为10%-20%和5%-10%;
第二步、在一定量去离子水中,加入表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠以及分散剂聚乙二醇,水浴升温至50-60oC、搅拌2-4h,制得溶液B,其中,表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠以及分散剂聚乙二醇分别占硝酸溶液质量的1.8%-3.0%、0.6%-1.2%及0.3%-0.6%;
第三步、将溶液B与溶液A混合,50-60oC恒温水浴中静置12-24h后,制得溶液C;
第四步、向溶液C中加入十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵及植物提取液,搅拌1-2h后,向其中滴加质量浓度为30%的饱和液碱溶液,调节溶液pH值至中性,自然冷却至室温,经搅拌研磨4-6h,乳液颗粒检测达到10μm以下,制得均匀的净味消毒液产品。
