具体实施方式
图1以简图示出具有电驱动装置或混合动力驱动装置的(未示出的)机动车的能量供给系统10。能量供给系统10包括示出为方框的低压供电电网12,所述低压供电电网构成机动车的通常的车辆或车载电网。此外,能量供给系统10具有与低压供电电网12电隔离的用于给电驱动装置或混合动力驱动装置的电驱动机16供电的高压供电电网14。所述隔离通过双箭头18表示。设计为高压电池装置的高压蓄能器装置20接在高压供电电网14中,所述高压蓄能器装置在其侧具有带多个蓄能单池22的高压蓄能器24和用于所述蓄能器24的开环控制和/或闭环控制装置26。在此所示的开环控制和/或闭环控制装置 26是电池控制单元或电池管理系统。高压蓄能器24由多个(在所述实例中三个)彼此电连接的蓄能器模块28模块化地构成,其中,蓄能器模块28在其侧分别具有多个彼此电连接的蓄能单池22。此外,高压供电电网14具有中间接入到蓄能器24和驱动机16之间的逆变器(变流器)30,通过所述逆变器将电能供应给电驱动机16,其中,在蓄能器24和逆变器30之间接入保护继电器32。
开环控制和/或闭环控制装置26接在这两个供电电网12,14并且具有中间接入到这两个供电电网12,14之间的过电压吸收器元件34。所述过电压吸收器元件34设计为气体填充的过电压吸收器36。
开环控制和/或闭环控制装置26为此具有在图2中示出的电路装置38,所述电路装置在其侧具有第一电路部分40和第二电路部分42,所述第一电路部分接在所述低压供电电网12中,所述第二电路部分接在所述高压供电电网14中。这两个电路部分40,42布置在共同的印刷电路板44上或者至少这两个电路部分40,42的构件接在印刷电路板44上。在此,布置在开环控制和/或闭环控制装置26中的过电压吸收器元件34中间接入到这两个电路部分40,42之间,其中,所述元件34接在印刷电路板44上。

所示的措施可以保持能量供给系统10所要求的电压强度并且在超过极限时确保在这两个供电电网12,14(高压电势和低压电势)之间的可靠的电势平衡,而不损害高压蓄能器装置20的部件或其他系统部件。
在蓄能器24与供电电网12连接时(例如由于附近的电击)可能产生瞬间的过电压。所述过电压对于低压电网而言以标准DIN EN 60664-1对于不同的装置被确定。根据所述装置距高压电线有多近,将最大过电压分成不同的类别。为了在产生瞬间的过电压时保持高压电网和低伏特电网之间的电势隔离,必须保持相应的电压强度。
在不利的情况中,可以产生超过2.7kV的过电压,从而高压供电电网(简称为HV系统)14和低压供电电网(简称为LV系统)12(电池壳体或车辆质量)之间的电势差超过根据绝缘所设计的值。对于所述情况,过电压吸收器元件34(典型地为气体填充的过电压吸收器36)应该装在HV系统和LV系统之间。过电压吸收器元件34在极限电压下绝缘并且当超过这个电压(例如2.7kV)时产生接口之间的电弧,从而平衡两个电势。在电势差不超过定义的值之后,电弧消失并且再次电绝缘。在此,过电压吸收器元件34不被损坏。
在所述过程中不损害构件,不产生由于HV系统和LV系统之间的瞬间导电导致的安全风险。能量供给系统10在过电压吸收器元件 34上具有“确定的薄弱部位”,所述薄弱部位保护其他的部件。在此,过电压吸收器元件34可以不仅构建在电子装置上(参见图2)或者构建在HV(例如电缆、导电轨、电池)或LV上的构件之间。不需要将过电压吸收器元件34构建在蓄能器装置20中,所述过电压吸收器元件也可以集成在HV系统(逆变器30、电缆、马达16)中的其他部位上。替代过电压吸收器元件34,也可以中间接入(未示出的)压敏电阻元件或其他的电子元件,所述电子元件直至所施加的电压的定义的电压极限是不导电的并且在超过所述电压极限时能够暂时导电。
根据本发明,负责确定的电势平衡的多个电元件34在HV系统和LV系统之间分别构建在不同的位置上。由此可以确保,不在任何部位上超过部件的最大保护电压强度。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于具有电驱动装置或混合动力驱动装置的机动车的能量供给系统(10),其包括:
-低压供电电网(12),
-高压蓄能器装置(20),所述高压蓄能器装置在其侧具有带多个蓄能单池(22)的高压蓄能器(24)和至少一个用于所述蓄能器(24)的开环控制和/或闭环控制装置(26),以及
-由所述高压蓄能器(24)以电能供应的高压供电电网(14),所述高压供电电网用于给所述电驱动装置或混合动力驱动装置的电驱动机(16)供电,其中,这两个供电电网(12,14)的电势之间存在与所述高压蓄能器(24)的电压有关的电势差,
其特征在于,设置至少一个在这两个供电电网(12,14)之间中间连接的过电压吸收器元件(34)和/或压敏电阻元件,所述过电压吸收器元件和/或压敏电阻元件直至在所述供电电网(12,14)之间施加的电压达到定义的电压极限是不导电的,并且在超过所述电压极限时能够暂时导电,以确保在所述低压供电电网(12)与所述高压供电电网(14)之间的电势平衡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能量供给系统(10),其特征在于,所述开环控制和/或闭环控制装置(26)具有电路装置(38),所述电路装置在其侧具有第一电路部分(40)和第二电路部分(42),所述第一电路部分接在所述低压供电电网(12)中,所述第二电路部分接在所述高压供电电网(14)中,其中,所述开环控制和/或闭环控制装置(26)还具有至少一个在这两个电路部分(40,42)之间中间接入的元件(34)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的能量供给系统(10),其特征在于,这两个电路部分(40,42)布置在共同的印刷电路板(44)上或者至少这两个电路部分(40,42)的构件接在所述印刷电路板(44)上,并且所述过电压吸收器元件(34)和/或压敏电阻元件也接在所述印刷电路板(44)上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的能量供给系统(10),其特征在于,所述过电压吸收器元件(34)设计为气体填充的过电压吸收器(36)。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的能量供给系统(10),其特征在于,所述开环控制和/或闭环控制装置(26)设置用于关于所述高压蓄能器装置(20)至少接管下述功能中的一个功能:
-所述高压蓄能器(24)的充电控制,
-所述高压蓄能器(24)的负载管理,
-确定所述蓄能单池(22)的充电状态,
-确定所述蓄能单池(22)的健康状态,
-使所述蓄能单池(22)平衡,
-所述高压蓄能器(24)的热管理,
-鉴定并且识别所述高压蓄能器(24),以及
-蓄能器装置(20)的通信。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的能量供给系统(10),其特征在于,所述高压供电电网(14)具有逆变器(30),通过所述逆变器将电能供应给接在高压供电电网(14)中的电驱动机(16)。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的能量供给系统(10),其特征在于,所述高压蓄能器(24)由多个彼此电连接的蓄能器模块(28)模块化地构成,其中,所述蓄能器模块(28)在其侧分别具有多个彼此电连接的蓄能单池(22)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的能量供给系统(10),其中所述高压蓄能器装置(20)是高压电池装置。
9.一种用于根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的能量供给系统(10)的高压蓄能器装置(20)的开环控制和/或闭环控制装置(26),其中,所述开环控制和/或闭环控制装置(26)具有第一电路部分(40)和第二电路部分(42),所述第一电路部分能够接在所述能量供给系统(10)的低压供电电网(12)中,所述第二电路部分能够接在所述能量供给系统(10)的高压供电电网(14)中,其特征在于,设置至少一个在这两个电路部分(40,42)之间中间接入的过电压吸收器元件(34)和/或压敏电阻元件,所述过电压吸收器元件和/或压敏电阻元件直至在所述供电电网(12,14)之间施加的电压达到的定义的电压极限是不导电的,并且在超过所述电压极限时能够暂时导电,以确保在所述低压供电电网(12)与所述高压供电电网(14)之间的电势平衡。
