技术领域
本发明总体上涉及车辆车桥,并且更具体地涉及用于车辆的扭转梁后桥组件。本发明还涉及制造车辆车桥的方法,并且更具体地涉及制造用于车辆的扭转梁后桥组件的方法。
背景技术
扭转梁后桥悬架组件,也称为扭力梁车桥,是下述类型的汽车悬架:该类型的汽车悬架包括各自与车辆的车轮联接的一对纵臂以及在纵臂之间横向延伸的扭转梁。在车辆操作期间,当车轮中的一个车轮相对于另一个车轮移动时,例如在车辆侧倾期间或者当车辆的车轮中的一个车轮遇到例如路面中的坑洼时,扭转梁以扭转运动的方式发生变形。扭转梁的扭转运动消减了该运动。
通常,这种扭转梁沿着扭转梁的多个区域直接焊接至每个纵臂。例如,当U形扭转梁与纵臂互相连接时,通常使用焊接将扭转梁沿着扭转梁的顶壁、侧壁和/或底壁直接紧固至纵臂组件。在O形扭转梁或C形扭转梁与纵臂互相连接的情况下,使用焊接将扭转梁沿着扭转梁的外周直接紧固至纵臂。然而,扭转梁和/或纵臂的制造偏差可能会在将这些部件配装在一起以为焊接操作做准备时带来挑战和问题。此外,这些制造偏差可能会导致扭转梁与纵臂之间的不令人满意的焊接接头,从而导致扭转梁与纵臂之间的焊接接头在扭转梁车桥组件的制造和组装之后的疲劳和破裂。
发明内容
本发明的一个方面包括一种车辆的扭转梁车桥组件,该扭转梁车桥组件包括扭转梁和一对纵臂,扭转梁在第一扭转梁端部与第二扭转梁端部之间沿着轴线A延伸。扭转车桥组件还包括一对衬套,所述一对衬套各自布置在第一扭转梁端部或第二扭转梁端部中的一者与相应的纵臂之间并且与第一扭转梁端部或第二扭转梁端部中的该一者和相应的纵臂相互连接,以在扭转梁与纵臂之间建立无焊缝接头。

Claims (13)

1.一种车辆的扭转车桥组件,包括:
一对纵臂;
扭转梁,所述扭转梁沿着轴线A在第一扭转梁端部与第二扭转梁端部之间延伸;以及
衬套,所述衬套布置在所述第一扭转梁端部或所述第二扭转梁端部中的每一者与相应的纵臂之间并且与所述第一扭转梁端部或所述第二扭转梁端部中的该一者和相应的纵臂相互连接,以在所述扭转梁与所述纵臂之间建立无焊缝接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扭转车桥组件,其中,所述扭转梁和所述一对衬套中的每一者均是管状的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的扭转车桥组件,其中,所述一对衬套中的每个衬套均被压配合到相应的第一扭转梁端部或第二扭转梁端部上,以在该衬套与相应的第一扭转梁端部或第二扭转梁端部之间建立无焊缝的互相连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的扭转车桥组件,其中,所述一对衬套中的每个衬套均被模制到相应的第一扭转梁端部或第二扭转梁端部上,以在该衬套与相应的第一扭转梁端部或第二扭转梁端部之间建立无焊缝的互相连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的扭转车桥组件,其中,所述纵臂中的每个纵臂均限定了在所述轴线A上对准的孔口,并且其中,所述一对管状衬套中的每个衬套均被压配合到所述纵臂的相应孔口中,以在该衬套与相应孔口之间建立无焊缝的互相连接。
6.根据权利要求2所述的扭转车桥组件,其中,所述扭转梁包括在所述第一扭转梁端部与所述第二扭转梁端部之间绕所述轴线A纵向延伸的金属管。

设置一对衬套;
在所述衬套中的每个衬套与所述扭转梁的所述第一扭转梁端部或所述第二扭转梁端部中的一者之间建立无焊缝连接;以及
在所述一对衬套中的每个衬套与相应的纵臂之间建立无焊缝连接,以在所述纵臂与所述扭转梁之间建立无焊缝接头。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述扭转梁和所述一对衬套中的每一者均为管状的,并且在所述衬套与所述扭转梁之间建立无焊缝连接的所述步骤还包括将所述衬套压配合到所述扭转梁的相应的端部上。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述扭转梁和所述一对衬套中的每一者均是管状的,并且在所述衬套与所述扭转梁之间建立无焊缝连接的所述步骤还包括将所述衬套模制到所述扭转梁的相应的端部上。
