技术领域
本发明一般地涉及与真空吸尘器相关联的动力刷。
背景技术
真空吸尘器有多种形式,一般是立式或卧式。大多数现代立式真空吸尘器上设置有动力刷,并且许多卧式吸尘器具有包括被驱动的刷子的动力头。被驱动的刷子对于清除表面的碎片可能是重要的,使得碎片可以被吸入真空吸尘器中,而不是仅保持附着在被清洁的表面。
已知真空吸尘器具有声音大的问题。过度的噪声会刺激真空吸尘器的操作者及附近的其他人。因此,一些制造商已经致力于降低他们的真空机组的噪声。由于他们降低了真空吸尘器的电机和吸入方面的噪声,因此由刷驱动器产生的噪声变得更加引人注意。刷驱动系统通常使用皮带而不是链条或齿轮。这些皮带通常是简单的正方形齿状带,因为这样的皮带保证刷子以设计的速度转动而不打滑,但负载完全在这些皮带的扭矩极限内。这些正方形齿状带是相当安静的,但用于现代真空吸尘器时,它们的噪声较为引人注意。

Claims (8)

皮带,所述皮带从所述电机小齿轮延伸至所述驱动皮带轮,所述皮带具有带有圆形轮廓的齿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其中:
所述皮带的圆形齿的齿距是0.050英寸至0.300英寸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其中:
所述皮带的圆形齿的齿距是大约0.12英寸。

所述驱动皮带轮具有凹形轮廓。
5.一种刷驱动系统,包括:
电机;
被连接至所述电机的电机小齿轮;
被连接至所述电机小齿轮的皮带,所述皮带具有带有圆形轮廓的齿;
被连接至所述皮带的刷驱动皮带轮,所述驱动皮带轮具有与所述皮带的圆形齿的轮廓相匹配的凹形轮廓;
由所述刷驱动皮带轮驱动的真空吸尘器刷。
6.根据权利要求5所述的刷驱动系统,其中:
所述皮带的圆形齿的齿距是0.050英寸至0.300英寸。
