Abstract

一种数据中心冷却系统,包括容置室及复数个货柜数据中心,容置室包括围墙及置于围墙上方且与围墙的上端相连的顶棚,围墙形成至少一进风口,顶棚形成一排风口,容置室内形成一与排风口相通的一纵向的排风通道及与排风通道连通的复数个容置区,该复数个容置区与排风通道相邻并与进风口相连通,货柜数据中心置于容置区且与容置区之间存在间隙,从进风口进入的空气通过间隙流入排风通道内,使货柜数据中心形成的热空气在排风通道的烟囱效应下从排风口排出。

数据中心冷却系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种数据中心冷却系统。
背景技术
数据中心中的服务器在运行时会产生很多热量,为了避免热量影响数据中心的运行效率,一般在数据中心配置空气调节装置,通过该空气调节装置冷却数据中心的空气的温度,从而给数据中心降温。虽然空气调节装置可降低数据中心的温度,但其功率大,成本高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种低成本的数据中心冷却系统。
一种数据中心冷却系统,包括容置室及复数个货柜数据中心,容置室包括围墙及置于围墙上方且与围墙的上端相连的顶棚,围墙形成至少一进风口,顶棚形成一排风口,容置室内形成一与排风口相通的一纵向的排风通道及与排风通道连通的复数个容置区,该复数个容置区与排风通道相邻并与进风口相连通,货柜数据中心置于容置区且与容置区之间存在间隙,从进风口进入的空气通过间隙流入排风通道内,使货柜数据中心形成的热空气在排风通道的烟囱效应下从排风口排出。
上述数据中心冷却系统利用容置室内的排风通道的烟囱效用将货柜数据中心产生的热空气排出排风口来冷却货柜数据中心,相较于利用空气调节装置对货柜数据中心进行冷却具有低成本的优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
请参阅图1,一种数据中心冷却系统100包括容置室20、复数个货柜数据中心(Container Data Center, CDC)30及植被件40。
容置室20包括围墙22、顶棚24及置于围墙22内且与顶棚24连接的支撑柱26。围墙22的底部形成有至少一第一进风口28。请参阅图2,围墙22的底部形成了两个第一进风口28。数据中心冷却系统100还包括至少一风扇50。风扇50置于第一进风口28处,用于将容置室20外的空气驱至容置室20内。顶棚24置于围墙22上方且顶棚24的边缘与围墙22的上端相连。顶棚24的中心形成一排风口23。支撑柱26形成有与排风口23相通且正对的一纵向的排风通道27。支撑柱26还形成与排风通道27连通的复数排容置区29。请参阅图3,本实施方式中,支撑柱26形成有四排容置区29。每一排容置区29包括沿排风通道27的轴向间隔设置的复数个容置区29。复数排容置区29环绕于排风通道27的周围。每一容置区29与排风通道27相邻且与第一进风口28相通。
复数个货柜数据中心30分别容置于复数个容置区29内,与支撑柱26共同将排风通道27包围,形成一烟囱形状。货柜数据中心30与容置区29之间存在间隙(图未标),使从第一进风口28进入的空气可通过间隙流入排风通道27内,进而使货柜数据中心30产生的热空气在排风通道27的烟囱效应下从排风口23排出。
围墙22还形成有位于第一进风口28上方的复数个第二进风口21。复数个第二进风口21与复数个容置区29相对。容置室20外的空气在有自然风的情况下通过第二进风口21将货柜数据中心30的产生的热空气吹至排风通道27,使热空气在排风通道27的烟囱效应下从排风口23排出。
植被件40覆盖于围墙22上及顶棚24上,如此,在容置室20置于丘陵地带时,可与周围环境保持一致。在一实施方式中,容置室20利用自然环境中的丘陵加工而成,围墙22及顶棚24的材质为土。
数据中心冷却系统100还包括空气净化装置60及空气冷却装置70,空气净化装置60置于第一进风口28或(及)第二进风口21附近,用于净化空气。空气冷却装置70置于第一进风口28或(及)第二进风口21附近,用于冷却空气。空气冷却装置70置包括位于第一进风口28附近的水池72,由于水池72的水的蒸发可冷却水池72上方的空气,如此,可降低第一进风口28处的空气的温度。空气冷却装置70还包括置于水池72中的冷却器74,冷却器74用于冷却水池72中的水,利用冷却的水进一步地冷却水池72上方的空气。
上述数据中心冷却系统100利用容置室20内的排风通道27的烟囱效用将货柜数据中心30产生的热空气排出排风口23来冷却货柜数据中心30,相较于利用空气调节装置对货柜数据中心30进行冷却具有低成本的优点。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明所公开的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种数据中心冷却系统,包括容置室及复数个货柜数据中心,其特征在于:容置室包括围墙及置于围墙上方且与围墙的上端相连的顶棚,围墙形成至少一进风口,顶棚形成一排风口,容置室内形成一与排风口相通的一纵向的排风通道及与排风通道连通的复数个容置区,该复数个容置区与排风通道相邻并与进风口相连通,货柜数据中心置于容置区且与容置区之间存在间隙,从进风口进入的空气通过间隙流入排风通道内,使货柜数据中心形成的热空气在排风通道的烟囱效应下从排风口排出。
2.如权利要求1所述的数据中心冷却系统,其特征在于,还包括至少一风扇,风扇置于第一进风口处,用于将容置室外的空气驱至容置室内。
3.如权利要求1所述的数据中心冷却系统,其特征在于,围墙还形成有位于第一进风口上方的复数个第二进风口,复数个第二进风口与复数个容置区相对。
4.如权利要求1所述的数据中心冷却系统,其特征在于,还包括覆盖于围墙上及顶棚上的植被件。
5.如权利要求1所述的数据中心冷却系统,其特征在于,容置室还包括置于围墙内且与顶棚连接的支撑柱,所述排风通道及所述复数个容置区形成于支撑柱上。
6.如权利要求5所述的数据中心冷却系统,其特征在于,所述复数个容置区排列成四排环绕于排风通道周围。
7.如权利要求1所述的数据中心冷却系统,其特征在于,还包括空气净化装置,空气净化装置置于第一进风口附近,用于净化空气。
8.如权利要求1所述的数据中心冷却系统,其特征在于,还包括空气冷却装置,空气冷却装置第一进风口附近,用于冷却空气。
9.如权利要求8所述的数据中心冷却系统,其特征在于,空气冷却装置置包括位于第一进风口附近的水池,通过水池的水的蒸发冷却水池上方的空气。
10.如权利要求9所述的数据中心冷却系统,其特征在于,空气冷却装置还包括置于水池中的冷却器,冷却器用于冷却水池中的水。
