一种动圈唱头消磁装置,包括底座,其特征在于,所述底座上通过铰链连接有振动板,振动板的一端嵌入有唱针放入槽,振动板的另一端设有磁铁;磁铁的正上方设有铁芯,铁芯上缠绕有线圈,线圈接入可调节的交变电流。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于黑胶唱机技术领域,尤其涉及一种动圈唱头消磁装置及方法。
背景技术
黑胶唱片作为一种声音和音乐的载体几乎占据了整个20世纪,直到1982年CD诞生。我国在1992年进入CD时代,黑胶生产线大量被淘汰,黑胶唱片的价格从30元左右跌至15元左右。但是由于收藏者的喜好,从1994年开始,黑胶唱片的价格逐渐回升,到1996年就突破百元。1998年国内最后一条黑胶生产线关闭,目前国内市场的黑胶唱片都是引进海外的,或者二手的。现在最便宜的黑胶唱片要六七十元钱,珍藏版本的可以上千。
MC唱头既动圈唱头(结构如图1所示),其线圈铁芯由于一直处在固定磁场中,因而长期使用后铁芯会磁化,从而导致输出降低,音质劣化。而唱头里的磁铁又是重要的工作部件,因此传统的消磁器无法使用。需要开发精密、专用的消磁设备。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明公开了一种动圈唱头消磁装置及使用该装置消磁的方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种动圈唱头消磁装置,包括底座,所述底座上通过铰链连接有振动板,振动板的一端嵌入有唱针放入槽,振动板的另一端设有磁铁;磁铁的正上方设有铁芯,铁芯上缠绕有线圈,线圈接入可调节的交变电流。
一种动圈唱头消磁方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一)将动圈唱头的唱针放置在唱针放入槽中,将动圈唱头输出端的两个接头短接,使唱头线圈形成闭合回路;
步骤二)向线圈通入交变电流,电流频率为50HZ,铁芯与磁铁作用,使振动板上下振动,带动唱针上下震动;
步骤三)调节交变电流的频率,使振动板的振动频率逐渐降低,动圈唱头的铁芯即被消磁;消磁全过程耗时8~10min。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明的消磁装置巧妙、有效地解决了动圈唱头铁芯消磁的问题。操作简单、效率高。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种动圈唱头消磁装置,包括底座5,所述底座5上通过铰链连接有振动板4,振动板4的一端嵌入有唱针放入槽6,振动板4的另一端设有磁铁3;磁铁3的正上方设有铁芯2,铁芯2上缠绕有线圈1,线圈1接入可调节的交变电流。
一种动圈唱头消磁方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一)将动圈唱头的唱针放置在唱针放入槽中,将动圈唱头输出端的两个接头短接,使唱头线圈形成闭合回路;
步骤二)向线圈通入交变电流,电流频率为50HZ;铁芯与磁铁作用,使振动板上下振动,带动唱针上下震动;
步骤三)调节交变电流的,使振动板的振动频率逐渐降低,动圈唱头的铁芯即被消磁。
本发明的工作原理为,震动板4与底座5通过铰链相连,形成一个跷跷板结构。而线圈1与线路部分相连,通入了交变电流的线圈与铁芯一起形成交变磁场,这个交变磁场就会吸引磁铁3产生固定频率的震动,而唱针放置于振动板4上的唱针放入槽,也就会带动唱针产生固定频率的震动,这将唱头的输出端短路,唱头线圈成为闭合线圈,唱头线圈在唱针的作用下在唱头的磁场中振动,使唱头铁芯上产生一个交变磁场。通过调节交变电流让振动板的振动逐渐减弱直至消失,从而让唱头线圈上的交变磁场逐步减弱并消失,就会对唱头线圈铁芯产生足够良好的消磁效果。

1.一种动圈唱头消磁装置的动圈唱头消磁方法,其特征在于,所述的动圈唱头消磁装置包括底座,所述底座上通过铰链连接有振动板,振动板的一端嵌入有唱针放入槽,振动板的另一端设有磁铁;磁铁的正上方设有铁芯,铁芯上缠绕有线圈,线圈接入可调节的交变电流;消磁方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一)将动圈唱头的唱针放置在唱针放入槽中,将动圈唱头输出端的两个接头短接,使唱头线圈形成闭合回路;
步骤二)向线圈通入交变电流,电流频率为50HZ,铁芯与磁铁作用,使振动板上下振动,带动唱针上下震动;
步骤三)调节交变电流的频率,使振动板的振动频率逐渐降低,动圈唱头的铁芯即被消磁;消磁全过程耗时8~10min。
