背景技术
传统插头在多次插接之后，容易出现头部偏移的现象，连接不可靠。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题，本发明提供了一种防偏移的插头。
本发明提供了一种防偏移的插头，包括绝缘壳体和固定在所述绝缘壳体上的金属插柱，所述金属插柱连接有固定座，所述固定座上设有螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔上设有紧固螺钉，所述固定座通过所述紧固螺钉与绝缘壳体连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述螺纹孔有二个，所述金属插柱位于二个所述螺纹孔之间。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述绝缘壳体上设有线路板，所述紧固螺钉与所述线路板连接。
本发明的有益效果是：通过上述方案，可通过紧固螺钉来固定插头，可避免偏移的发生，提高了连接的可靠性。

如图1所示，一种防偏移的插头，包括绝缘壳体和固定在所述绝缘壳体上的金属插柱3，所述金属插柱3连接有固定座1，所述固定座1上设有螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔上设有紧固螺钉2，所述固定座通过所述紧固螺钉2与绝缘壳体连接。
如图1所示，所述螺纹孔有二个，所述金属插柱3位于二个所述螺纹孔之间。
如图1所示，所述绝缘壳体上设有线路板，所述紧固螺钉3与所述线路板（即PCB）连接。
本发明提供的一种防偏移的插头具有以下优点：
1.通过螺丝固定的方式有效的解决了头部偏移、歪头等生产问题，降低了生产成本与质量成本，增强了插拔使用寿命。
2.应用领域从传统的单一成型延伸至可依附底材固定式加工领域，可适应不同产品及生产工艺。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防偏移的插头，其特征在于：所述螺纹孔有二个，所述金属插柱位于二个所述螺纹孔之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防偏移的插头，其特征在于：所述绝缘壳体上设有线路板，所述紧固螺钉与所述线路板连接。
