Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于母线结构的搭接设计,首先在实芯矩形母线的基础上,在母线截面内部打孔,使其内部出现空心部分,得空芯矩形母线;然后采用实芯矩形母线和空芯矩形母线交替搭接;其中,进线端和尾端使用实芯矩形母线。本发明交替搭接,既节省材料,又能保持机械强度,确保运行的安全性。

技术领域
本发明是一种基于母线结构的搭接设计,涉及母线的安装工艺领域。
背景技术
低压开关柜使用母线的规格很多,一般呈矩形的实芯平板形母线,矩形母线在工作过程中集肤效应严重,散热效果差,影响整体设备运行性能和安全。同时,随着电流的增大,母线单位截面上的载流量急剧下降,只能依靠增大母线的截面积来维持一定的温升,提高载流量,从而保证整体设备的运行安全,但同时也因此造成大量的资源浪费和产品生产成本上的大幅上升。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种基于母线结构的搭接设计,采用部分穿孔矩形母线进行搭接,在保证母线温升的基础上,母线的载流量基本不受影响,有效减弱集肤效应,同时也能节省材料。
本发明的技术解决方案是:首先在实芯矩形母线的基础上,在母线截面内部打孔,使其内部出现空心部分,得空芯矩形母线;然后采用实芯矩形母线和空芯矩形母线交替搭接。
其中,进线端和尾端使用实芯矩形母线。
本发明的有益效果是:在实芯矩形母线的基础上,设计了一种空芯矩形母线结构,既节省材料,又减弱集肤效应的影响,同时兼顾母线板的机械强度。

图1显示了现有的实芯矩形母线搭接方式;图2显示了本发明的矩形母线搭接示意图;首先在实芯矩形母线的基础上,在母线截面内部打孔,使其内部出现空心部分,得空芯矩形母线;然后采用实芯矩形母线和空芯矩形母线交替搭接;其中,进线端和尾端使用实芯矩形母线。

1.基于母线结构的搭接设计,其特征在于:首先在实芯矩形母线的基础上,在母线截面内部打孔,使其内部出现空心部分,得空芯矩形母线;然后采用实芯矩形母线和空芯矩形母线交替搭接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于母线结构的搭接设计,其特征在于:进线端和尾端使用实芯矩形母线。
