本实用新型公开一种母线线夹，包括两半圆环状金属件，半圆环状金属件上开设有固定孔。两半圆环状金属件的两侧边缘分别对接形成中空环状柱体，此时两半圆环状金属件的两固定孔对应直通，半圆环状金属件内壁设有若干可挤压变形的凸部。本实用新型母线线夹在相线连接件插入于所述半圆环状金属件内时，由于半圆环状金属件的内壁设有若干可挤压变形的凸部，相线连接件与凸部挤压使凸部变形进而使得相线连接件与半圆环状金属件紧密连接，避免相线连接件与半圆环状金属件接触不好，这能确保相线连接件与半圆环状金属件的良好电性连接。

背景技术
在多个开关柜并行连接时，每个开关柜之间对应的相线连接件通过母线线夹连接。
然而，目前的母线线夹在连接相线连接件时容易产生接触不良的现象，一旦接触不良就会导致发热进而在发热处发生故障。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于电性连接稳固的母线线夹。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种母线线夹，包括两半圆环状金属件，半圆环状金属件上开设有固定孔。两半圆环状金属件的两侧边缘分别对接形成中空环状柱体，此时两半圆环状金属件的两固定孔对应直通，半圆环状金属件内壁设有若干可挤压变形的凸部。
优选地，所述凸部为环绕于所述半圆环状金属件内壁形成的环状螺纹。
优选地，所述凸部为所述半圆环状金属件内壁沿纵向凸伸的螺纹。
优选地，所述凸部为凸点。
本实用新型母线线夹在相线连接件插入于所述半圆环状金属件内时，由于半圆环状金属件的内壁设有若干可挤压变形的凸部，相线连接件与凸部挤压使凸部变形进而使得相线连接件与半圆环状金属件紧密连接，避免相线连接件与半圆环状金属件接触不好，这能确保相线连接件与半圆环状金属件的良好电性连接。

当然，凸部还可以为半圆环状金属件10内壁沿纵向凸伸的螺纹，亦或为凸点等能够挤压变形即可。
请参阅图2，本实用新型母线线夹在应用于两开关柜之间对应的相线连接件20连接时，相线连接件20插入于半圆环状金属件10内，藉由螺杆30穿过两半圆环状金属件10的两固定孔11与开关柜连接，螺杆30套有设备套管金属件40，由于半圆环状金属件10的内壁设有若干可挤压变形的凸部12，相线连接件20与凸部12挤压使凸部12变形进而使得相线连接件20与半圆环状金属件10紧密连接，避免相线连接件20与半圆环状金属件10接触不好，这能确保相线连接件20与半圆环状金属件10的良好电性连接。
