It will be appreciated that the bending or bending takes place without damage to the connecting line 3.
The specific implementation manner of bending or bending at least part of the pipelines in the connecting pipeline 3 in the axial direction is not limited, for example, at least part of the pipelines may be configured to be flexible, for example, part of the pipelines may be configured to be corrugated pipes, steel wire pipes, etc., and part of the pipelines may be configured to be capable of rotating relatively with respect to other pipelines in the connecting pipeline 3, for example, part of the pipelines may be configured to be in rotational sealing connection with other pipelines. Here, the rotation can be performed within a certain range, and the adjustment requirement can be satisfied.
Whether the heat exchanger is used as an evaporator or a condenser, each heat exchanging part needs a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet, and therefore, in a specific embodiment, the connecting pipeline 3 includes a first connecting pipeline 31 and a second connecting pipeline 32, and the first connecting pipeline 31 and the second connecting pipeline 32 respectively connect the corresponding refrigerant inlet and outlet between the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2. Specifically, one end of the first heat exchanging portion 1 is provided with a first refrigerant inlet and outlet 11 and a second refrigerant inlet and outlet 12, wherein when the first heat exchanging portion 1 is used as a condenser, the first refrigerant inlet and outlet 11 is used as a liquid collecting port, namely a refrigerant outlet, the second refrigerant inlet and outlet 12 is used as an air collecting port, namely a refrigerant inlet, and when the first heat exchanging portion 1 is used as an evaporator, the first refrigerant inlet and outlet 11 is a refrigerant inlet, and the second refrigerant inlet and outlet 12 is a refrigerant outlet; one end of the second heat exchanging portion 2 (i.e., the end adjacent to the first heat exchanging portion) is provided with a third refrigerant inlet/outlet 21 and a fourth refrigerant inlet/outlet 22, where the third refrigerant inlet/outlet 21 serves as a liquid collecting port, i.e., a refrigerant outlet, and the fourth refrigerant inlet/outlet 22 serves as an air collecting port, i.e., a refrigerant inlet, when the second heat exchanging portion 2 serves as an evaporator, the third refrigerant inlet/outlet 21 serves as a refrigerant inlet, and the fourth refrigerant inlet/outlet 22 serves as a refrigerant outlet. The first connecting line 31 connects the first refrigerant inlet/outlet 11 and the third refrigerant inlet/outlet 21, and the second connecting line 32 connects the second refrigerant inlet/outlet 12 and the fourth refrigerant inlet/outlet 22. The first connecting line 31 and the second connecting line 32 each have a portion of the line that can be bent or bent in an axial direction.
In a further preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the first refrigerant inlet/outlet 11 and the third refrigerant inlet/outlet 21 are connected through a first three-way valve 311, a first flexible pipe 312 is connected between the first refrigerant inlet/outlet 11 and the first three-way valve 311 and/or between the third refrigerant inlet/outlet 21 and the first three-way valve 311, the first flexible pipe 312 and the first three-way valve 311 form a first connection pipeline 31, and another port of the first three-way valve 311 is connected to other equipment through a pipeline, for example, an indoor heat exchanger through a valve assembly 88 (e.g., a stop valve) as shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 6, the second refrigerant inlet/outlet 12 and the fourth refrigerant inlet/outlet 22 are connected by a second three-way valve 321, the second refrigerant inlet/outlet 12 and the second three-way valve 321 and/or the fourth refrigerant inlet/outlet 22 and the second three-way valve 321 are connected by a second flexible pipe 322, the second flexible pipe 322 and the second three-way valve 321 form a second connecting pipeline 32, and the other port of the second three-way valve 321 is connected by a pipeline to other equipment, for example, to an indoor heat exchanger through a valve assembly 88 (e.g., a stop valve) as shown in fig. 2. The specific structures of the first flexible pipe 312 and the second flexible pipe 322 are not limited, and the first flexible pipe 312 and the second flexible pipe 322 may be flexible so as to be able to bend in the axial direction, and may be, for example, a corrugated pipe, a steel wire pipe, or the like.
Further, when the heat exchanger is used as a condenser, a flow divider is generally disposed at the liquid collecting port, for example, as shown in fig. 5, the first heat exchanging portion 1 has a plurality of first refrigerant inlets and outlets 11, i.e., liquid collecting ports, and the plurality of first refrigerant inlets and outlets 11 are connected to the first connecting line 31 through the first flow divider 313, i.e., the first flow divider 313 includes a plurality of first branch ports respectively connected to the first refrigerant inlets and outlets 11 and a first main port, and the first main port is connected to the first connecting line 31, e.g., the first main port is connected to one port of the first three-way valve 311 through the first flexible pipe 312. The second heat exchanging part 2 has a plurality of third refrigerant inlets and outlets 21, i.e., liquid collecting ports, and the plurality of third refrigerant inlets and outlets 21 are connected to the first connecting pipeline 31 through a second flow divider 314, i.e., the second flow divider 314 includes a plurality of second branch ports respectively connected to the third refrigerant inlets and outlets 21 and a second main port, and the second main port is connected to the first connecting pipeline 31, for example, the second main port is connected to another port of the first three-way valve 311 through a first flexible pipe 312. For increasing flexibility, a flexible pipe connection may be provided between the first refrigerant inlet/outlet 11 and the first branch port of the first flow divider 313, and between the third refrigerant inlet/outlet 21 and the second branch port of the second flow divider 314.
In a further embodiment, the first end of the first heat exchanging part 1 is connected with the first end of the second heat exchanging part 2 through a connecting structure, and the first heat exchanging part 1 and/or the second heat exchanging part 2 can rotate relative to the connecting structure, where the connecting structure refers to a mechanical structure different from a connecting pipeline, so that the overall structure of the first heat exchanging part 1 and the overall structure of the second heat exchanging part 2 can rotate relative to each other to form a support for the rotation between the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2. The connecting pipeline 3 is connected between the first end of the first heat exchanging part 1 and the first end of the second heat exchanging part 2, so that when the first heat exchanging part 1 rotates relative to the second heat exchanging part 2 through the connecting structure, at least part of the pipeline on the connecting pipeline 3 can be bent or bent, and further the included angle between the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2 can be conveniently and reliably changed.
The specific structure of the connection structure is not limited, and the two heat exchanging portions can rotate relatively, for example, the hinge 4 may be as shown in fig. 2, the hinge 4 includes two leaves capable of rotating relatively, one of the leaves is fixed to the first heat exchanging portion 1, and the other leaf is fixed to the second heat exchanging portion 2, and of course, the rotation structure may also be other hinge structures. In addition, an inner support frame 5 may be further provided to support the first heat exchanging part 1, the second heat exchanging part 2, and the connection structure, thereby improving structural stability.
Further, the first heat exchanging portion 1 and/or the second heat exchanging portion 2 are/is bent or curved, for example, as shown in fig. 2, the first heat exchanging portion 1 and the second heat exchanging portion 2 are curved, and the first heat exchanging portion 1 and the second heat exchanging portion 2 enclose to form the accommodating space 6, so that heat exchange of the heat exchanger can be realized in the circumferential direction, the structure compactness is improved, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger can be improved. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the heat exchanger is an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, and the fan 81 may be disposed in the accommodating space 6 surrounded by the heat exchanger, so as to achieve the effect of "small area and large capacity". Of course, it can be understood that, when the heat exchanger further includes other heat exchanging portions, the first heat exchanging portion 1 and the second heat exchanging portion 2 may not be bent or curved, and the purpose of enclosing the accommodating space can also be achieved.
The second end of first heat transfer portion 1 and the second end of second heat transfer portion 2 are the free end, form between the free end of first heat transfer portion 1 and the free end of second heat transfer portion 2 to dismantle the connection to fix the position of first heat transfer portion 1 and second heat transfer portion 2. Thus, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, when the heat exchanger needs to be opened to view internal devices, only the free end of the first heat exchanging portion 1 and the free end of the second heat exchanging portion 2 need to be detached, and the first heat exchanging portion 1 and the second heat exchanging portion 2 are opened by a certain angle, the specific structure of the detachable connection is not limited, and the detachable connection can be conveniently detached, for example, the detachable connection can be clamping, plugging and screw connection through a fastener. And if set up connecting line at the free end of first heat transfer portion and second heat transfer portion, then need be in the same place connecting line welding, and be the rigidity, when needs take first heat transfer portion and second heat transfer portion apart, need weld the pipeline that is good and tear open and weld, maintenance efficiency is low, and the damage that causes connecting line influences connecting line's life, and the mode of setting shown in fig. 2 can realize maintaining and maintaining more conveniently. Alternatively, a damping member is disposed in the connection structure, so that a certain friction force is generated between the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2, and the effect of fixing the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2 can also be achieved.
Wherein, the specific connection mode of the free ends of the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2 is not limited, and in one embodiment, when the free ends of the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2 are positioned at the second position, the end surface of the free end of the first heat exchanging part 1 is butted with the end surface of the free end of the second heat exchanging part 2, so that the heat exchanging efficiency and the attractive appearance can be ensured, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, when the free ends of the first and second heat exchanging parts 1 and 2 are at the second position, a gap is arranged between the end surface of the free end of the first heat exchanging part 1 and the end surface of the free end of the second heat exchanging part 2, be provided with detachable baffle 7 in clearance department, block the clearance through baffle 7, so, can enough reduce the machining precision of first heat transfer portion 1 and second heat transfer portion 2, reduction in production cost improves production efficiency, can guarantee again that heat exchange efficiency and appearance are pleasing to the eye.
Of course, it is understood that other heat exchanging portions may be provided in addition to the first heat exchanging portion 1 and the second heat exchanging portion 2, for example, a third heat exchanging portion may be provided, a first end of the first heat exchanging portion 1 and a first end of the third heat exchanging portion are connected via a first connecting structure, and the first heat exchanging portion 1 is capable of rotating relative to the first connecting structure; and/or, the first end of the second heat exchanging part 2 is connected with the second end of the third heat exchanging part through the second connecting structure, and the second heat exchanging part 2 can rotate relative to the second connecting structure, so that the third heat exchanging part can be fixed, and when the heat exchanger needs to be opened and closed, the first heat exchanging part 1 can be rotated only, or the second heat exchanging part 2 can be rotated only, and the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2 can be rotated only.
Further, the invention also provides an air conditioner outdoor unit which adopts the heat exchanger. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first heat exchanging portion 1 and/or the second heat exchanging portion 2 are bent or curved, the first heat exchanging portion 1 and the second heat exchanging portion 2 enclose to form an accommodating space 6, a fan 81, a compressor 82, an oil-gas separator 83, a gas-liquid separator 84, a four-way valve 85, a subcooler 86 and other devices of the outdoor unit can be disposed in the accommodating space 6, and the fan 81 is located above the other devices and is mounted in the heat exchanger through a fan bracket 87, and in order to improve the mounting reliability of the heat exchanger, a fixing nut can be further added to fix the heat exchanger. So, can make air condensing units's compact structure, heat exchange efficiency high, in addition, when needs maintain air condensing units, only need to take first heat transfer portion 1 and second heat transfer portion 2 apart, realize quick installation and after-sales maintenance.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is in normal operation, when maintenance is required, the refrigerant is firstly discharged, then the baffle 7 and the nuts for fixing the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2 are detached as shown in fig. 4, the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2 are opened by a certain angle, so that the maintenance personnel can conveniently check, maintain and replace the devices in the heat exchanger, after the maintenance is completed, the airtightness of the whole air conditioning system is detected, after the airtightness is qualified, the first heat exchanging part 1 and the second heat exchanging part 2 are closed, the baffle 7 is installed, the outdoor unit is restored, and the whole maintenance process is completed.
