本发明是一种快速接头。包括有螺塞、弹簧、锥阀、阀座、弧形膨胀管、基体,其中弧形膨胀管装设在基体的顶部,阀座装设在弧形膨胀管的顶部,阀座的底部设有锥孔及阻尼孔,锥阀装设在锥孔上,螺塞装设在阀座的顶部,且螺塞设有进水口,锥阀与螺塞之间装设有弹簧。本发明的接头在保证安全的前提下,操作方便,上水快速,省时、省力。

技术领域
本发明是一种快速接头,特别是一种火车水箱加水用快速接头,属于快速接头的创新技术。
背景技术
现有火车水箱加水时所用的接头一般都是采用螺纹与火车水箱连接,其存在的缺点是操作麻烦,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种快速接头。本发明的接头在保证安全的前提下,操作方便,上水快速,省时、省力。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的快速接头,包括有螺塞、弹簧、锥阀、阀座、弧形膨胀管、基体,其中弧形膨胀管装设在基体的顶部,阀座装设在弧形膨胀管的顶部,阀座的底部设有锥孔及阻尼孔,锥阀装设在锥孔上,螺塞装设在阀座的顶部,且螺塞设有进水口,锥阀与螺塞之间装设有弹簧。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1)本发明水管接头依靠弹性体的变形,实现张紧,为了使注水管接头可靠卡紧,水箱进水口也做成相应的弧形凹面。
2)本发明接头上的弹性体,既能够在压力作用下变形张紧,在泄压后变形缩回,但仍然有一定的支撑刚度,保证接头具有一定的刚度。
3)本发明锥阀与螺塞之间装设有弹簧,锥阀相当于单向阀,通过单向阀上所有的弹簧调节单向阀的开启压力,并可通过控制弹性体的变形控制卡紧力。
本发明是一种设计巧妙,操作方便,性能优良,方便实用的快速接头。

实施例:
本发明的结构示意图如图1所示,本发明的快速接头,包括有螺塞1、弹簧2、锥阀3、阀座4、弧形膨胀管5、基体7,其中弧形膨胀管5装设在基体7的顶部,阀座4装设在弧形膨胀管5的顶部,阀座4的底部设有锥孔及阻尼孔6,锥阀3装设在锥孔上,螺塞1装设在阀座4的顶部,且螺塞1设有进水口,锥阀3与螺塞1之间装设有弹簧2。
为便于操作,实现快速连接,上述螺塞1与阀座4之间通过螺纹连接。
本实施例中,上述弧形膨胀管5与基体7之间采用热硫化方式连接或采用粘㬵粘合方式连接。
本实施例中,上述阀座4与弧形膨胀管5之间采用热硫化方式连接或采用粘㬵粘合方式连接。
本发明的快速接头是一种可自动胀紧自动脱开的注水接头,其工作原理如下:当注水主阀开关关闭时,由带通孔的螺塞1、弹簧2、锥阀3、阀座4组成的单向阀关闭,把注水接头插入水箱的进水口,由于管内没有水,弧形膨胀管5可收缩,很容易插入水箱的进水口。接着打开注水主阀开关,开始时水压低于单向阀的打开压力,在此水压作用下,弧形膨胀管5膨胀,卡在水箱进水口的弧形凹面内,把注水管锁紧,随着水压升高,打开锥阀3,开始注水。注水完毕后,关闭注水主阀开关,管内的水通过阻尼孔6泄压,使弧形膨胀管5收缩,注水接头很容易从水箱进水口的弧形凹面内脱出。此外,注水主阀可通过无线遥控方式单独或集中打开和关闭。

Claims (6)

1.一种快速接头,其特征在于包括有螺塞、弹簧、锥阀、阀座、弧形膨胀管、基体,其中弧形膨胀管装设在基体的顶部,阀座装设在弧形膨胀管的顶部,阀座的底部设有锥孔及阻尼孔,锥阀装设在锥孔上,螺塞装设在阀座的顶部,且螺塞设有进水口,锥阀与螺塞之间装设有弹簧;快速接头是一种能自动胀紧自动脱开的注水接头,注水主阀开关关闭时,螺塞、弹簧、锥阀、阀座组成的单向阀关闭,把注水接头插入水箱的进水口,由于弧形膨胀管内没有水,弧形膨胀管收缩,弧形膨胀管插入水箱的进水口,接着打开注水主阀开关,开始时水压低于单向阀的打开压力,在此水压作用下,弧形膨胀管膨胀,弧形膨胀管卡紧在水箱进水口的弧形凹面内,随着水压升高,打开锥阀,开始注水,注水完毕后,关闭注水主阀开关,弧形膨胀管中的水通过阻尼孔泄压,使弧形膨胀管收缩,注水接头从水箱进水口的弧形凹面内脱出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于上述螺塞1与阀座之间通过螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于上述弧形膨胀管与基体之间采用热硫化方式连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于上述弧形膨胀管与基体之间采用粘胶粘合方式连接。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的快速接头,其特征在于上述阀座与弧形膨胀管之间采用热硫化方式连接。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的快速接头,其特征在于上述阀座与弧形膨胀管之间采用粘胶粘合方式连接。
