本发明公开一种防止石油泄漏的接箍,包括接箍本体,所述接箍本体为双层环状结构,所述双层环状结构包括上层环状结构和下层环状结构,且两层环状结构中部通过凸环固定连接,其中,所述上层环状结构两端的内壁分别设有锥形螺纹,所述锥形螺纹的螺牙的长度由外向内依次递增。本发明中在两个石油管道中间安装接箍,其中,接箍为上层环状结构,分别通过锥形螺纹与石油管道连接,锥形螺纹连接更加紧密,不易松动,而且弹性凸环上卡扣的设置,能够实现石油管道与凸环的进一步连接。

一种防止石油泄漏的接箍
技术领域
本发明涉及石油管道技术领域,尤其涉及一种防止石油泄漏的接箍。
背景技术
管道输送是原油运输最经济、合理的一种运输方式。管道输送原油,油管之间的连接方式通常是采用油管接箍进行连接,油管接箍具有管状接箍本体,接箍本体的两端具有连接内螺纹,使用油管接箍连接油管时,把具有外螺纹的油管旋入到油管接箍连接内螺纹内,以此形成石油连续运输管路,实现石油的连续运输。上述现有技术中的油管接箍和油管之间的连接密封一般是先在油管的外螺纹缠绕玻璃丝或麻绳,之后把缠有玻璃丝或麻绳的油管旋入到油管接箍,上述的密封形式存在的问题是:一是油管和油管接箍安装相对麻烦,需要事先准备好玻璃丝或麻绳,另外麻绳或玻璃丝缠绕的松紧或厚度也会影响密封效果,不易控制;二是实践表明采用玻璃丝或麻绳缠绕的形式进行油管和油管接箍密封,密封效果不好,使用过程中容易出现原油渗漏现象。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术不足的问题,本发明提供一种防止石油泄漏的接箍。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种防止石油泄漏的接箍,包括接箍本体,所述接箍本体为双层环状结构,所述双层环状结构包括上层环状结构和下层环状结构,且两层环状结构中部通过凸环固定连接,其中,所述上层环状结构两端的内壁分别设有锥形螺纹,所述锥形螺纹的螺牙的长度由外向内依次递增。
优选地,所述凸环为弹性凸环,其两侧分别设有一个卡口,石油管道的前端设有突出部,所述突出部与卡口相卡接。
优选地,所述石油管道上设有锥形外螺纹,且锥形外螺纹的螺牙长度由端部向中间依次增大。
本发明有益效果是:本发明中在两个石油管道中间安装接箍,其中,接箍为上层环状结构,分别通过锥形螺纹与石油管道连接,锥形螺纹连接更加紧密,不易松动,而且弹性凸环上卡扣的设置,能够实现石油管道与凸环的进一步连接。

如图1-3所示,一种防止石油泄漏的接箍,包括接箍本体,所述接箍本体为双层环状结构,所述双层环状结构包括上层环状结构1和下层环状结构4,且两层环状结构中部通过凸环2固定连接,其中,所述上层环状结构1两端的内壁分别设有锥形螺纹3,所述锥形螺纹3的螺牙的长度由外向内依次递增。
本发明中所述凸环2为弹性凸环,其两侧分别设有一个卡口5,石油管道的前端设有突出部6,所述突出部6与卡口5相卡接。
优选地,所述石油管道7上设有锥形外螺纹,且锥形外螺纹的螺牙长度由端部向中间依次增大。
本发明中在两个石油管道中间安装接箍,其中,接箍为上层环状结构,分别通过锥形螺纹与石油管道连接,锥形螺纹连接更加紧密,不易松动,而且弹性凸环上卡扣的设置,能够实现石油管道与凸环的进一步连接。

1.一种防止石油泄漏的接箍,其特征在于,包括接箍本体,所述接箍本体为双层环状结构,所述双层环状结构包括上层环状结构和下层环状结构,且两层环状结构中部通过凸环固定连接,其中,所述上层环状结构两端的内壁分别设有锥形螺纹,所述锥形螺纹的螺牙的长度由外向内依次递增。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防止石油泄漏的接箍,其特征在于,所述凸环为弹性凸环,其两侧分别设有一个卡口,石油管道的前端设有突出部,所述突出部与卡口相卡接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防止石油泄漏的接箍,其特征在于,所述石油管道上设有锥形外螺纹,且锥形外螺纹的螺牙长度由端部向中间依次增大。
