Abstract
本发明公开一种带有流量传感器的管接箍结构,包括钢管道、管接箍、预埋件,其特征在于,钢管道上加装有管接箍,钢管道内壁设置有内衬管,管接箍外侧安装流量传感器,管接箍底部设置有预埋件,管接箍为一个凹性半圆环和一个凸形半圆环通过螺栓拼接而成。具有通用性强,安全更可靠,工作稳定的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于石油管道技术领域,特别是涉及一种带有流量传感器的管接箍结构。
背景技术
目前,城市周边及部分有油气上窜置地表风险的油井需要进行封井作业,而油田开发初期部分老井未装下表层套管,因年久失修腐蚀严重,仅进行套管内的封堵无法满足安全需要,仍存在油气管向外上窜至地面的风险,需要对其进行管外套接箍固定作业,现有技术无法满足上述技术要求来防止套管磨损。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种带有流量传感器的管接箍结构,具有结构合理紧凑,使用方便,安全更可靠的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种带有流量传感器的管接箍结构,包括钢管道、管接箍、预埋件,钢管道上加装有管接箍,钢管道内壁设置有内衬管,管接箍外侧安装流量传感器,管接箍底部设置有预埋件,管接箍为一个凹性半圆环和一个凸形半圆环通过螺栓拼接而成。
进一步,一凹性半圆环一端齐平设有螺栓孔,另一端面设置凹形部。
进一步,一凸形半圆环一端齐平设有,另一端面设置凸形部。
进一步,管接箍外侧设置有杆形把手。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明结构合理紧凑,使用方便,圆柱状钢管能够较好容纳原井套管,管接箍上安装流量传感器,能够实时检测石油管路的流量,更安全,更可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、图2所示,一种带有流量传感器的管接箍结构,包括钢管道1、管接箍2、预埋件3,钢管道1上加装有管接箍2,钢管道1内壁设置有内衬管11,管接箍外侧安装流量传感器4,管接箍外侧设置有杆形把手。管接箍底部设置有预埋件3。管接箍为一个凹性半圆环和一个凸形半圆环通过螺栓拼接而成,一凹性半圆环21一端齐平设有螺栓孔,另一端面设置凹形部;一凸形半圆环22一端齐平设有,另一端面设置凸形部。

1.一种带有流量传感器的管接箍结构,包括钢管道、管接箍、预埋件,其特征在于,钢管道上加装有管接箍,钢管道内壁设置有内衬管,管接箍外侧安装流量传感器,管接箍底部设置有预埋件,管接箍为一个凹性半圆环和一个凸形半圆环通过螺栓拼接而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种带有流量传感器的管接箍结构,其特征在于,一凹性半圆环一端齐平设有螺栓孔,另一端面设置凹形部。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种带有流量传感器的管接箍结构,其特征在于,一凸形半圆环一端齐平设有,另一端面设置凸形部。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种带有流量传感器的管接箍结构,其特征在于,管接箍外侧设置有杆形把手。
