Abstract
The invention provides a novel medical diaphragm type pinch valve, and belongs to the technical field of medical blood collection and transfusion devices. The shape and material of the diaphragm 2 are not particularly limited, and any form of diaphragm 2 may be used as long as it is made of an elastic soft material (particularly, an elastic rubber material), which can reduce the impact between the push rod 4 and the valve body 1 and reduce the noise level.

When blood circulation is needed, the air cylinder 7 is deflated, compressed air in the lining 5 is gradually discharged, the pressure on the push rod 4 is reduced, the diaphragm 2 generates tension due to the fact that the original shape of the diaphragm is recovered, the push rod 4 is pushed to move downwards under the action of the tension of the diaphragm 2, meanwhile, the blood transfusion rubber tube 3 recovers the shape, the blood circulates again, the deformation of the diaphragm 2 is gradually recovered in the process, the force acting on the push rod 4 is gradually reduced, violent impact between the push rod 4 and the air cylinder 7 is relieved, and the noise level is reduced.

the push rod is vertical to the lining; a sealing ring is arranged at the vertical connection part of the push rod and the lining; a water line is arranged at the joint of the inner side wall of the valve body and the diaphragm;
when blood circulation needs to be cut off, the air cylinder is inflated, the liner is filled with compressed gas, the push rod is pushed to move upwards, the diaphragm is deformed, and the push rod continues to move upwards and is contacted with the blood collection and transfusion rubber tube through the diaphragm until the blood collection and transfusion rubber tube deforms;
the inner liners are distributed on two inner side walls of the valve body;
and the joint of the lining, the inner side wall of the valve body and the cylinder adopts an end angle surface sealing structure.
