Abstract
本发明涉及一种车用发动机倒滚流比燃烧系统,包括燃烧室顶、气缸壁、排气门、凹坑活塞、排气侧喷油器、进气门座圈、立式进气道所述燃烧室顶上设有排气门、排气侧喷油器、不对称进气门杆及不对称进气门,所述立式气道的中心线与进气门座圈中心线夹角为15°~25°,新鲜空气通过立式进气道进入,在不对称进气门的作用下,更多的气体将流向右侧,撞击凹坑活塞反射后,经气缸壁和燃烧室顶的引导,在缸内形成强烈的顺时针旋转滚流,用于改善排气侧的流动,减小爆震趋势,并加速燃烧。本发明能够有效减少缸内侧置直喷汽油机的爆震,并提升缸内滚流强度,加速燃烧。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车用发动机燃烧系统,尤其是一种车用发动机倒滚流比燃烧控制系统。
背景技术
车用汽油发动机缸内直喷技术能够有效提升发动机的升功率,降低整车油耗和排放,是车用发动机领域内常用的一种燃烧控制技术。由于采用燃料缸内直接喷射后,汽油与空气混合的时间大为缩短,所以需要组织有规律的缸内气流运动,确保在点火时刻缸内油气混合的均匀和理想分布。开发合理的缸内气流运动组织模式以提升侧置直喷发动机的燃效,并降低排放一直是车用缸内直喷汽油机发动机领域内追求的目标。
如图1,2,3所示,传统侧置直喷汽油机的燃烧系统,包括燃烧室顶1.,火花塞2.,气缸中心线3.,喷油器4.,进气门杆5.,对称进气门6.,缸盖底面7.,气缸壁8.,活塞9.,逆时针滚流10.,排气门11.,排气门杆12、进气道壁面18、进气门座圈22,传统缸内侧置直喷汽油机采用对称进气门6、进气道中心线19与进气门座圈中心线20夹角21为35°~55°的气门结果布置,匹配喷油器进气侧喷射和“屋脊型”燃烧室顶面,在燃烧室内形成逆时针旋转的有组织滚流流动,加速喷射燃料和空气的混合过程,同时活塞凹坑对油束形成包络,减少油束与气缸壁面接触所造成的润滑油稀释问题,有组织的逆时针滚流可以保持到压缩行程后期,在点火时刻破碎转化成湍动能加速燃烧;然而此种组织逆时针旋转的燃烧系统容易在排气侧行程流动死区,造成油气的富集进而导致爆震的发生,限制了缸内直喷发动机的强化潜力。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,本发明提出一种车用发动机倒滚流比燃烧系统,在改善排气侧爆震的同时提升缸内滚流强度。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种车用发动机倒滚流比燃烧系统,包括燃烧室顶、气缸壁、排气门、凹坑活塞、排气侧喷油器、进气门座圈、立式进气道所述燃烧室顶上设有排气门、排气侧喷油器、不对称进气门杆及不对称进气门,所述立式气道的中心线与进气门座圈中心线夹角为15°~25°,新鲜空气通过立式进气道进入,在不对称进气门的作用下,更多的气体将流向右侧,撞击凹坑活塞反射后,经气缸壁和燃烧室顶的引导,在缸内形成强烈的顺时针旋转滚流,用于改善排气侧的流动,减小爆震趋势,并加速燃烧。
所述排气侧喷油器喷射油束通过排气门的加热将快速蒸发并与空气混合。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明车用发动机倒滚流比燃烧系统,立式气道中心线与进气门座圈中心线夹角为15°~25°,有利于使用气体的重力,并配合不对称气门,让更多的进气以更快的速度从气门右侧流入气缸,借助活塞的反射,在缸内形成更强的顺时针滚流以利于快速燃烧;安装在排气侧的喷油器的喷射油束将被凹坑活塞包络,排气侧的较高温度有利于燃油的快速蒸发形成更为均匀的混合气;且顺时针滚流加速排气侧的火焰传播速度,减小爆震倾向。
因此,本发明能够有效减少缸内侧置直喷汽油机的爆震,并提升缸内滚流强度,加速燃烧。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图4,5,6所示,一种车用发动机倒滚流比燃烧系统,包括燃烧室顶1、气缸壁8、排气门11、排气门杆12、不对称进气门杆13、不对称进气门14、排气侧喷油器15、凹坑活塞16、进气门座圈22、立式进气道26。燃烧室顶1上设有排气门11、排气侧喷油器15、不对称进气门杆13及不对称进气门14,立式气道26的中心线与进气门座圈中心线夹角24为15°~25°,燃烧室顶1、火花塞2、气缸壁8、凹坑活塞16、排气侧喷油器15、进气门座圈22、排气门11、排气门杆12,形成组织顺时针旋转滚流的倒滚流比燃烧系统。
新鲜空气通过立式进气道26进入,由于不对称进气门14的作用,更多的气体将流向右侧,撞击凹坑活塞16反射后,经气缸壁8和燃烧室顶1的引导,在缸内形成强烈的顺时针旋转滚流17;排气侧喷油器15喷射油束由于排气门11的加热将快速蒸发并与空气混合;顺时针滚流17改善了排气侧的流动,减小了爆震趋势,并加速燃烧。
Claims (2)
1.一种车用发动机倒滚流比燃烧系统,包括燃烧室顶(1)、气缸壁(8)、排气门(11)、凹坑活塞(16)、排气侧喷油器(15)、进气门座圈(22)、立式进气道(26),其特征在于:所述燃烧室顶(1)上设有排气门(11)、排气侧喷油器(15)、不对称进气门杆13及不对称进气门14,所述立式气道(26)的中心线与进气门座圈中心线夹角(24)为15°~25°,新鲜空气通过立式进气道(26)进入,在不对称进气门(14)的作用下,更多的气体将流向右侧,撞击凹坑活塞(16)反射后,经气缸壁(8)和燃烧室顶(1)的引导,在缸内形成强烈的顺时针旋转滚流(17),用于改善排气侧的流动,减小爆震趋势,并加速燃烧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用发动机倒滚流比燃烧系统,其特征在于:所述排气侧喷油器(15)喷射油束通过排气门(11)的加热将快速蒸发并与空气混合。
