本发明涉及热能与动力领域,尤其涉及叶轮机构。
背景技术
叶轮机构,特别是作为透平的叶轮机构的冷却问题一直是困扰叶轮机构应用的重要问题。因此,需要发明一种新型叶轮机构。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出的技术方案如下:
本发明的一种叶轮机构,包括动力轴、轴向冷却通道区和叶栅,所述轴向冷却通道区和所述叶栅按径向依次排列设置在所述动力轴上。
进一步选择性地,使所述轴向冷却通道区设为N个,所述叶栅设为N个,所述轴向冷却通道区按所述动力轴的轴向排列设置且串联连通。
进一步选择性地,使所述轴向冷却通道区与压气机连通、与风扇连通或开放设置与大气连通。
进一步选择性地,使所述轴向冷却通道区与压气机连通、与风扇连通或开放设置与大气连通。
进一步选择性地,使在所述叶栅的叶片上设置热管,所述热管将热量传递到所述轴向冷却流道区内。
本发明中,所述“N”设为非零整数。
本发明中,所谓的“连接设置”是指固定连接设置、一体化设置或联动设置。
本发明中,应根据热能和动力领域的公知技术,在必要的地方设置必要的部件、单元或系统等。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的所公开的叶轮机构结构简单,冷却效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对发明的技术方案进一步进行说明。
实施例1
如图1所示的叶轮机构,包括动力轴1、轴向冷却通道区2和叶栅3,所述轴向冷却通道区2和所述叶栅3按径向依次排列设置在所述动力轴1上。
本实施例中,所述轴向冷却通道区2的个数设为了3个,同时所述叶栅3的个数也设为了3个,且所述轴向冷却通道区2按所述动力轴1的轴向排列设置且串联连通。
作为可变换的实施方式,所述叶栅3的个数、所述轴向冷却通道区2的个数可以是其它任意非零整数N,例如可以是1、2、4、5、6、7、8等等。
实施例2
一种叶轮机构,其在实施例1的基础上,进一步使在所述叶栅3的叶片上设置热管4,如图2所示,所述热管4将热量传递到所述轴向冷却流道区2内。
作为可变换的实施方式,实施例1变换得到的实施方式也可进一步参照本实施例在所述叶栅3的叶片上设置所述热管4。
作为可变换的实施方式,实施例1和实施例2及其变换得到的实施方式均可进一步选择性地使所述轴向冷却通道区2与压气机连通、与风扇连通或开放设置与大气连通。
显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,根据本领域的公知技术和本发明所公开的技术方案,可以推导出或联想出许多变型方案,所有这些变型方案,也应认为是本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种叶轮机构,包括动力轴(1)、轴向冷却通道区(2)和叶栅(3),其特征在于:所述轴向冷却通道区(2)和所述叶栅(3)按径向依次排列设置在所述动力轴(1)上。
2.如权利要求1所述叶轮机构,其特征在于:所述轴向冷却通道区(2)设为N个,所述叶栅(3)设为N个,所述轴向冷却通道区(2)按所述动力轴(1)的轴向排列设置且串联连通。
3.如权利要求1所述叶轮机构,其特征在于:所述轴向冷却通道区(2)与压气机连通、与风扇连通或开放设置与大气连通。
4.如权利要求2所述叶轮机构,其特征在于:所述轴向冷却通道区(2)与压气机连通、与风扇连通或开放设置与大气连通。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述叶轮机构,其特征在于:在所述叶栅(3)的叶片上设置热管(4),所述热管(4)将热量传递到所述轴向冷却流道区(2)内。
