本发明涉及建筑材料领域,特别涉及到一种水渣防火板材及其制造方法。
背景技术
我国建材工业资源能源消耗高、污染物排放总量大,目前,主要采取在城市周边坑洼地带建立临时消纳场进行简易填埋的方式予以处置,造成严重的环境污染和土地资源浪费。
把工业废渣、尾矿“变废为宝”,使其“无害化、资源化、减量化”,改善人居环境、建设生态文明,是绿色建材和绿色建筑产业融合发展的迫切需要。
现有的防火板以大量的锯末为填充料,需要大量的木材,破坏了生态环境,而且防火板材的产品吸水率>10%,软化系数0.85,抗压强度低。在地铁建设过程中,需要用到防火设施,轻质高强的防火板在地铁中的需求非常大。
发明内容
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种水渣防火板材,包括从下至上依次设置的本色面层、有机硅防水层、纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料、有机硅防水层和无纺布,所述纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料内、本色面浆料内、纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料上部与有机硅防水层之间均设有玻璃纤维网格布,而下部的两层玻璃纤维网格布之间填充有本色面浆料。
进一步地,所述的无纺布内表面以及本色面层的内表面均设置有加强层。
进一步地,所述无纺布为12g至68g每平方米。
进一步地,所述纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料内、本色面浆料内、纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料上部与有机硅防水层之间均设有两层玻璃纤维网格布。
进一步地,所述本色面层的厚度为0.1mm至0.95mm。
进一步地,防火板板材总厚度为10mm-40mm。
本发明有益效果是:本发明的一种水渣防火板材,通过纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料、玻璃纤维网格布、凸凹木纹本色面层以及无纺布层的配合,比起普通的防火板产品吸水率<5%,软化系数1,抗压强度>40Mpa,轻质高强,广泛应用在室内装饰。值得注意的是,一种水渣防火板材消耗了大量高炉水渣,减少了污染,改善了人居环境。

如图1、图2所示,本发明的一种水渣防火板材,包括纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1,所述纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1上部从下至上依次设有两层玻璃网格布2、一层有机硅防水层5和无纺布4,所述纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1上部的玻璃纤维网格布2与有机硅防水层5之间还填充有纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1;而纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1下部从上至下依次设置有本色面浆料6和本色面层3,所述本色面层3与本色面浆料6之间还设有有机硅防水层5,所述本色面浆料6两侧设有两层玻璃纤维网格布2。
本发明的一种水渣防火板材,通过纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1、玻璃纤维网格布2、本色面层3以及无纺布4的配合,比起普通的防火板产品吸水率<5%,软化系数1,抗压强度>40Mpa,质量减轻,但是强度提高了,广泛应用在室内装饰,特别是办公楼装饰。值得注意的是,一种水渣防火板材消耗了大量高炉水渣,减少了污染,改善了人居环境。
实施例2:

实施例5:

本防火板的制作方法为:

3)纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1的做法:取125kg的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,100kg的氧化镁轻烧粉,4kg的白云石粉,100kg的水渣粉,180kg水渣、纤维1kg、一份重量的改性剂,搅拌机搅拌均匀;
4)制作防火板:一台搅拌机搅拌出本色面浆料6,两台搅拌机搅拌出纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1浆料,然后在防火板生产线上成型,本色面浆料6铺平在PVC或ABS基板上,玻璃纤维网格布2压入本色面浆料6中,纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1浆料铺平在本色面浆料6上,再次铺放玻璃纤维网格布2,再次铺放纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1浆料,然后铺放无纺布4,经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割、养护、喷涂有机硅防水剂、烘干。
其中所述的添加剂纤维,其特征在于:所述纤维是有机纤维短丝、无机纤维短丝之一或其组合。

纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1的又一种配比:145kg的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,100kg的氧化镁轻烧粉,148kg的水渣粉,200kg的水渣,EPS泡沫珠1.5kg,珍珠岩6.5kg,一份重量的纤维,一份重量的改性剂,产品密度1.25。
纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料1的又一种配比:155kg的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,100kg的氧化镁轻烧粉,150kg的水渣粉,196kg的水渣,EPS泡沫珠1.5kg,玻化微珠6.5kg,一份重量的纤维,一份重量的改性剂,产品密度1.25。
无纺布4层4根据一种水渣防火板材厚度不同选择12g至68g每平方米,其主要作用减少产品表面孔隙率,方便真空吸盘产品下线。
半成品经整平、养护、固化、拆模、达到强度后通过生产线进入四边定尺切割机,进行定尺切割,产品下线。

Claims (6)

1.一种水渣防火板材,其特征在于:包括从下至上依次设置的本色面层(3)、有机硅防水层(5)、本色面浆料(6)、纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1)、有机硅防水层(5)和无纺布(4),所述纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1)内、本色面浆料(6)内、纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1)上部与有机硅防水层(5)之间均设有玻璃纤维网格布(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水渣防火板材,其特征在于:所述的无纺布(4)内表面以及本色面层(3)的内表面均设置有有机防水层(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水渣防火板材,其特征在于:所述无纺布(4)为12g至68g每平方米。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水渣防火板材,其特征在于:所述本色面层(3)的厚度为0.1mm至0.95mm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水渣防火板材,其特征在于:所述防火板材总厚度为10mm-40mm。
6.制备如权利要求1-5所述的一种水渣防火板材,其特征在于:步骤包括:
(1)制作29.4°Bé硫酸镁水:取850kg的七水硫酸镁,然后取1000kg的水将硫酸镁溶解成29.4°Bé硫酸镁水;
(2)本色面浆料(6)的做法:取125kg的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,100kg的氧化镁轻烧粉,4kg的白云石粉,100kg的水渣粉,一份重量的改性剂,搅拌机搅拌均匀;
(3)纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1)的做法:取125kg的29.4°Bé硫酸镁水,100kg的氧化镁轻烧粉,4kg的白云石粉,100kg的水渣粉,180kg水渣、纤维1kg、一份重量的改性剂,搅拌机搅拌均匀;
(4)制作防火板:一台搅拌机搅拌出本色面浆料(6),两台搅拌机搅拌出纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1)浆料,然后在防火板生产线上成型,本色面浆料(6)铺平在PVC或ABS基板上,玻璃纤维网格布(2)压入本色面浆料(6)中,纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1)浆料铺平在本色面浆料(6)上,再次铺放玻璃纤维网格布(2),再次铺放纤维水渣菱镁胶凝材料(1)浆料,然后铺放无纺布(4),经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割、养护、喷涂有机硅防水剂、烘干。
