本发明涉及建筑及装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种自粘泡棉墙贴及其制造工艺。
背景技术
现代建筑室内外装修常采用墙砖作为装饰材料。作为一种室内外装饰装修墙体立面材料,墙砖具备色彩丰富、图案多样、立体感强等特点,相对其他市面上的建筑装饰材料而言价格适中,且安全环保,故在国内外得到相当程度的普及,应用非常广泛。因为具有花色多样、美观大方、立体感强的装饰效果和防潮耐磨的性能特点,它被广泛应用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修上。现代墙砖主要分为两大类:人造墙砖和天然墙砖。天然墙砖由天然石质材料加工而成,具有天然石材的纹理及坚固耐用的特点。人造墙砖多由粘土、石英砂等混合而成,具有色彩艳丽、抗压耐磨的特点。
传统的墙面砖虽然具备以上优点,但也存在如下不可避免的缺点:
1、天然墙砖由于取材自天然石材,因此具有一定放射性;
2、成品重量较大,不利于搬送和储运;
3、材质表面较坚固,与之碰撞后容易造成人体损伤,使日常使用和产品运输存在一定的安全隐患;
4、自身受损后修补难度较大、更换成本较高,安装施工时需要专用设备和专业人员操作,施工过程繁琐、周期长,综合投入较大。
行业内需要一种安全环保、轻便坚固、施工便捷、成本低廉的产品来满足市场的需求。

本发明的目的在于,提供一种自粘泡棉墙贴,解决以上技术问题。

本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种自粘泡棉墙贴,包括墙贴本体,其特征在于,所述墙贴本体包括作为基材的主材质层、作为表层的装饰层、用于保温隔热的铝箔层、用于施工粘贴的粘接层和用于保护粘接层的副材质层,所述副材质层为底层,其向上覆盖于所述粘接层的下表面,所述粘接层的上表面连接所述铝箔层的下表面,所述铝箔层的上表面连接所述主材质层的下表面,所述主材质层的上表面连接所述装饰层;
所述主材质层由泡棉类材料制成,所述泡棉类材料包括XPE、IXPE、EPE、PU、EVA,此类主材具有立体感强烈、防水、隔音、隔热、保温、重量轻、良好的可塑性和缓冲撞击等优点。
所述主材质层的厚度为2mm-30mm,优选10mm。
所述装饰层采用PE薄膜材料或者PVC薄膜材料制成的装饰层。
所述装饰层的厚度为5丝-30丝,通过添加各种颜色的色母或者印刷、打印,使产品具有花色图案丰富多彩的视觉效果。
所述铝箔层的厚度为0.01mm-0.2mm,优选0.08mm。
所述副材质层采用离型纸或者离型PET膜制成的副材质层。
所述副材质层的克重为40g/㎡-200g/㎡,优选100g/㎡。
本发明采用泡棉类材料作为基材制成主材质层,再在上表面设置具有装饰效果的装饰层后形成表层,使产品具有装饰效果立体感强烈、防水、隔音、隔热、保温、重量轻、防腐蚀、缓冲撞击等优点。
所述粘接层采用粘合剂制成的粘接层,所述粘合剂采用聚氨酯类压敏胶、聚丙烯酸类压敏胶、有机硅类压敏胶、天然橡胶类压敏胶或者合成橡胶类压敏胶制成的粘合剂,优选采用橡胶类压敏胶或者聚丙烯酸类压敏胶制成的粘合剂。
所述粘合剂的工作温度为-20℃-80℃,优选25℃,在该温度区间的粘接层具有良好有效粘接特性。
本发明的主材质层以及铝箔层通过粘接层与墙面粘连后能有效隔离侵入墙体中的水汽,阻止和避免墙壁的受潮、霉变等问题,并有很好的保温、隔热、抗腐蚀等作用;通过设置各类压敏胶制成的粘合剂形成的粘接层使产品具有良好的适应性能,可在墙面、塑料、金属、玻璃、木制品、油漆面、瓷砖等任何平整、干净的表面反复张贴,大大扩展了产品的适应范围,并降低了产品施工的难度和综合费用。
一种自粘泡棉墙贴的制造工艺包括如下制造步骤:
1)基材处理:将所述主材质层与所述铝箔层贴合,使产品具有防水、隔音、隔热、保温、重量轻、防腐蚀、防辐射等特点;
2)设置装饰层:在步骤1)制品的主材质层的上表面贴合所述装饰层,其中,所述装饰层经过添加色母、印刷、打印或者热转印,使其具有多种色彩多样纹路,充分展示产品的丰富多彩性;
3)设置粘接层:在所述副材质层的离型面利用涂布机满面刮涂粘合剂后形成所述粘接层;在产品未施工之前,副材质层起到保护粘接层的作用;
4)贴合主副层:在一定压力下,使步骤2)的制品和步骤3)的制品贴合,使所述粘接层成功转移至所述铝箔层的下表面,方便成品剥离所述副材质层后直接施工粘贴;
5)高温烘烤:将步骤4)的制品送入高温烘箱维持一定时间和一定温度的烘烤,使主材质层软化并具备一定的蓬松度,方便下一步的热压步骤,同时对制品中含有的有害物质进行高温蒸发清除,提高产品的环保要求;
6)模具热压:将步骤5)的制品移出烘箱,覆盖在相应造型的模具上面,利用压力机械施压后使其形成凹凸、立体的造型;
7)切除边角:将步骤6)的制品用模切机器切除多余的边角后,得到成品;
8)成品收集:对成品依次进行整理、晾置、包装、入库。
所述步骤3)中粘合剂的刮涂厚度为10g/㎡-100g/㎡,优选50g/㎡。
所述步骤4)中的加压压力为0.5kg-15kg,优选3kg。
所述步骤5)中高温烘箱的温度为0℃-300℃,优选100℃。
所述步骤5)中高温烘箱的烘烤持续时间为10秒-90秒,优选20秒。
所述步骤8)中的晾置温度为0℃-50℃,优选25℃。

有益效果:由于采用上述技术方案,使本发明的产品既解决了天然石材制成的墙砖的放射性问题,又具备人造墙砖的立体感和多种多样的花色纹理的优点;同时,产品主材使用的泡棉类材料质地柔和、轻便,使产品利于储存、搬运、运输以及施工;对于和人体、家具发生碰撞时都有一定的缓冲保护作用,在受到损坏的情况下,用户可以简单轻便的进行修复;尤其在于施工方面,用户在使用本产品时,只需剥离底纸就可以直接施工,无需专用设备和专业人员以及复杂的专用辅材、辅料,使用成本大大的降低,且施工简单洁净,不会造成二次污染,使本产品具有传统墙砖无可比拟的优点,更具环保作用和推广意义。

5)高温烘烤:将步骤4)的制品送入高温烘箱维持一定时间和一定温度的烘烤,使主材质层1软化并具备一定的蓬松度;
6)模具热压:将步骤5)的制品移出烘箱,覆盖在相应造型的模具上面,利用压力机械施压后使其形成凹凸、立体的造型;
7)切除边角:将步骤6)的制品用模切机器切除多余的边角后,得到成品;
8)成品收集:对成品依次进行整理、晾置、包装、入库。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种自粘泡棉墙贴的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中高温烘箱的温度为0℃-300℃,烘烤持续时间为10秒-90秒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自粘泡棉墙贴的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤8)中的晾置温度为0℃-50℃,晾置时间持续24小时-72小时。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述制造工艺制备的一种自粘泡棉墙贴,其特征在于,包括墙贴本体,所述墙贴本体包括作为基材的主材质层、作为表层的装饰层、用于保温隔热的铝箔层、用于施工粘贴的粘接层和用于保护粘接层的副材质层,所述副材质层为底层,其向上覆盖于所述粘接层的下表面,所述粘接层的上表面连接所述铝箔层的下表面,所述铝箔层的上表面连接所述主材质层的下表面,所述主材质层的上表面连接所述装饰层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种自粘泡棉墙贴,其特征在于,所述主材质层由泡棉类材料制成,所述泡棉类材料包括XPE、IXPE、EPE、PU、EVA,所述主材质层的厚度为2mm-30mm,所述铝箔层的厚度为0.01mm-0.2mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种自粘泡棉墙贴,其特征在于,所述装饰层采用PE薄膜材料或者PVC薄膜材料制成的装饰层;
所述装饰层的厚度为5丝-30丝。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种自粘泡棉墙贴,其特征在于,所述副材质层采用离型纸或者离型PET膜制成的副材质层;
所述副材质层的克重为40g/㎡-200g/㎡。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种自粘泡棉墙贴,其特征在于,所述粘接层采用粘合剂制成的粘接层,所述粘合剂采用聚氨酯类压敏胶、聚丙烯酸类压敏胶、有机硅类压敏胶、天然橡胶类压敏胶或者合成橡胶类压敏胶制成的粘合剂;
所述粘合剂的工作温度为-20℃-80℃。
