Abstract

本发明公开了一种加固型的道路防护栏,立柱通过连接支架固定连接有防护栏,防护栏由两块相对并呈弧形的前栏板和后栏板组成,前栏板的上、下两端分别和后栏板上、下两端固定连接,前栏板和后栏板之间成型有椭圆形的槽腔,前栏板和后栏板之间的槽腔内插接有梯子形状的加固件,加固件包括两根水平的圆钢筋,两根圆钢筋分别抵靠在前栏板和后栏板上、下两端的弧形内壁上并通过焊接固定于前栏板或后栏板,圆钢筋之间设有若干竖直的拉簧,拉簧的两端焊接固定在圆钢筋上。本发明结构简单,采用相对的弧形栏板组合,既能提高防护栏的强度,同时约束了弧形栏板的上下侧边,增强了栏板弧形部分的弹性变形能力,从而提高防护栏的缓冲效果。

一种加固型的道路防护栏
技术领域:
本发明涉及安防产品的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种加固型的道路防护栏。
背景技术:
现有道路旁的安全防护栏的防护结构一般为防护板,防护板大多由金属材料折弯形成弧形板结构,弧形板结构的可以提供一定的缓冲力,以减小撞击伤害,但现有的防护板一般由单层的金属板组成,其防护板强度较低,则撞击过程起到的缓冲效果差,同时撞击力度较大时,无法阻止车辆冲出道路。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种加固型的道路防护栏,其结构简单,提高安全防护栏的强度和缓冲效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种加固型的道路防护栏,包括立柱,立柱通过连接支架固定连接有防护栏,防护栏由两块相对的前栏板和后栏板组成,所述前栏板和后栏板为竖直的金属板,金属板的上、下两侧弯折成型有弧线板,前栏板的中部和后栏板的中部焊接固定在一起;前栏板的上、下两端分别和后栏板上、下两端固定连接,前栏板和后栏板之间成型有椭圆形的槽腔,前栏板和后栏板之间的槽腔内均插接有梯子形状的加固件,加固件包括两根水平的圆钢筋,两根圆钢筋分别抵靠在前栏板和后栏板之间槽腔上、下两端的弧形内壁上并通过焊接固定于前栏板或后栏板,圆钢筋之间设有若干竖直的拉簧,拉簧的两端焊接固定在圆钢筋上。
所述连接支架呈“匚”字形,连接支架固定于后栏板的中部,连接支架的两端焊接固定在立柱的外壁上。
所述的连接支架焊接固定在相邻的两块后栏板上。
所述圆钢筋上成型有挂钩,拉簧的两端挂置在圆钢筋的挂钩上,拉簧均匀分布在圆钢筋上。
所述加固件位于相邻防护栏之间的圆钢筋为整根钢筋。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它结构简单,采用相对的弧形栏板组合,既能提高防护栏的强度,同时约束了弧形栏板的上下侧边,增强了栏板弧形部分的弹性变形能力,从而提高防护栏的缓冲效果。

实施例:见图1至3所示,一种加固型的道路防护栏,包括立柱1,立柱1通过连接支架4固定连接有防护栏,防护栏由两块相对的前栏板2和后栏板3组成,所述前栏板2和后栏板3为竖直的金属板,金属板的上、下两侧弯折成型有弧线板,前栏板2的中部和后栏板3的中部焊接固定在一起;前栏板2的上、下两端分别和后栏板3上、下两端固定连接,前栏板2和后栏板3之间成型有椭圆形的槽腔,前栏板2和后栏板3之间的槽腔内均插接有梯子形状的加固件5,加固件5包括两根水平的圆钢筋51,两根圆钢筋51分别抵靠在前栏板2和后栏板3之间槽腔上、下两端的弧形内壁上并通过焊接固定于前栏板2或后栏板3,圆钢筋51之间设有若干竖直的拉簧52,拉簧52的两端焊接固定在圆钢筋51上。

工作原理:本发明主要为道路防护栏,采用两个相对的护栏板(前栏板2和后栏板3)焊接固定,两个护栏板能增强防护栏的强度,同时其护栏板上的弧形板部分的弹性变形能力也增强,同时又设置加固件5,加固件5上的圆钢筋51增强相邻防护栏之间连接强度和防护栏本身的抗弯折强度,并设置拉簧52约束护栏板上的弧形板上下侧边,亦能增强弹性变形的能力。

1.一种加固型的道路防护栏,包括立柱(1),立柱(1)通过连接支架(4)固定连接有防护栏,其特征在于:防护栏由两块相对的前栏板(2)和后栏板(3)组成,所述前栏板(2)和后栏板(3)为竖直的金属板,金属板的上、下两侧弯折成型有弧线板,前栏板(2)的中部和后栏板(3)的中部焊接固定在一起;前栏板(2)的上、下两端分别和后栏板(3)上、下两端固定连接,前栏板(2)和后栏板(3)之间成型有椭圆形的槽腔,前栏板(2)和后栏板(3)之间的槽腔内均插接有梯子形状的加固件(5),加固件(5)包括两根水平的圆钢筋(51),两根圆钢筋(51)分别抵靠在前栏板(2)和后栏板(3)之间槽腔上、下两端的弧形内壁上并通过焊接固定于前栏板(2)或后栏板(3),圆钢筋(51)之间设有若干竖直的拉簧(52),拉簧(52)的两端焊接固定在圆钢筋(51)上。
