本发明涉及无烟炭化技术领域,尤其涉及一种烟气造气方法。
背景技术
随着国家对环境保护工程的重视,新型无烟炭化设备的得以运用,其中重要的环节在于如何利用新型无烟炭化设备使得燃气净化及烟气循环利用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种烟气造气方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
燃料进入气化炉,炉气经两段喷淋、两段冷却之后,经引风机送至炭化炉使用,燃料气化后炭粉从炉底产出集中存放,炉气对炭化炉加热,炉温温度保持在500摄氏度,确保原料开始炭化,自产烟气。
有益效果:
本发明提供的一种烟气造气方法,可在净化烟气的同时,使得排出烟气可循环利用,经济适用。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种烟气造气方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
燃料进入气化炉,炉气经两段喷淋、两段冷却之后,经引风机送至炭化炉使用,燃料气化后炭粉从炉底产出集中存放,炉气对炭化炉加热,炉温温度保持在500摄氏度,确保原料开始炭化,自产烟气。
此方法需要利用新型无烟炭化设备-气化式干馏热解炭化炉。利用点燃气化炉前期造气,作为炭化前期升温的热源,气化炉造气过程同时也是个无烟炭化过程,不消耗燃料,不污染环境;加热炭化炉主机,生物质刚加热不久,在摄氏275℃以前排出的都是水蒸气,这个过程就是热解的干燥过程,含水份越多的物料,这个过程就越长,气化炉造气时间越长,因为只有把水份蒸干了才能开始热解;另外在实际生产中,这部分蒸汽是不排空的,而是进入后热交换器塔内,被冷凝成水从底部流出储存使用,不需要配用原料干燥设备。当原料中的水份被蒸干后,随着温度的上升,进入了干馏热解的第二阶段预炭化阶段,这个阶段的温度为摄氏275-400℃。原料中的半纤维素等不稳定成分开始分解,这时开始产烟,打开回收烟气阀,这时产出的气热值很低,主要是CO2、CO和少量的醋酸,需要和气化炉气混合使用,也就是说仍然需要不断地外加热才行。当温度继续上升,超过摄氏500℃时,原料开始加快分解,随着温度提高,分解速度生物质热裂解过程及产物加快,生成大量分解物,如甲烷、乙烷、乙烯、醋酸、甲醇、丙醇、木焦油等,这时把收气阀门完全打开,让烟气全部进入净化系统,处理后继续加热炭化炉,可以说这一阶段不用外加热就可以使反应进行下去,气化炉关闭,造气工作停止。这一阶段称为热解炭化阶段。生物质的干馏热解主要产物都是在这个阶段形成的。特别是木醋液、木焦油几乎全部都是在这个阶段中形成的。这时得到的产物有炭、可燃气、木焦油、木醋液,其中炭的产量最高,可燃气产量能充分供应自身炭化,烟气净化途中焦油木醋液被分离用专用装置收集。每吨原料可产炭摄氏330~400kg。热解过程继续下去,气量和热值继续增加,进入煅烧阶段,煅烧阶段温度可高达摄氏600℃、700℃,乃至摄氏1000℃以上。煅烧阶段随着温度的升高不再产生木醋液和焦油,而只是产生木煤气,其中主要是 CH4 和 H2,可使木煤气的热值大大提高。例如在摄氏1000℃下热解,木煤气的热值可达摄氏6000大卡/m3,而木炭的产量只有摄氏220~230kg(每吨原料)。需要特别指出的是:煅烧阶段是吸热反应,也就是说需要外加热。所以从能量平衡角度看,并不是热解温度越高越好。在实际生产中究竟选择什么样的热解温度,要因时、因地、因产品结构、因生产目的而定,热解温度的控制可以通过控制柜进行调节,造气过程 合格燃料进入气化炉,炉气经两段喷淋、两段冷却之后,经引风机送至炭化炉使用,喷淋水、冷却水可循环利用,燃料气化后炭粉从炉底产出集中存放销售,炉气对炭化炉加热,炉温升到500℃左右,炉内原料开始炭化,自产烟气。
燃气净化及焦油回收由炭化炉热解出来的烟气气经过回收净化冷却,除去杂质变成纯净可燃气。烟气进入二级冷却器,被循环水冷却到35℃以下(这时有冷凝液凝出),然后进入气液分离器除去冷凝液,然后经燃气输配系统送达炭化炉底部燃烧器,对炭化炉继续外加热。由二级冷却器出来的热水经凉水塔冷却后流入循环水池,再经循环水泵送回二级冷却器循环使用。由气液分离器分离出冷凝液流到焦油醋液分离器,分离出来的木焦 油流入焦油槽,然后装桶入库;分离出木醋液入沉淀池。

本发明提供的一种烟气造气方法,可在净化烟气的同时,使得排出烟气可循环利用,经济适用。
