背景技术
防辐射材料在科研,生活或者生产的过程中越来越广泛的被采用,射线属特殊危害物质,对受到照射的人员会产生身体危害。放射线伤害已经成为目前较突出的一种污染和危害。尤其是家用电器的辐射,如长期操作电脑的人,家中的微波炉、电视机等等。尤其对孕妇的辐射,已影响到下一代的健康。UVA射线和UVB射线,是紫外线中含有的两种伤害皮肤的射线,UVB是造成皮肤晒伤的主要成份。UVB射线可穿透表皮,使皮肤变得粗糙,产生皱纹、色斑;进行X光与CT检查等放射诊疗检查,也会有辐射,这些辐射能够穿透人体细胞、破坏DNA,甚至诱发某些癌细胞。其中X射线会破坏人体细胞内部结构,对遗传分子产生难以修复的终身性破坏。另研究表明,X射线还会破坏红细胞,可能会诱发白血病等血液疾病。检查中,受检者应该佩戴铅橡皮制成的防护用品,以最大限度减少射线对人体的危害。
专利201610410861.6公开了一种防辐射铅钢复合板。由下述重量份的原料制备而成:铅粉95-105份,二氧化钛5-15份,稀土添加物0.5-5份,金属粉添加物1-10份。该防辐射材料虽然就有很强的防辐射效果,但是材料太笨重,且不透光,只能应用于实验室强辐射源的地方,不适用于实验或者生活中,辐射较少,需要长期佩戴的情况下。专利201410524001.6公开了一种防辐射液态有机玻璃,原料包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化二苯甲酰、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、辛酸、丙二醇、正丁醇、环己酮、环己烷、甲基丙烯酸铅、甲基丙烯酸钐。该液态有机玻璃有一定的防辐射性能,但是性能不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防辐射的材料及其制备方法。
一种防辐射材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯90-120份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物30-50份,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物40-60份,丙三醇60-80份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺3-5份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸1-2份,稀土氧化物或稀土矿3-5份,金属氧化物3-5份,偶联剂3-5份,热稳定剂3-5份。
所述稀土氧化物为三氧化二铈,氧化镧,氧化镨,氧化铷,氧化钕,铈铝石,磷酸钇矿,铈硅石,独居石中的一种或一种以上。
所述金属氧化物氧化铜,氧化铝,氧化铁,氧化锡,氧化镁中的一种或一种以上。
所述偶联剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷,苯基三乙氧基硅烷,对苯二甲酸金属盐,正硅酸乙酯,三乙基乙烯基硅烷,四正丁基氯化铵,4-溴巴豆酸甲酯中的一种或一种以上。
所述热稳定剂为硬脂酸盐,苯甲酸盐,二氢吡啶,亚磷酸酯,高熔点多元醇,芳香1,3,4恶二唑衍生物,对叔丁基苯甲酸,4,4'-偶氮双(4-氰基戊醇),氯可托龙中的一种或一种以上。
上述防辐射材料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将稀土氧化物或稀土矿,金属氧化物,偶联剂溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,然后投入反应釜中,加热到60-100℃,搅拌1-3h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,热稳定剂,混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到90-130℃,搅拌1-3h,冷却至室温,制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能好,铅当量在0.03-0.08mmPb/mm,适用于在中强度辐射源的工作或者生活环境中。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1
一种防辐射材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯110份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物40份,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物50份,丙三醇70份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺4份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸1.5份,三氧化二铈2份,氧化镧2份,氧化铜4份,聚二甲基硅氧烷4份,硬脂酸钠4份。
上述一种防辐射材料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将三氧化二铈,氧化镧,氧化铜,聚二甲基硅氧烷溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,然后投入反应釜中,加热到80℃,搅拌2h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,硬脂酸钠,混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到110℃,搅拌2h,冷却至室温,制成。
本实施例制备的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能好,铅当量在0.05mmPb/mm。
实施例2
一种防辐射材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯90份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物30份,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物40份,丙三醇60份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺3份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸1份,氧化镨3份,氧化铝3份,苯基三乙氧基硅烷3份,二氢吡啶3份。
上述一种防辐射材料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将氧化镨,氧化铝,苯基三乙氧基硅烷溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,然后投入反应釜中,加热到60℃,搅拌1h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,二氢吡啶,混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到90℃,搅拌1h,冷却至室温,制成。
本实施例制备的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能好,铅当量在0.04mmPb/mm。
实施例3
一种防辐射材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯120份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物50份,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物60份,丙三醇80份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺5份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸2份,独居石5份,氧化铁5份,四正丁基氯化铵5份,4,4'-偶氮双(4-氰基戊醇)5份。
上述一种防辐射材料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将独居石,氧化铁,四正丁基氯化铵溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,然后投入反应釜中,加热到100℃,搅拌3h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,4,4'-偶氮双(4-氰基戊醇),混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到130℃,搅拌3h,冷却至室温,制成。
本实施例制备的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能好,铅当量在0.04mmPb/mm。
实施例4
一种防辐射材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯99份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物45份,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物54份,丙三醇66份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺4份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸1份,铈硅石3份,氧化镁5份,4-溴巴豆酸甲酯3份,氯可托龙5份。
上述一种防辐射材料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将铈硅石,氧化镁,4-溴巴豆酸甲酯溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,然后投入反应釜中,加热到77℃,搅拌2h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,氯可托龙,混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到111℃,搅拌2h,冷却至室温,制成。
本实施例制备的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能好,铅当量在0.05mmPb/mm。
实施例5
一种防辐射材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯110份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物40份,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物50份,丙三醇70份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺4份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸1.5份,8-甲氧基-3,4-亚甲二氧基-10-硝基菲-1-甲酸2份,三氧化二铈2份,氧化镧2份,氧化铜4份,聚二甲基硅氧烷4份,硬脂酸钠4份。
上述一种防辐射材料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将三氧化二铈,氧化镧,氧化铜,聚二甲基硅氧烷溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,然后投入反应釜中,加热到80℃,搅拌2h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,8-甲氧基-3,4-亚甲二氧基-10-硝基菲-1-甲酸,硬脂酸钠,混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到110℃,搅拌2h,冷却至室温,制成。
本实施例制备的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能好,铅当量在0.09mmPb/mm。
实施例6
一种防辐射材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯90份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物30份,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物40份,丙三醇60份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺3份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸1份,2,5-双三氟甲基苯甲酰氯1份,氧化镨3份,氧化铝3份,苯基三乙氧基硅烷3份,二氢吡啶3份。
上述一种防辐射材料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将氧化镨,氧化铝,苯基三乙氧基硅烷溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,然后投入反应釜中,加热到60℃,搅拌1h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,2,5-双三氟甲基苯甲酰氯,二氢吡啶,混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到90℃,搅拌1h,冷却至室温,制成。
本实施例制备的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能好,铅当量在0.09mmPb/mm。
实施例7
一种防辐射材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯120份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物50份,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物60份,丙三醇80份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺5份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸2份,独居石5份,深山酢浆草2份,氧化铁5份,四正丁基氯化铵5份,4,4'-偶氮双(4-氰基戊醇)5份。
上述一种防辐射材料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将独居石,氧化铁,四正丁基氯化铵溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,深山酢浆草,然后投入反应釜中,加热到100℃,搅拌3h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,4,4'-偶氮双(4-氰基戊醇),混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到130℃,搅拌3h,冷却至室温,制成。
本实施例制备的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能好,铅当量在0.09mmPb/mm。
对比例1
一种防辐射材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯90份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物30份,丙三醇60份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺3份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸1份,氧化镨3份,氧化铝3份,苯基三乙氧基硅烷3份,二氢吡啶3份。
上述一种防辐射材料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将氧化镨,氧化铝,苯基三乙氧基硅烷溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,然后投入反应釜中,加热到60℃,搅拌1h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,二氢吡啶,混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到90℃,搅拌1h,冷却至室温,制成。
本实施例制备的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能一般,铅当量在0.01mmPb/mm。
对比例2
一种防辐射材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯120份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物50份,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物60份,丙三醇80份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺5份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸2份,氧化铁5份,四正丁基氯化铵5份,4,4'-偶氮双(4-氰基戊醇)5份。

(1)将氧化铁,四正丁基氯化铵溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,然后投入反应釜中,加热到100℃,搅拌3h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,4,4'-偶氮双(4-氰基戊醇),混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到130℃,搅拌3h,冷却至室温,制成。
本实施例制备的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能一般,铅当量在0.01mmPb/mm。
对比例3

(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,氯可托龙,混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到111℃,搅拌2h,冷却至室温,制成。
本实施例制备的防辐射材料,柔软,可折叠,可长期穿戴,防辐射性能一般,铅当量在0.01mmPb/mm。

Claims (6)
1.一种防辐射材料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯90-120份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物30-50份,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物40-60份,丙三醇60-80份,5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺3-5份,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸1-2份,稀土氧化物或稀土矿3-5份,金属氧化物3-5份,偶联剂3-5份,热稳定剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防辐射材料,其特征在于,所述稀土氧化物为三氧化二铈,氧化镧,氧化镨,氧化铷,氧化钕中的一种或一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种防辐射材料,其特征在于,所述金属氧化物氧化铜,氧化铝,氧化铁,氧化锡,氧化镁中的一种或一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种防辐射材料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷,苯基三乙氧基硅烷,对苯二甲酸金属盐,正硅酸乙酯,三乙基乙烯基硅烷,四正丁基氯化铵,4-溴巴豆酸甲酯中的一种或一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种防辐射材料,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为硬脂酸盐,苯甲酸盐,二氢吡啶,亚磷酸酯,高熔点多元醇,芳香1,3,4恶二唑衍生物,对叔丁基苯甲酸,4,4'-偶氮双(4-氰基戊醇),氯可托龙中的一种或一种以上。
6.权利要求1所述一种防辐射材料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将稀土氧化物或稀土矿,金属氧化物,偶联剂溶于丙三醇中;
(2)取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,与步骤(1)制备的混合液混合,然后投入反应釜中,加热到60-100℃,搅拌1-3h;
(3)取5-降冰片烯-2-甲酰胺,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酸,热稳定剂,混合后加入步骤(2)的反应釜中,加热到90-130℃,搅拌1-3h,冷却至室温,制成。
