本发明公开了一种节能保温材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的成分,硅酸钙18‑28份、硅藻土5‑10份、石英沙8‑14份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛2‑5份、纯丙烯酸酯10‑16份、开孔膨胀珍珠岩20‑30份、氧化硅铝粉3‑5份、硫酸镁8‑14份、甲基丙稀酸正丁脂6‑13份、丙烯酸乳液2‑5份、硅丙乳液4‑10份、硬脂酸5‑14份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2‑5份、醛丙酮缩聚物1‑5份、丙烯酰胺基甲基丙磺酸共聚物1‑3份、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺3‑8份、改性轻质碳酸钙5‑12份、去离子水8‑20份。本发明节能保温材具有良好的保温性能,防火防水防腐蚀,用于建筑物外墙保温,可有效地保护主体结构,基本消除了“热桥”的影响,有利于室温保持稳定,夏季不热、冬天不冷,节能环保。

本发明属于节能环保材料领域,涉及一种节能保温材料。
背景技术
在建筑中,外围护结构的热损耗较大,外围护结构中墙体又占了很大份额。故此,建筑墙体改革与墙体节能技术的发展是建筑节能技术的一个最重要的环节,发展外墙保温技术及节能材料则是建筑节能的主要实现方式。国家对建筑业强制使用优质保温材料的政策,进一步扩大了国内对保温材料的需求量。而面对高速增长的市场需求和广泛应用,对保温材料提出了更高的要求,不仅要导热系数更低、使用温度更宽、而且要求耐急冷急热性能好,不发生开裂,无毒无尘无污染。现在保温材料方面品种不多,保温效果也不甚理想,仍然有很大的改进空间。

为解决现有技术和实际情况中存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种节能保温材料,包括以下重量份的成分,硅酸钙18-28份、硅藻土5-10份、石英沙8-14份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛2-5份、纯丙烯酸酯10-16份、开孔膨胀珍珠岩20-30份、氧化硅铝粉3-5份、硫酸镁8-14份、甲基丙稀酸正丁脂6-13份、丙烯酸乳液2-5份、硅丙乳液4-10份、硬脂酸5-14份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2-5份、醛丙酮缩聚物1-5份、丙烯酰胺基甲基丙磺酸共聚物1-3份、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺3-8份、改性轻质碳酸钙5-12份、去离子水8-20份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明节能保温材具有良好的保温性能,防火防水防腐蚀,用于建筑物外墙保温,可有效地保护主体结构,基本消除了“热桥”的影响,有利于室温保持稳定,夏季不热、冬天不冷,节能环保。
