本发明公开了一种稳定性好的保温防水材料,包括下列重量份数的物质:海泡石30‑50份,扇贝壳粉14‑19份,非离子丙烯酸3‑5份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩7‑8份,有机硅改性环氧树脂20‑35份,硬脂酸纳5‑9份,石墨粉1‑9份,聚丙纤维1‑6份,羟丙甲基纤维素3‑7份,钛酸酯偶联剂3‑9份,季戊四醇3‑5份,碳化硅2‑8份,硅酸铝粉20‑32份,核壳高分子聚合乳液1‑6份,高级脂肪酸盐3‑9份、空心玻璃微珠1‑3份,非离子丙烯酸8‑15份。本发明耐热节能环保材料憎水性绝热性能好,抗压、抗拉伸、抗折的强度高,保水抗裂功能得到明显提高;阻燃性、耐酸碱性好、耐腐蚀性、耐氧化性大大提高。

本发明属于节能环保材料领域,涉及一种稳定性好的保温防水材料。
背景技术
随着人们对房屋隔热保温要求越来越高,隔热保温防水技术逐渐发展成为一门系统性建筑节能技术,用以提高居住舒适性,延长建筑寿命,防止供暖热量和冷气流失,从而降低耗能;现在的保温材料憎水功能特性差,一旦雨水渗入到该保温材料层中,就会吸附在保温层里出不来,易导致材料空鼓分层,爆裂甚至发霉脱;另外建筑材料易腐蚀,耐酸碱性差,性能不稳定。
发明内容
为解决现有技术和实际情况中存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种稳定性好的保温防水材料,包括下列重量份数的物质:海泡石30-50份,扇贝壳粉14-19份,非离子丙烯酸3-5份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩7-8份,有机硅改性环氧树脂20-35份,硬脂酸纳5-9份,石墨粉1-9份,聚丙纤维1-6份,羟丙甲基纤维素3-7份,钛酸酯偶联剂3-9份,季戊四醇3-5份,碳化硅2-8份,硅酸铝粉20-32份,核壳高分子聚合乳液1-6份,高级脂肪酸盐3-9份、空心玻璃微珠1-3份,非离子丙烯酸8-15份。
本发明耐热节能环保材料憎水性绝热性能好;抗压、抗拉伸、抗折的强度高,保水抗裂功能得到明显提高;阻燃性、耐酸碱性好、耐腐蚀性、耐氧化性大大提高。
