本发明公开一种节能环保材料,所述环保材料按照重量份计由以下组分组成:粉煤灰30‑50份,生石灰20‑25份,硅酸盐1‑2份,碳酸钙粉2‑4份,环氧树脂 10‑20 份,膨胀珍珠岩 10‑15 份,氢氧化铝 3‑7 份,增稠剂 10‑15 份,保水剂1‑5份,硅藻土8‑13份,木质纤维1‑2份。本发明适用范围广,不仅可以用于建筑物外墙保温,还可以作为其他保温浆料使用;可有效地保护主体结构;防火防水防腐蚀;使墙体潮湿情况得到改善;有利于室温保持稳定,夏季不热、冬天不冷,节能环保。

现代社会能源消耗日益增大,消耗了大量资源。随着人们逐渐认识到资源的有限性与能源消耗造成的环境危机,节能成为环境保护和节约资源重要内容之一,保温隔热技术被广泛应用到各领域中,但目前市场上的国产隔热涂料存在功能单一、效果有限及有效期短的问题,难以广泛应用。

为了克服现有的技术不足的问题,本发明提供一种节能环保材料。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种节能环保材料,所述环保材料按照重量份计由以下组分组成:粉煤灰30-50份,生石灰20-25份,硅酸盐1-2份,碳酸钙粉2-4份,环氧树脂 10-20 份,膨胀珍珠岩 10-15 份,氢氧化铝 3-7 份,增稠剂 10-15 份,保水剂1-5份,硅藻土8-13份,木质纤维1-2份。
优选地,所述环保材料按照重量份计由以下组分组成:粉煤灰40份,生石灰25份,硅酸盐2份,碳酸钙粉3份,环氧树脂 15 份,膨胀珍珠岩 13 份,氢氧化铝 6份,增稠剂12份,保水剂4份,硅藻土10份,木质纤维1份。
优选地,所述组成环氧树脂与木质纤维的使用重量比1:2。
本发明有益效果是:适用范围广,不仅可以用于建筑物外墙保温,还可以作为其他保温浆料使用;可有效地保护主体结构;防火防水防腐蚀;基本消除了“热桥”的影响;使墙体潮湿情况得到改善;有利于室温保持稳定,夏季不热、冬天不冷,节能环保。
