Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板,所述蜂窝复合板包括蜂窝板芯材、蜂窝板面板,蜂窝板面板底膜;所述蜂窝板面板通过蜂窝板面板底膜与蜂窝板芯材复合到一起;所述蜂窝板面板由以下重比的成份组成:热塑材料40‑100份,偶联剂0.5‑1.5份,分散剂0.5‑2份,紫外线吸收剂0.1‑5份,自由基捕获剂0.1‑5份;所述蜂窝板面板底膜由以下重比的成份组成:玻璃纤维布材料90‑100份,偶联剂0.5‑1.5份,分散剂0.5‑2份,猝灭剂0.1‑5份;所述蜂窝板芯材由以下重比的成份组成:热塑材料40‑100份,偶联剂0.5‑1.5份,分散剂0.5‑2份,氢过氧化物分解剂0.1‑3份,自由基捕获剂0.1‑3份。本发明通过在蜂窝复合板中添加不同光稳定剂,使蜂窝复合板具有紫外吸收能力,降低紫外辐射对蜂窝复合板的负面影响,延长蜂窝复合板寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合板及其制备方法,特别是一种具有抗紫外线功能的蜂窝复合板及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂窝复合板由于其具有轻质高强的特点,在建筑材料领域具有广泛的应用。目前较为成熟的蜂窝复合板主要为铝蜂窝、纸蜂窝和热塑蜂窝,但铝蜂窝价格和重量较高,应用成本高,纸蜂窝强度较低,可应用范围小,而热塑蜂窝板由于具有可回收、防水、耐腐蚀等特点,广泛应用于建材、厢车、汽车、装饰等各种材料领域。但是热塑性材料本身具有不耐紫外线、不耐氧化的缺点,在阳光长时间照射下会老化,各项物理性能都会大为下降,影响了热塑蜂窝板的使用寿命及安全。
发明内容
本发明是基于上述技术问题提出,通过对热塑蜂窝板的材质和制造工艺改良,提升热塑蜂窝板抗紫外线的能力,进而延长热塑蜂窝板的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案如下:
一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝复合板包括蜂窝板芯材、蜂窝板面板,蜂窝板面板底膜;所述蜂窝板面板通过蜂窝板面板底膜与蜂窝板芯材复合到一起;所述蜂窝板面板按重量份计,由以下重比的成份组成:热塑材料40-100份,偶联剂0.5-1.5份,分散剂0.5-2份,紫外线吸收剂0.1-5份,自由基捕获剂0.1-5份;所述蜂窝板面板底膜按重量份计,由以下重比的成份组成:玻璃纤维布材料90-100份,偶联剂0.5-1.5份,分散剂0.5-2份,猝灭剂0.1-5份;所述蜂窝板芯材按重量份计,由以下重比的成份组成:热塑材料40-100份,偶联剂0.5-1.5份,分散剂0.5-2份,氢过氧化物分解剂0.1-3份,自由基捕获剂0.1-3份。
进一步的,所述蜂窝板面板按重量份计,还包括木粉40-100份。
进一步的,所述蜂窝板面板内的紫外线吸收剂包括2-(2’-羟基-5’-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-(2’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔苯基)-5-氯化苯并三唑中一种或几种;所述蜂窝板面板内的自由基捕获剂包括对苯醌、四甲基苯醌、苯基-N-叔丁基硝酮、四甲基哌啶氮氧化物、5,5-二甲基-1-氧化吡咯啉中一种或几种。
进一步的,所述蜂窝板面板底膜内的猝灭剂包括2,2’-硫代双(4-叔辛基酚氧基)镍、2,2’-硫代双(4-叔丁基酚氧基)镍、二硫代氨基甲酸镍、双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基膦酸单乙酯)镍中一种或几种。
进一步的,所述蜂窝板芯材内的氢过氧化物分解剂包括硫化物二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、二硫代磷酸苯酯、二硫代磷酸叔丁酯、亚磷酸三异丙酯中一种或几种;所述蜂窝板芯材内的自由基捕获剂包括对苯醌、四甲基苯醌、苯基-N-叔丁基硝酮、四甲基哌啶氮氧化物、5,5-二甲基-1-氧化吡咯啉中一种或几种。
进一步的,所述蜂窝复合板中的热塑材料包括PP、PVC、HDPE中一种或几种。
进一步的,所述蜂窝复合板中的偶联剂包括异丁基三乙氧基硅、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、KH560硅烷偶联剂、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷中一种或几种;所述蜂窝复合板中的分散剂包括三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述蜂窝板面板按重量份计,还包括聚四氟乙烯10-40份。
本发明公布一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
第1步:加入热塑材料、偶联剂、分散剂、紫外线吸收剂、自由基捕获剂,在氮气条件下加热融化热塑材料并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到板材挤出机形成1mm~20mm厚度所述蜂窝板面板;
第2步:将偶联剂、分散剂、猝灭剂在氮气条件下加热融化混合,涂覆到玻璃纤维布材料表面并冷却干燥,形成所述蜂窝板面板底膜;
第3步:加入热塑材料、偶联剂、分散剂、氢过氧化物分解剂、自由基捕获剂,在氮气条件下加热融化热塑材料并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到管材挤出机形成0.15mm~0.25mm厚度的圆管;然后排列成所述圆管蜂窝芯材;
第4步:取蜂窝板面板底膜两张,与蜂窝板芯材预热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为20s,让蜂窝板面板底膜和蜂窝板芯材表层初步融合;取出预热压产品,在上、下各铺设蜂窝板面板一张,进行再次热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为50s;热压后的产品进行冷压固定成型;冷压压力为0.4Kpa,冷压时间为75s,形成牢固的蜂窝复合板;
进一步的,所述步骤1中的紫外线吸收剂在添加前经过预处理;所述预处理步骤为,取100重量份紫外线吸收剂溶于100重量份吡啶中,氮气条件下加入50重量份三异丙基氯硅烷,50℃反应4‐16小时,干燥,得到紫外线吸收剂预处理混合物。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1.应用本发明一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板及其制备方法,在蜂窝复合板中添加紫外线吸收剂、自由基捕获剂、猝灭剂、氢过氧化物分解剂等光稳定剂,不仅达到简单的紫外吸收,更利用各种不同光稳定剂之间的协同作用,最大化的增强蜂窝复合板的紫外吸收能力,降低紫外辐射对蜂窝复合板的负面影响,延长蜂窝复合板的使用寿命;
2.应用本发明一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板及其制备方法,将蜂窝复合板结构设计为蜂窝板芯材、蜂窝板面板、蜂窝板面板底膜三种结构,通过在蜂窝板面板中添加紫外线吸收剂、自由基捕获剂使蜂窝板面板吸收直接的紫外照射;由涂覆在蜂窝板面板底膜上的猝灭剂对吸收紫外线导致活化的基团进行进一步的灭活、猝灭,减小此种活化基团对蜂窝复合板的破坏作用;在作为核心结构的蜂窝板芯材中添加氢过氧化物分解剂和自由基捕获剂,降低紫外线与氧气对蜂窝板芯材的间接破坏;
3.应用本发明一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板及其制备方法,将蜂窝复合板结构设计为蜂窝板芯材、蜂窝板面板、蜂窝板面板底膜三种结构,采用玻璃纤维布做为蜂窝板面板底膜,在蜂窝板面板经长时间紫外照射老化后,可对蜂窝板面板采取热融方式分离,而保留蜂窝板面板底膜、蜂窝板芯材的完整性,降低蜂窝复合板维修成本;
4.应用本发明一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板及其制备方法,在添加紫外线吸收剂前,对紫外线吸收剂进行预处理,引入硅烷基团,增加偶联功能,使紫外线吸收剂可以更好的固定在蜂窝板面板中,降低紫外线吸收剂的析出率,减少由于在蜂窝板面板中添加紫外线吸收剂而引起的化学污染。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板及其制备方法进行详细说明。此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一
第1步:按重量计,加入PP颗粒100份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5份、三乙基己基磷酸0.5份、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮0.5份与四甲基苯醌1份混合,在氮气条件下加热融化PP颗粒并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到板材挤出机形成10mm厚度所述蜂窝板面板;
第2步:按重量计,将N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基膦酸单乙酯)镍5份在氮气条件下加热融化混合,涂覆到玻璃纤维布材料90份表面并冷却干燥,形成所述蜂窝板面板底膜;
第3步:按重量计,加入PP颗粒100份、异丁基三乙氧基硅1份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5份、二硫代磷酸叔丁酯3份与对苯醌2份混合,在氮气条件下加热融化热塑材料并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到管材挤出机形成0.2mm厚度的圆管;然后排列成所述圆管蜂窝芯材;
第4步:取蜂窝板面板底膜两张,与蜂窝板芯材预热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为20s,让蜂窝板面板底膜和蜂窝板芯材表层初步融合;取出预热压产品,在上、下各铺设蜂窝板面板一张,进行再次热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为50s;热压后的产品进行冷压固定成型;冷压压力为0.4Kpa,冷压时间为75s,形成牢固的蜂窝复合板。
实施例二
第1步:2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮在添加前经过预处理;所述预处理步骤为:按重量计,取0.5重量份紫外线吸收剂溶于0.5重量份吡啶中,氮气条件下加入0.25重量份三异丙基氯硅烷,50℃反应4‐16小时,干燥,得到2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮预处理混合物。
第2步:按重量计,加入PP颗粒100份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5份、三乙基己基磷酸0.5份、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮预处理混合物与四甲基苯醌1份混合,在氮气条件下加热融化PP颗粒并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到板材挤出机形成10mm厚度所述蜂窝板面板;
第3步:按重量计,将N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基膦酸单乙酯)镍5份在氮气条件下加热融化混合,涂覆到玻璃纤维布材料90份表面并冷却干燥,形成所述蜂窝板面板底膜;
第4步:按重量计,加入PP颗粒100份、异丁基三乙氧基硅1份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5份、二硫代磷酸叔丁酯3份与对苯醌2份混合,在氮气条件下加热融化热塑材料并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到管材挤出机形成0.2mm厚度的圆管;然后排列成所述圆管蜂窝芯材;
第5步:取蜂窝板面板底膜两张,与蜂窝板芯材预热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为20s,让蜂窝板面板底膜和蜂窝板芯材表层初步融合;取出预热压产品,在上、下各铺设蜂窝板面板一张,进行再次热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为50s;热压后的产品进行冷压固定成型;冷压压力为0.4Kpa,冷压时间为75s,形成牢固的蜂窝复合板。
实施例三
第1步:按重量计,加入HDPE颗粒50份、木粉100份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.5份、三乙基己基磷酸2份、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮4份与四甲基苯醌1份混合,在氮气条件下加热融化PP颗粒并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到板材挤出机形成20mm厚度所述蜂窝板面板;
第2步:按重量计,将N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基膦酸单乙酯)镍5份在氮气条件下加热融化混合,涂覆到玻璃纤维布材料100份表面并冷却干燥,形成所述蜂窝板面板底膜;
第3步:按重量计,加入PP颗粒100份、异丁基三乙氧基硅1份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5份、二硫代磷酸叔丁酯2份与对苯醌1份混合,在氮气条件下加热融化热塑材料并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到管材挤出机形成0.2mm厚度的圆管;然后排列成所述圆管蜂窝芯材;
第4步:取蜂窝板面板底膜两张,与蜂窝板芯材预热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为20s,让蜂窝板面板底膜和蜂窝板芯材表层初步融合;取出预热压产品,在上、下各铺设蜂窝板面板一张,进行再次热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为50s;热压后的产品进行冷压固定成型;冷压压力为0.4Kpa,冷压时间为75s,形成牢固的蜂窝复合板。
对照例一
第1步:按重量计,加入PP颗粒100份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5份、三乙基己基磷酸0.5份混合,在氮气条件下加热融化PP颗粒并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到板材挤出机形成10mm厚度所述蜂窝板面板;
第2步:按重量计,将N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份在氮气条件下加热融化混合,涂覆到玻璃纤维布材料90份表面并冷却干燥,形成所述蜂窝板面板底膜;
第3步:按重量计,加入PP颗粒100份、异丁基三乙氧基硅1份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5份混合,在氮气条件下加热融化热塑材料并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到管材挤出机形成0.2mm厚度的圆管;然后排列成所述圆管蜂窝芯材;
第4步:取蜂窝板面板底膜两张,与蜂窝板芯材预热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为20s,让蜂窝板面板底膜和蜂窝板芯材表层初步融合;取出预热压产品,在上、下各铺设蜂窝板面板一张,进行再次热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为50s;热压后的产品进行冷压固定成型;冷压压力为0.4Kpa,冷压时间为75s,形成牢固的蜂窝复合板。
参照国标GB/T16422.1与GB/T16422.3对实施例一与对照例一试样进行紫外光老化实验,将试样在60℃下辐射照500小时,然后在50℃下无辐射冷凝曝露200小时,对试样进行弯曲模量测试,结果如下:
从表中可以看出,通过在实施例一的蜂窝复合板中添加紫外线吸收剂、自由基捕获剂、猝灭剂、氢过氧化物分解剂等光稳定剂,使蜂窝复合板具有防紫外功能,与未加入光稳定剂的对照例一相比,在经过长时间紫外辐射后仍能保留有较好的物理性能,延长了蜂窝复合板的使用寿命。实施例二的蜂窝复合板在添加紫外线吸收剂前,对紫外线吸收剂进行预处理,引入硅烷基团,增加偶联功能,使紫外线吸收剂可以更好的固定在蜂窝板面板中,降低紫外线吸收剂的析出率,减少由于在蜂窝板面板中添加紫外线吸收剂而引起的化学污染,同时不影响蜂窝复合板的紫外吸收功能。

1.一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝复合板包括蜂窝板芯材、蜂窝板面板、蜂窝板面板底膜;所述蜂窝板面板通过蜂窝板面板底膜与蜂窝板芯材复合到一起;所述蜂窝板面板按重量份计,由以下重比的成份组成:热塑材料40-100份,偶联剂0.5-1.5份,分散剂0.5-2份,紫外线吸收剂0.1-5份,自由基捕获剂0.1-5份;所述蜂窝板面板底膜按重量份计,由以下重比的成份组成:玻璃纤维布材料90-100份,偶联剂0.5-1.5份,分散剂0.5-2份,猝灭剂0.1-5份;所述蜂窝板芯材按重量份计,由以下重比的成份组成:热塑材料40-100份,偶联剂0.5-1.5份,分散剂0.5-2份,氢过氧化物分解剂0.1-3份,自由基捕获剂0.1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝板面板按重量份计,还包括木粉40-100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝板面板内的紫外线吸收剂包括2-(2’-羟基-5’-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-(2’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔苯基)-5-氯化苯并三唑中一种或几种;所述蜂窝板面板内的自由基捕获剂包括对苯醌、四甲基苯醌、苯基-N-叔丁基硝酮、四甲基哌啶氮氧化物、5,5-二甲基-1-氧化吡咯啉中一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝板面板底膜内的猝灭剂包括2,2’-硫代双(4-叔辛基酚氧基)镍、2,2’-硫代双(4-叔丁基酚氧基)镍、二硫代氨基甲酸镍、双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基膦酸单乙酯)镍中一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝板芯材内的氢过氧化物分解剂包括二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、二硫代磷酸苯酯、二硫代磷酸叔丁酯、亚磷酸三异丙酯中一种或几种;所述蜂窝板芯材内的自由基捕获剂包括对苯醌、四甲基苯醌、苯基-N-叔丁基硝酮、四甲基哌啶氮氧化物、5,5-二甲基-1-氧化吡咯啉中一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝复合板中的热塑材料包括PP、PVC、HDPE中一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝复合板中的偶联剂包括异丁基三乙氧基硅、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、KH560硅烷偶联剂、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷中一种或几种;所述蜂窝复合板中的分散剂包括三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝板面板按重量份计,还包括聚四氟乙烯10-40份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1):加入热塑材料、偶联剂、分散剂、紫外线吸收剂、自由基捕获剂,在氮气条件下加热融化热塑材料并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到板材挤出机形成1mm~20mm厚度所述蜂窝板面板;
步骤(2):将偶联剂、分散剂、猝灭剂在氮气条件下加热融化混合,涂覆到玻璃纤维布材料表面并冷却干燥,形成所述蜂窝板面板底膜;
步骤(3):加入热塑材料、偶联剂、分散剂、氢过氧化物分解剂、自由基捕获剂,在氮气条件下加热融化热塑材料并搅拌均匀,利用高温造粒机造粒形成可供挤出机用的原料粒子;将原料粒子加入到管材挤出机形成0.15mm~0.25mm厚度的圆管;然后排列成所述蜂窝板芯材;
步骤(4):取蜂窝板面板底膜两张,与蜂窝板芯材预热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为20s,让蜂窝板面板底膜和蜂窝板芯材表层初步融合;取出预热压产品,在上、下各铺设蜂窝板面板一张,进行再次热压,热压温度为200℃,压力为0.4Kpa,热压时间为50s;热压后的产品进行冷压固定成型;冷压压力为0.4Kpa,冷压时间为75s,形成牢固的蜂窝复合板。
10.根据权利要求9所述一种抗紫外线蜂窝复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的紫外线吸收剂在添加前经过预处理;所述预处理步骤为,取100重量份紫外线吸收剂溶于100重量份吡啶中,氮气条件下加入50重量份三异丙基氯硅烷,50℃反应4‐16小时,干燥,得到紫外线吸收剂预处理混合物。
