本发明涉及线路板加工设备领域,具体为一种微型线路板快速冲切机,其能够快速完成大量微型线路板的成型,保证质量,其包括底座,底座内设置有收容腔,底座上设置有冲压下座,冲压下座中间开有连通收容腔的第一开口,冲压下座两侧设置有直线导轨,直线导轨上通过滑块安装有滑座,滑座连接横向驱动气缸,滑座中间开有第二开口,滑座的第二开口上端设置有空心罩壳,空心罩壳上开有与第二开口配合的第三开口,空心罩壳侧部设置有侧部开口,侧部开口内设置有可拆卸的插板,插板中间设置有台阶通槽,在冲压下座上端,底座上设置有冲压上座,冲压上座内部设置有冲压空腔,冲压上座的冲压头底部设置有呈矩阵排布的矩形冲头切刀。

本发明涉及线路板加工设备领域,具体为一种微型线路板快速冲切机。
背景技术
线路板是电气设备中必不可少的,随着科技的不断进步,线路板的尺寸越做越小,往微型化发展,微型线路板加工一般都是由一块大型板分割成很多块微型线路板,现有常规都是采用切刀进行切割,切割出来的线路板尺寸容易产生偏差,需要进行再加工使所有的板子保持一致,影响了加工效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种微型线路板快速冲切机,其能够快速完成大量微型线路板的成型,保证质量。
其技术方案是这样的:一种微型线路板快速冲切机,其特征在于,其包括底座,所述底座内设置有收容腔,所述底座上设置有冲压下座,所述冲压下座中间开有连通所述收容腔的第一开口,所述冲压下座两侧设置有直线导轨,所述直线导轨上通过滑块安装有滑座,所述滑座连接横向驱动气缸,所述滑座中间开有第二开口,所述滑座的第二开口上端设置有空心罩壳,所述空心罩壳上开有与所述第二开口配合的第三开口,所述空心罩壳侧部设置有侧部开口,所述侧部开口内设置有可拆卸的插板,所述插板中间设置有台阶通槽,在所述冲压下座上端,所述底座上设置有冲压上座,所述冲压上座内部设置有冲压空腔,所述冲压上座上端设置有纵向冲压气缸,所述纵向冲压气缸的活塞杆伸入所述冲压空腔内且端部安装有冲压头,所述冲压头底部设置有呈矩阵排布的矩形冲头切刀。
其进一步特征在于,所述冲压下座前端设置有定位挡板;
所述插板外侧安装有拉手;
在所述纵向冲压气缸两侧,所述冲压上座上开有导向孔并安装有导向套,所述冲压头两侧上端设置有穿过与所述导向套并与之配合的导向杆;
所述底座上安装有顶部支架,所述顶部支架上安装有日光灯。
采用本发明的结构后,将需要进行冲压的板子放置于插板上的台阶通槽,插板插入空心罩壳使插板对准第二开口和第三开口,横向驱动气缸驱动滑座移至冲压头下端,纵向冲压气缸驱动冲压头下压,矩形冲头切刀将板子冲切出小块的矩形板,即需要加工的微型线路板,掉落在收容腔内便于收集,通过一次冲压即可完成大量的微型线路板的成型,一致性好,保证了加工质量;设置有导向套和导向杆后,使得冲压方向得到可靠保证,确保了冲切质量。

见图1,图2所示,一种微型线路板快速冲切机,其包括底座1,底座1内设置有收容腔,底座1上设置有冲压下座3,冲压下座3中间开有连通收容腔的第一开口,冲压下座3两侧设置有直线导轨4,直线导轨4上通过滑块41安装有滑座5,滑座5连接横向驱动气缸2,滑座5中间开有第二开口,滑座5的第二开口上端设置有空心罩壳6,空心罩壳6上开有与第二开口配合的第三开口,空心罩壳6侧部设置有侧部开口,侧部开口内设置有可拆卸的插板7,插板7中间设置有台阶通槽,待冲压的板子19放置于上面,在冲压下座3上端,底座1上设置有冲压上座8,冲压上座8内部设置有冲压空腔9,冲压上座8上端设置有纵向冲压气缸10,纵向冲压气缸10的活塞杆伸入冲压空腔9内且端部安装有冲压头11,冲压头11底部设置有呈矩阵排布的矩形冲头切刀12。
冲压下座3前端设置有定位挡板13,起到上料和下料时的限位;插板7外侧安装有拉手14,方便于插板7的拆装;在纵向冲压气缸10两侧,冲压上座8上开有导向孔并安装有导向套15,冲压头11两侧上端设置有穿过与导向套15并与之配合的导向杆16,;底座1上安装有顶部支架17,顶部支架17上安装有日光灯18,用以照明。

1.一种微型线路板快速冲切机,其特征在于,其包括底座,所述底座内设置有收容腔,所述底座上设置有冲压下座,所述冲压下座中间开有连通所述收容腔的第一开口,所述冲压下座两侧设置有直线导轨,所述直线导轨上通过滑块安装有滑座,所述滑座连接横向驱动气缸,所述滑座中间开有第二开口,所述滑座的第二开口上端设置有空心罩壳,所述空心罩壳上开有与所述第二开口配合的第三开口,所述空心罩壳侧部设置有侧部开口,所述侧部开口内设置有可拆卸的插板,所述插板中间设置有台阶通槽,在所述冲压下座上端,所述底座上设置有冲压上座,所述冲压上座内部设置有冲压空腔,所述冲压上座上端设置有纵向冲压气缸,所述纵向冲压气缸的活塞杆伸入所述冲压空腔内且端部安装有冲压头,所述冲压头底部设置有呈矩阵排布的矩形冲头切刀,所述冲压下座前端设置有定位挡板,在所述纵向冲压气缸两侧,所述冲压上座上开有导向孔并安装有导向套,所述冲压头两侧上端设置有穿过与所述导向套并与之配合的导向杆;所述底座上安装有顶部支架,所述顶部支架上安装有日光灯。
