Abstract
本发明公开了一种激光烧结成型装置。这种激光烧结成型装置,包括成型壳体,成型壳体内置有将成型壳体内腔分隔成上下两个腔室的支架,上腔室为密闭腔,密闭腔侧壁安装有预热器,所述成型壳体上表面在成型室的正上方安装有激光透窗,激光透窗的正上方安装有激光扫描头;所述成型壳体上表面安装有龙门架,激光扫描头安装在龙门架上。本发明结构简单,设计合理,操作方便,在下丝杠的驱动下,激光扫描头可前后移动,在上丝杠的带动下,激光扫描头可左右移动;激光器发出的激光经过振镜反射和变焦透镜聚焦,形成激光束穿过激光透窗对成型室的粉末快速烧结;液压缸可以驱动支架上升下降。

技术领域
本发明涉及激光快速成型系统技术领域,尤其是一种激光烧结成型装置。
背景技术
选择性激光烧结(Selective laser sintering,简称SLS)是采用激光有选择地分层烧结粉末材料(简称粉料),并使烧结成型的各固化层叠加生成所需形状的零件的技术,通常,在进行激光烧结前,需要对加工粉料进行预热,以提高烧结速度效率,并防止在激光直接烧结的过程中产生温度梯度,导致产生残余应力,使零件的性能降低,但为了避免粉料在烧结前已经成型,粉料在预热时温度需要低于烧结时的温度;另外,在进行激光烧结后,需要对烧结的区域进行重熔,从而对材料进行重组,使因烧结不完全而产生的气孔、裂纹等缺陷在重熔过程中消除,提高零件的使用性能,在重熔时,粉料的温度可低于烧结时粉料的温度。
尽管激光快速成型技术具有成型工艺简单、制件性能优良、材料利用率高以及适用性广等优点,但对加工时的辅助设备以及运动控制精度要求相当高,而且目前国内外的激光快速成型系统都非常昂贵,严重影响了激光快速成型技术的应用与推广
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,成型快速精确的激光烧结成型装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种激光烧结成型装置,包括成型壳体,成型壳体内置有将成型壳体内腔分隔成上下两个腔室的支架,上腔室为密闭腔,密闭腔侧壁安装有预热器,支架从左往右依次安装有集粉室、成型室和送粉室,成型室和送粉室均内置有活塞,支架上表面设有铺粉滚筒;所述成型壳体上表面在成型室的正上方安装有激光透窗,激光透窗的正上方安装有激光扫描头;所述成型壳体上表面安装有龙门架,激光扫描头安装在龙门架上,成型壳体上安装有盖设激光扫描头和龙门架的防尘罩。
进一步地,所述的激光扫描头内置有发射激光的激光器、反射激光的振镜以及聚焦激光的变焦透镜,变焦透镜位于激光透窗的正上方,激光器通过线路与计算机连接。
进一步地,所述的成型壳体上安装平行设置的直线导轨和下丝杠,龙门架两端通过滑块分别与直线导轨和下丝杠滑动连接;所述龙门架横梁上安装有上丝杠以及位于上丝杠两侧的导轨,丝杠和导轨上安装有拖板,激光扫描头安装在拖板上。
进一步地,所述的支架下表面安装有抬升支架的液压缸。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,设计合理,操作方便,在下丝杠的驱动下,激光扫描头可前后移动,在上丝杠的带动下,激光扫描头可左右移动;激光器发出的激光经过振镜反射和变焦透镜聚焦,形成激光束穿过激光透窗对成型室的粉末快速烧结;液压缸可以驱动支架上升下降。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-2所示的激光烧结成型装置,包括成型壳体1,成型壳体1内置有将成型壳体1内腔分隔成上下两个腔室的支架2,上腔室为密闭腔10,密闭腔10侧壁安装有预热器9,支架2从左往右依次安装有集粉室14、成型室13和送粉室12,成型室13和送粉室12均内置有活塞,支架2上表面设有铺粉滚筒11;成型壳体1上表面在成型室13的正上方安装有激光透窗3,激光透窗3的正上方安装有激光扫描头4;成型壳体1上表面安装有龙门架6,激光扫描头4安装在龙门架6上,成型壳体1上安装有盖设激光扫描头4和龙门架6的防尘罩19。
激光扫描头4内置有发射激光的激光器16、反射激光的振镜17以及聚焦激光的变焦透镜18,变焦透镜18位于激光透窗3的正上方,激光器16通过线路与计算机5连接;成型壳体1上安装平行设置的直线导轨7和下丝杠8,龙门架6两端通过滑块20分别与直线导轨7和下丝杠8滑动连接;龙门架6横梁上安装有上丝杠23以及位于上丝杠23两侧的导轨22,丝杠23和导轨22上安装有拖板21,激光扫描头4安装在拖板21上;支架2下表面安装有抬升支架2的液压缸15。
在下丝杠8的驱动下,激光扫描头4可前后移动,在上丝杠23的带动下,激光扫描头4可左右移动;激光器16发出的激光经过振镜17反射和变焦透镜18聚焦,形成激光束穿过激光透窗3对成型室13的粉末快速烧结。液压缸15可以驱动支架2上升下降。

Claims (4)
1.一种激光烧结成型装置,其特征在于:包括成型壳体(1),成型壳体(1)内置有将成型壳体(1)内腔分隔成上下两个腔室的支架(2),上腔室为密闭腔(10),密闭腔(10)侧壁安装有预热器(9),支架(2)从左往右依次安装有集粉室(14)、成型室(13)和送粉室(12),成型室(13)和送粉室(12)均内置有活塞,支架(2)上表面设有铺粉滚筒(11);所述成型壳体(1)上表面在成型室(13)的正上方安装有激光透窗(3),激光透窗(3)的正上方安装有激光扫描头(4);所述成型壳体(1)上表面安装有龙门架(6),激光扫描头(4)安装在龙门架(6)上,成型壳体(1)上安装有盖设激光扫描头(4)和龙门架(6)的防尘罩(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光烧结成型装置,其特征在于:所述的激光扫描头(4)内置有发射激光的激光器(16)、反射激光的振镜(17)以及聚焦激光的变焦透镜(18),变焦透镜(18)位于激光透窗(3)的正上方,激光器(16)通过线路与计算机(5)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的激光烧结成型装置,其特征在于:所述的成型壳体(1)上安装平行设置的直线导轨(7)和下丝杠(8),龙门架(6)两端通过滑块(20)分别与直线导轨(7)和下丝杠(8)滑动连接;所述龙门架(6)横梁上安装有上丝杠(23)以及位于上丝杠两侧的导轨(22),丝杠(23)和导轨(22)上安装有拖板(21),激光扫描头(4)安装在拖板(21)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的激光烧结成型装置,其特征在于:所述的支架(2)下表面安装有抬升支架(2)的液压缸(15)。
