本发明涉及一种制作铝合金棒材的模具,包括模子、模垫和导流板;所述模垫上设有挤压筒,所述导流板上设有导流孔,所述模子上设有连接挤压筒与导流孔的导流室,所述导流孔的入口偏离模具中心,所述导流孔的中轴线与挤压筒的轴线的夹角为30‑60度。该模具可以在挤压制造铝合金棒材时避免出现粗晶。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制作铝合金棒材的模具,属于机械制造处理技术领域。
背景技术
传统的铝合金棒材生产方式是采用正挤压的中心挤压方式,即型孔处于模具的中心并与挤压筒的中心相重合。采用这种方式模具制造简单,挤压变形程度小,挤压力低,不足之处是型材的晶粒度大,容易出现粗晶现象,所获得的力学性能及导电率较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种挤压制造铝合金棒材时避免出现粗晶的模具。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种制作铝合金棒材的模具,包括模子、模垫和导流板;所述模垫上设有挤压筒,所述导流板上设有导流孔,所述模子上设有连接挤压筒与导流孔的导流室,所述导流孔的入口偏离模具中心。优选的,所述导流孔的中轴线与挤压筒的轴线的夹角为30-60度。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明中通过提高挤压系数来增加变形程度最直接的方式就是选用挤压筒内径较大的挤压机,但这同样将大大增加模具的尺寸与挤压过程的能耗。本发明通过延长导流孔的长度,这相当于增大了挤压筒的内径,间接地增加了挤压系数。因此,采用这种结构,可避免粗晶的产生,同时可充分发挥挤压设备的潜能。

本实施例的制作铝合金棒材的模具,包括模子1、模垫4和导流板2;所述模垫4上设有挤压筒,所述导流板2上设有导流孔3,所述模子1上设有连接挤压筒与导流孔3的导流室,所述导流孔3的入口偏离模具中心,所述导流孔3的中轴线与挤压筒的轴线的夹角为30-60度。
本发明不局限于上述实施例所述的具体技术方案,除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均为本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种制作铝合金棒材的模具,包括模子、模垫和导流板;其特征在于:所述模垫上设有挤压筒,所述导流板上设有导流孔,所述模子上设有连接挤压筒与导流孔的导流室,所述导流孔的入口偏离模具中心。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制作铝合金棒材的模具,其特征在于:所述导流孔的中轴线与挤压筒的轴线的夹角为30-60度。
