Abstract
本发明涉及一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,护理液配方是去离子水70‑80%,钛离子2‑5%,分散剂0.1‑3%,钙离子0.5‑5%,银离子0.1‑5%,蜗牛萃取液0.3‑3%,人参萃取液0.5‑2%,蜂蜜萃取液0.5‑2%,燕窝萃取液0.5‑2%,薄荷脑0‑3%,酵母萃取液0‑3%,白芍萃取液0‑3%,艾草萃取液0.1‑5%,积雪草萃取液0‑10%,黄芪萃取液0‑10%,甘草提取液0.1‑5%,白芷萃取液0.1‑5%,肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液0.1‑6%。护理液的制备方法是将配方中的材料依次添加到分散机内搅拌均匀,然后加入纳米研磨机进行研磨至颗粒状。本发明主要针对皮肤浅表炎症、创口进行抑菌护理。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗与日用化工技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,该纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液适用于皮肤浅表炎症、创伤,也是一种日常环境、日用品以及果蔬的消毒除菌液。
背景技术
在日常的工作和生活中,皮肤发生炎症或创伤在所难免。普通创口贴虽然技术成熟,能够压紧创口止血,并且结构小巧便于携带。但是,普通创口贴所用的胶布多为棉质、塑胶质,这种材料透气性差,阻止创口周围皮肤的自由呼吸,正常分泌的汗液或水汽不能透过胶布,容易致使细菌生长繁殖引发创口感染。其次,普通创口贴是利用其胶粘作用使其固定在创口外的皮肤上,而粘胶的物质含有溶剂和树脂,对创口的愈合存在不利因素。同时,其所存在的间隙也不能使创口完全隔离,这样难免会有水尘埃细菌进入伤口,导致创口感染。再者,普通创口贴都有固定的规格尺寸大小,只能适用于符合规格尺寸大小的伤口,不能适用于各种不同大小的伤口。
目前,市面上的创口贴具有防水与透气的优点,但是材质大多以树脂为成膜物质。所以,其內在物质中不免含有乙醇或溶剂,对创口有强烈刺激而造成使用者的痛感,所以很难迅速止痛止血,味觉欠佳、刺鼻。并且,在创口愈合后还存在树脂为成膜物质的膜层等。
因此,研究一种多效的创口贴很有必要。此类创口贴需要满足抵御外界微生物入侵、排泄及防止水分蒸发、调节体温、维持机体内环境稳定、不含溶剂快速减轻创面疼痛、促使皮肤细胞因子迅速生长等需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于皮肤浅表炎症创口纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,满足人们对创口贴防水和透气的需求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提出的技术方案如下:一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,其特征在于,所述护理液按照质量百分比配方如下:去离子水70-80%,钛离子2-5%,分散剂0.1-3%,钙离子0.5-5%,银离子0.1-5%,蜗牛萃取液0.3-3%,人参萃取液0.5-2%,蜂蜜萃取液0.5-2%,燕窝萃取液0.5-2%,薄荷脑0-3%,酵母萃取液0-3%,白芍萃取液0-3%,艾草萃取液0.1-5%,积雪草萃取液0-10%,黄芪萃取液0-10%,甘草提取液0.1-5%,白芷萃取液0.1-5%,肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液0.1-6%。
进一步的,所述护理液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将所述的去离子水、高活性纳米负离子二氧化钛、高活性纳米钙离子、高活性纳米银离子、分散剂、按照比例依次倒入分散机的容器内,之后启动分散机搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将所述的去离子水、人参萃取液、蜂蜜萃取液、燕窝萃取液、薄荷脑、酵母萃取液、蜗牛萃取液、白芍萃取液、艾草萃取液、积雪草萃取液、黄芪、肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液依次添加到分散机内,启动分散机搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将上述搅拌好的原料加入纳米研磨机进行研磨,研磨1至5遍,直至颗粒粒径达到25-50纳米级范围。
优选的,所述水为医用去离子水、超净化饮用医用小分子水。
优选的,钛离子为食品或药品级高活性纳米负离子二氧化钛为抑菌的纳米膜物质。
优选的,所述银离子为食品或药品级高活性纳米银离子为抑菌物质。
优选的,所述钙离子为食品或药品级高活性纳米钙离子为纳米膜物质。
优选的,所述护理液的制备方法中步骤一和步骤二中的分散机的搅拌速度为800-1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为20分钟,保持25度恒温。
优选的,所述所述护理液的制备方法中步骤三的纳米研磨温度不得高于25度。
为了进一步地实现本技术方案,所述酵母萃取液为生肌物质。
为了进一步地实现本技术方案,所述肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液为生肌物质。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是一种皮肤浅表炎症创口纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,根据人类皮肤浅表炎症、创口治疗的特性进行制备,故而不受创口规则的制约,也无须其他配备。在本发明的配方中,艾叶萃取液起到防腐作用,钛离子、钙离子、银离子、薄荷脑、白芍萃取液、黄芪萃取液、甘草提取液原液中能够广泛消毒、消炎、抗菌、灭菌、止痛以及止痒。本发明中所采用的去离子水为医用去离子水、是超净化饮用医用小分子中的一种为各种物质的载体,方便应用。
护理液中所用的萃取液也具有其独特功效。人参是很好的保健养生的中药材,人参萃取液可以帮助降低血糖和血脂的,可以降低血液的浓度和血液的胆固醇,起到预防和治疗心血管疾病的作用,同时还可以强化心脏的功能。蜂蜜萃取液具有消炎、止痒、除菌、除臭功效,可以促进血液循环及细胞修护。燕窝萃取液内有抑制酪氨酸酶,预防黑色素,具有抗老化和抗皱的特性,美白肌肤的功效。酵母萃取液对皮肤具有非常出色的平衡油质、润白淡斑、抗衰、保湿及修复功能,它能抑制酪氨酸酶活性,消除晦暗肤色,保持肌肤的正常弹性,酵母萃取液富含保湿因子(NMF),促使角质层能更有效保持水分,给予肌肤深度润泽。蜗牛萃取液含有胶原蛋白,胶原蛋白皮肤重要结缔组织成分,与弹力蛋白共同架构完整皮肤,具有保持水分的功效,蜗牛萃取液还含有尿囊素,能够有效修补伤痕,帮助皮肤对抗自由基,具保湿、伤口愈合、抗发炎、刺激细胞再生。积雪草萃取液中的一种为表皮细胞生长因子,当皮肤在受伤的时候,自体会分泌生长因子促使伤口自然修复,使细胞加速生长的物质。
本发明的皮肤浅表炎症创口纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,克服以往普通创口贴其粘胶的物质含有溶剂和树脂,固定的规格尺寸大小,不能适用于各种不同大小伤口对创口的愈合存在不利因素,不能使创口完全隔离,难免会有水、尘埃、细菌进入伤口,导致创口感染。普通液体创口贴均以溶剂树脂为成膜物质,其物质中含有大量溶剂,而这些溶剂对创口愈合有一定的阻滞,並且有强烈刺激所造成的痛感,是对皮肤细胞的再次伤害,缺泛抵御外界微生物入侵、排泄及防止水分蒸发、调节体温、维持机体内环境稳定、快速减轻创面疼痛、促使皮肤细胞因子迅速生长、保障创口愈合所需的湿润、止血效果、灭菌广泛、味觉、创口刺痛,在创口愈合后还存在膜层需要剥离等技术障碍。
具体实施方式
为了能够更好的理解本发明的技术方案,以下将列举具体实施例来进行说明,但这些具体实施例不应限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
一种皮肤浅表炎症创口纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,按照质量百分比计算,其配方包括如下组分:去离子水70%,钛离子5%,分散剂0.5%,钙离子2.5%,银离子2%,蜗牛萃取液1%,人参萃取液0.5%,蜂蜜萃取液1.5%,燕窝萃取液0.7%,薄荷脑3%,酵母萃取液1.5%,白芍萃取液0.8%,艾草萃取液3%,积雪草萃取液1%,黄芪萃取液1%,甘草提取液2%,白芷萃取液0.5%,肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液3%。
实施例1的制备方法如下:
步骤一:将所述的去离子水、高活性纳米负离子二氧化钛、高活性纳米钙离子、高活性纳米银离子、分散剂、按照比例依次倒入分散机的容器内,启动分散机搅拌均匀;分散机的搅拌速度为800转/分钟,搅拌时间为20分钟,保持25度恒温。
步骤二:将所述的去离子水、人参萃取液、蜂蜜萃取液、燕窝萃取液、薄荷脑、酵母萃取液、蜗牛萃取液、白芍萃取液、艾草萃取液、积雪草萃取液、黄芪、肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液按照比例依次添加到分散机内,启动分散机搅拌均匀;分散机的搅拌速度为800转/分钟,搅拌时间为20分钟,保持25度恒温。
步骤三:将上述搅拌好的原料加入纳米研磨机进行研磨,研磨1至5遍,直至颗粒粒径达到25-50纳米级范围,研磨温度不得高于25度。
实施例2:
一种皮肤浅表炎症创口纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,按照质量百分比计算,其配方包括如下:去离子水70%,钛离子2%,分散剂0.5%,钙离子2%,银离子1.5%,蜗牛萃取液3%,人参萃取液0.5%,蜂蜜萃取液1%,燕窝萃取液1%,薄荷脑3%,酵母萃取液2%,白芍萃取液1%,艾草萃取液2.5%,积雪草萃取液2%,黄芪萃取液1%,甘草提取液1.5%,白芷萃取液1%,肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液4%。
实施例2的制备方法如下:
步骤一:将所述的去离子水、高活性纳米负离子二氧化钛、高活性纳米钙离子、高活性纳米银离子、分散剂、按照比例依次倒入分散机的容器内,启动分散机搅拌均匀;分散机的搅拌速度为900转/分钟,搅拌时间为20分钟,保持25度恒温。
步骤二:将所述的去离子水、人参萃取液、蜂蜜萃取液、燕窝萃取液、薄荷脑、酵母萃取液、蜗牛萃取液、白芍萃取液、艾草萃取液、积雪草萃取液、黄芪、肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液按照比例依次添加到分散机内,启动分散机搅拌均匀;分散机的搅拌速度为900转/分钟,搅拌时间为20分钟,保持25度恒温。
步骤三:将上述搅拌好的原料加入纳米研磨机进行研磨,研磨1至5遍,直至颗粒粒径达到25-50纳米级范围,研磨温度不得高于25度。
实施例3:
一种皮肤浅表炎症创口纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液的具体成分、比例如下:去离子水70%,钛离子3%,分散剂0.5%,钙离子2%,银离子2%,蜗牛萃取液2.5%,人参萃取液1%,蜂蜜萃取液1.5%,燕窝萃取液1.5%,薄荷脑2%,酵母萃取液1%,白芍萃取液0.5%,艾草萃取液1.5%,积雪草萃取液1%,黄芪萃取液1%,甘草提取液2%,白芷萃取液1%,肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液5%。
实施例3的制备方法如下:
步骤一:将所述的去离子水、高活性纳米负离子二氧化钛、高活性纳米钙离子、高活性纳米银离子、分散剂、按照比例依次倒入分散机的容器内,启动分散机搅拌均匀;分散机的搅拌速度为1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为20分钟,保持25度恒温。
步骤二:将所述的去离子水、人参萃取液、蜂蜜萃取液、燕窝萃取液、薄荷脑、酵母萃取液、蜗牛萃取液、白芍萃取液、艾草萃取液、积雪草萃取液、黄芪、肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液按照比例依次添加到分散机内,启动分散机搅拌均匀;分散机的搅拌速度为1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为20分钟,保持25度恒温。
步骤三:将上述搅拌好的原料加入纳米研磨机进行研磨,研磨1至5遍,直至颗粒粒径达到25-50纳米级范围,研磨温度不得高于25度。
以上三个具体实施例的使用的水,不仅仅限于医用去离子水,还可以是饮用纯净水、超净化饮用与医用小分子水中的一种。
本发明的皮肤浅表炎症、创口纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,使用时无刺痛感,能迅速形成网状纳米膜层连接创口断裂的细胞,以其中的纳米离子能量激发与结合人类自身潜在的能量,促进创口细胞的快速生长功能;具有广泛的使用范围,如皮肤浅表的过敏性炎症、外伤、疮、疔、蚊虫叮咬,主要功效:杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄糖球菌、黄曲霉菌、白色念球菌、病原性细菌、化脓性球菌、医院常见感染细菌、真菌、致病性酵母菌、阻隔病毒入侵、止血、消毒、消炎、镇痛、止痒、润湿、生肌。
与现有普通创口贴、液体创口贴产品比较,本发明的一种皮肤浅表炎症创口纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液具有以下特点:对创口无刺激、不会造成损伤,具有迅速镇痛、止血、消毒、消炎、抑菌的功效,能够有效保护伤口,防止二次感染。充分保持伤口生肌愈合所需的水份;纳米离子网膜结构,快速成膜;促进皮肤细胞快速生长,使伤口自然修复。

1.一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,其特征在于,所述护理液按照质量百分比配方如下:去离子水70-80%,钛离子2-5%,分散剂0.1-3%,钙离子0.5-5%,银离子0.1-5%,蜗牛萃取液0.3-3%,人参萃取液0.5-2%,蜂蜜萃取液0.5-2%,燕窝萃取液0.5-2%,薄荷脑0-3%,酵母萃取液0-3%,白芍萃取液0-3%,艾草萃取液0.1-5%,积雪草萃取液0-10%,黄芪萃取液0-10%,甘草提取液0.1-5%,白芷萃取液0.1-5%,肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液0.1-6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,其特征在于,所述护理液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将所述的去离子水、高活性纳米负离子二氧化钛、高活性纳米钙离子、高活性纳米银离子、分散剂、按照比例依次倒入分散机的容器内,之后启动分散机搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将所述的去离子水、人参萃取液、蜂蜜萃取液、燕窝萃取液、薄荷脑、酵母萃取液、蜗牛萃取液、白芍萃取液、艾草萃取液、积雪草萃取液、黄芪、肌肤细胞生长因子萃取液依次添加到分散机内,启动分散机搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将上述搅拌好的原料加入纳米研磨机进行研磨,研磨1至5遍,直至颗粒粒径达到25-50纳米级范围。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,其特征在于,所述水为医用去离子水、超净化饮用医用小分子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,其特征在于,所述钛离子为食品或药品级高活性纳米负离子二氧化钛为抑菌的纳米膜物质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,其特征在于,所述银离子为食品或药品级高活性纳米银离子为抑菌物质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,其特征在于,所述钙离子为食品或药品级高活性纳米钙离子为纳米膜物质。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,其特征在于,所述护理液的制备方法中步骤一和步骤二中的分散机的搅拌速度为800-1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为20分钟,保持25度恒温。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种纳米离子抑菌生肌护理液,其特征在于,所述所述护理液的制备方法中步骤三的纳米研磨温度不得高于25度。
