技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗痤疮的中药组合物。
背景技术
痤疮是毛囊皮脂腺单位的一种慢性炎症性皮肤病，好发于青少年,青春期后往往能自然减轻或痊愈。它的发生主要与皮脂分泌过多、毛囊皮脂腺导管堵塞、细菌感染和炎症反应等因素密切相关。临床表现以好发于面部的粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节等多形性皮损为特点。一般多见于青少年面部及背部，严重的痤疮的危害会影响他们的生活质量。目前，临床上常采用抗生素、性激素、维甲酸类等来治疗痤疮，虽有一定的效果，但治标不治本，并且用这些化学药物治疗存在一定的副作用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中采用抗生素药物及激素类药物治疗痤疮存在副作用大、治标不治本的不足，本发明提供一种配伍科学、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗痤疮的中药组合物。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种治疗痤疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：桑白皮5-15份，枙子5-15份，生地10-20份，生大黄5-15份，连翘 10-20份，茵陈10-20份，牡丹皮5-15份，生薏苡仁20-40份，云苓20-40份，白术10-30份，桂枝10-30份，当归10-30份，丹皮10-30份，黄连10-30份，升麻5-15份，金银花10-20份，小麦10-30份，大枣10-30份，薄荷5-15份，生甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗痤疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量g配比为：桑白皮10份，枙子10份，生地15份，生大黄10份，连翘 15份，茵陈15份，牡丹皮10份，生薏苡仁30份，云苓30份，白术20份，桂枝20份，当归20份，丹皮20份，黄连20份，升麻10份，金银花15份，小麦20份，大枣20份，薄荷10份，生甘草10份。
痤疮因血热存在，血中之毒是由五脏蕴热，注入血脉；另外，经络中血气不和，外来湿邪，热邪损伤人体血液，导致痤疮。因此治疗痤疮应以清热解毒、活血祛湿为治则。
本发明所提供的中药组合物配伍科学，本发明的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率90%，治愈率达72%。

实施例1
一种治疗痤疮的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：桑白皮10g，枙子10g，生地15g，生大黄10g，连翘 15g，茵陈15g，牡丹皮10g，生薏苡仁30g，云苓30g，白术20g，桂枝20g，当归20g，丹皮20g，黄连20g，升麻10g，金银花15g，小麦20g，大枣20g，薄荷10g，生甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗痤疮的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：桑白皮15份，枙子5份，生地20份，生大黄5份，连翘 20份，茵陈10份，牡丹皮15份，生薏苡仁20份，云苓40份，白术10份，桂枝30份，当归10份，丹皮30份，黄连10份，升麻15份，金银花10份，小麦30份，大枣10份，薄荷15份，生甘草5份。
实施例3
一种治疗痤疮的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：桑白皮5g，枙子15g，生地10g，生大黄15g，连翘 10g，茵陈20g，牡丹皮5g，生薏苡仁40g，云苓20g，白术30g，桂枝10g，当归30g，丹皮10g，黄连30g，升麻5g，金银花20g，小麦10g，大枣30g，薄荷5g，生甘草15g。
下面结合本发明的中药组合物，在本人所处医院进行临床疗效实验如下：
1、临床病例选择：挑选58例痤疮患者，年龄15-35岁。
2、临床症状：多发于男女青春期之面部及胸背部，常伴有皮脂溢出；初起在毛囊口，呈现小米粒大小红色丘疹，亦可演变为脓疱；此后可形成硬结样白头粉刺或黑头粉刺，严重病例可形成硬结性囊肿；以上症状可认定为痤疮。
3、用法用量：临床应用时，将本发明提供的中药原料按照传统水煎法煎煮两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，一天一剂，七天一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
4、疗效标准：
（1）、治愈：临床症状消失；
（2）、有效：临床症状明显减轻；
（3）、无效：临床症状无改善。
5、实验结果：
中药治疗效果：治疗2-4个疗程，治愈42例，有效10例，无效6例。经不良反应（ADR）安全性评价，治疗期间未发生毒副作用。

1. 一种治疗痤疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：桑白皮5-15份，枙子5-15份，生地10-20份，生大黄5-15份，连翘 10-20份，茵陈10-20份，牡丹皮5-15份，生薏苡仁20-40份，云苓20-40份，白术10-30份，桂枝10-30份，当归10-30份，丹皮10-30份，黄连10-30份，升麻5-15份，金银花10-20份，小麦10-30份，大枣10-30份，薄荷5-15份，生甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗痤疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：桑白皮10份，枙子10份，生地15份，生大黄10份，连翘 15份，茵陈15份，牡丹皮10份，生薏苡仁30份，云苓30份，白术20份，桂枝20份，当归20份，丹皮20份，黄连20份，升麻10份，金银花15份，小麦20份，大枣20份，薄荷10份，生甘草10份。
