Abstract

本发明主要涉及一种含有薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液及其制备方法，包括以下几个步骤：将薯莨放至真空干燥箱，设置一定温度后，干燥若干小时后使用高速粉碎机进行粉碎，过50目筛得到薯莨粉末，常温干燥环境保存备用。取一定量薯莨粉末和亚硫酸钠放至圆底烧杯，加入一定量的水后置于超声发生器内，设置超声频率及超声时间，经减压过滤后，得单宁提取物，向提取物中加入定量乙醇，混合均匀后高速离心，收集上清液得到纯化的薯莨单宁提取物。所述的薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液由植物油、甘油、去离子水、乳化剂、防腐剂、精油等组成。所含薯莨提取物单宁可有效抑制黑色素的形成及减少自由基的生成，从而达到美白抗皱的效果。

一种薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液
技术领域
本发明涉及护肤化妆品，具体涉及含薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤的颜色主要由黑色素含量决定，黑色素的生成是在紫外线作用下黑色素细胞内酪氨酸经酪氨酸酶催化合成的。单宁既能吸收紫外线，又能抑制酪氨酸酶和过氧化氢酶的活性，也能使黑色素还原脱色，还能有效清除活性氧，因此在美容产品添加含单宁物质如薯莨单宁提取物可实现美白功效。
薯莨所含单宁还具有抗氧化性，一方面单宁含有还原性的多酚羟基，在较高pH(pH>3.5)、酶以及充足水分的条件，单宁C环邻位酚羟基(邻苯二酚，邻苯三酚) 很容易被氧化脱氢缩合合成红棕色不溶于水的“鞣红”沉淀，如切开的的苹果，香蕉皮和茶水久置后生成“鞣红”，这一过程消耗环境中的氧，同时表现为颜色加深。另一方面多酚作为优良的氢给予体，释放的氢和电子将单线态（1O2）还原成活性较低的三线态氧（3O2），减少氧自由基的产生，同时与环境中的自由基结合，终止了由自由基引发的链反应。因此使得单宁的抗氧化性比常用的抗氧化剂维生素C，维生素E强，且在与维生素C，维生素E同时存在时，具有协同抗氧化作用。
薯莨粉末为浅红棕色，有草酸钙针晶，块茎中含有单宁、苷类、多糖、人体必需氨基酸、矿质元素、不饱和脂肪酸和挥发性组分等多种成分，薯莨鞣质也称植物单宁，其薯莨单宁为多聚原花青定，数均分子量4800左右，聚合度16。薯莨单宁含量较多，而目前关于薯莨的应用主要为织物的扎染，其提取物用于美容产品尚未见到报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是充分利用薯莨提取物中单宁的抗氧化及美白功效。开发一种工艺简单、具有美白抗皱功效的薯莨提取物乳液，其制备工艺包括以下步骤：
（1）薯莨提取物的制备：将薯莨放至真空干燥箱设置一定温度，干燥若干小时后使用高速粉碎机进行粉碎，过筛得到薯莨粉末，常温干燥环境保存备用。取一定量薯莨粉末和亚硫酸钠放至圆底烧杯。加入一定量的水后置于超声发生器内，设置超声频率及超声时间，经减压过滤后，得单宁提取物，向提取物中加入定量乙醇，混合均匀后高速离心，收集上清液后经冷冻干燥得到纯化的薯莨单宁提取物。
（2）含薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液的制备，其中各组成成分按重量计：将10~20份薯莨提取物、90~100份去离子水、5~8份甘油按照一定的比例搅拌均匀制得水相，将10~15份植物油、1~5份月桂醇醚-7，缓慢将油相加至水相，保持搅拌速度1500rpm/min继续搅拌若干分钟，加入0.5~2份精油、0.05~0.10防腐剂，待温度降至室温即出料制得含有薯莨提取物的美白抗皱乳液。
（3）配方所述植物油为橄榄油、月见草油、小麦胚芽油、乳木果油、鳄梨油、葡萄籽油、杏仁油其中至少一种。
本发明优点：高效提取薯莨单宁成分，充分利用薯莨提取物中单宁成分抗氧化及抑制黑色素形成的功效，制得含薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液，其有效成分高，具有良好抗皱美白功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明
实施例1一种含薯莨提取物美白润肤霜的制备包括以下步骤：
（1）将薯莨放至真空干燥箱设置温度40℃，干燥24h后使用高速粉碎机进行粉碎，过50目筛得到薯莨粉末，常温干燥环境保存备用。取20g薯莨粉末和1g的亚硫酸钠放至圆底烧杯，加入80ml水后置于超声发生器内，设置超声频率为40kHZ，经减压过滤后，得单宁提取物，向提取物中加入160ml乙醇（V提取物：V乙醇=1：2），混合均匀后4000rpm离心15min，收集上清液得到纯化的薯莨单宁提取物；
（2）含薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液的制备，其中各组成成分按重量计：将10份薯莨提取物、90份去离子水、5份甘油按照一定的比例搅拌均匀制得水相，将5份葡萄籽油、5份乳木果油、5份鳄梨油、5份月桂醇醚-7，缓慢将油相加至水相，保持搅拌速度1500rpm/min继续搅拌10min，加入0.5份薰衣草精油、0.05份异噻唑啉酮，待温度降至室温即出料制得含有薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液。
实施例2 一种含薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液的制备包括以下步骤：
（1）将薯莨放至真空干燥箱设置温度40℃，干燥24h后使用高速粉碎机进行粉碎，过50目筛得到薯莨粉末，常温干燥环境保存备用。取25g薯莨粉末和1.2的亚硫酸钠放至圆底烧杯，加入100ml水后置于超声发生器内，设置超声频率为40kHZ，经减压过滤后，得单宁提取物，向提取物中加入200ml乙醇（V提取物：V乙醇=1：2），混合均匀后4000rpm离心15min，收集上清液得到纯化的薯莨单宁提取物；
（2）含薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液的制备，其中各组成成分按重量计：将15份薯莨提取物、100份去离子水、7份甘油按照一定的比例搅拌均匀制得水相，将5份橄榄油、5份月见草油、5份鳄梨油、、7份月桂醇醚-7，缓慢将油相加至水相，保持搅拌速度1500rpm/min继续搅拌10min，加入0.5份玫瑰精油、0.05份异噻唑啉酮，待温度降至室温即出料制得含有薯莨提取物美白抗皱乳液。

Claims (4)

1.一种含薯莨提取物的美白抗皱乳液，其制备方法特征在于将薯莨放至真空干燥箱设置一定温度，干燥若干小时后使用高速粉碎机进行粉碎，过筛得到薯莨粉末，常温干燥环境保存备用，取一定量薯莨粉末和亚硫酸钠放至圆底烧杯，加入一定量的水后置于超声发生器内，设置超声频率及超声时间，经减压过滤后，得单宁提取物，向提取物中加入定量乙醇，混合均匀后高速离心，收集上清液后经冷冻干燥得到纯化的薯莨单宁提取物；各组成成分按重量计：将10~20份薯莨提取物、90~100份去离子水、5~8份甘油按照一定的比例搅拌均匀制得水相，将10~15份植物油、1~5份月桂醇醚-7，缓慢将油相加至水相，保持搅拌速度1500rpm/min继续搅拌若干分钟，加入0.5~2份精油、0.05~0.10防腐剂，待温度降至室温即出料制得含有薯莨提取物的美白抗皱乳液。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的制备方法，其特征在于所述植物油为橄榄油、月见草油、小麦胚芽油、乳木果油、鳄梨油、葡萄籽油、杏仁油其中至少一种。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的制备方法，其特征在于薯莨单宁提取物与乙醇比例为1：2。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的制备方法，其特征在于薯莨提取物原料来自薯莨。
