Abstract
The invention provides a goose feed containing green chicory, which is prepared by mixing corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, alfalfa powder, L-lysine hydrochloride, DL-methionine, tryptophan, arginine, salt, stone powder, calcium hydrophosphate, premix, mildew preventive, choline and green chicory. The invention reduces the dosage of the conventional feed raw materials (concentrated feed) such as corn, bean pulp and the like in the feed formula, fully utilizes the green straw feed, and is beneficial to relieving the contradiction of the shortage of the main feed raw materials; the nutrition level and the concentrated feed dosage of the formula are reduced, and the cost of the whole feed is effectively reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of poultry feed, and particularly relates to goose feed containing green chicory.
Background
At present, the shortage of conventional feed raw materials becomes an important factor for restricting the healthy and rapid development of the breeding industry in China. With the continuous development of the breeding industry, the contradiction of the supply shortage of conventional feed raw materials (such as corn, soybean meal and the like) is further aggravated. The green and coarse fodder which is widely developed and utilized and has wide sources and low price is an effective graph for relieving the shortage of the raw materials of the conventional fodder. The goose is a herbivorous poultry and has strong digestion and utilization capability on green and coarse fodder such as pasture and agricultural product processing byproducts. Chicory is a perennial root plant of chicory of the family Compositae, has rich nutrition, good palatability and high digestibility, and contains bioactive substances such as polysaccharide, flavone, alkaloid, organic acid and the like. The chicory is a high-quality feed raw material for animals such as pigs, chickens and cattle, and the production performance and the immunity of the animals can be effectively improved by adding the chicory into the feed, and the muscle quality of the animals is improved. At present, chicory is widely cultivated and utilized in all over the world as a high-yield and high-quality pasture. The invention aims to develop a goose feed containing green chicory, and provides technical guidance for the preparation of low-conventional feed raw material type feed and the development and utilization of chicory as the goose feed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a goose feed containing green chicory, which can reduce the feed cost by reducing the using amount of concentrate.
Goose feed containing green chicory is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight:
goose feed containing green chicory is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in the optimal parts by weight:
the premix comprises 5 parts of 50 ten thousand IU/g vitamin A and 50 ten thousand IU/g vitamin D34 portions of vitamin E with the content of 50 percent, 0.5 portion of vitamin E with the content of 50 percentSodium sulfite menadione 4 parts, vitamin B with content of 90%12 portions of vitamin B with the content of 80 percent213 portions of vitamin B with the content of 82 percent64 portions of vitamin B with the content of 2 percent121 part, 25 parts of folic acid with the content of 4 percent, 8 parts of biotin with the content of 2 percent, 51 parts of nicotinic acid with the content of 98 percent, 10 parts of calcium pantothenate with the content of 98 percent, 32 parts of copper sulfate with the content of 25 percent, 200 parts of ferrous sulfate with the content of 30 percent, 267 parts of manganese sulfate with the content of 31.8 percent, 174 parts of zinc sulfate with the content of 34.5 percent, 30 parts of sodium selenite premix with the content of 1 percent, 1 part of potassium iodide with the content of 75.6 percent and 2171 parts of bentonite.
Table 1 experimental diet formula (parts by weight)
The results (table 2) show that the daily gain was not significantly different in the test 1-3 groups compared to the control group (P >0.05), and the daily gain was significantly lower in the test 4 groups than in the remaining 4 groups (P < 0.05).
TABLE 2 influence of different experimental diet formulas on the performance of 28-70 geese
The results (table 3) show that the pectoral muscle rates of the test groups 1-3 were not significantly different (P >0.05) compared to the control group, the pectoral muscle rate of the test group 4 was significantly lower than that of the other groups (P <0.05), and the difference between the other groups was not significant (P > 0.05); the abdominal fat rate of the test groups 1-3 is not obviously different from that of the control group (P is more than 0.05), and the abdominal fat rate of the test group 4 is lower than that of the control group and the test groups 1-2 (P is less than 0.05); there was no significant difference in the leg muscle rate and sebum rate for each group (P > 0.05).
TABLE 3 influence of different experimental diet formulas on slaughter Performance of 70-day-old geese
TABLE 4 influence of different experimental diet formulas on the conventional nutrient content in the pectoralis muscle of 70-day-old geese
Table 5 test of the effect of feed formula on the amino acid content in the breast muscle of 70-day-old geese (absolutely dry basis,%)
The results (tables 4 and 5) show that there was no significant difference in the levels of pectoral muscle moisture, crude protein, intramuscular fat, and amino acids among all treatment groups (P > 0.05).
In conclusion, the production performance and the muscle nutrient content of the 3 groups of the test are not obviously different from those of the control group and the 1 and 2 groups of the test, but the dosage of the concentrate such as corn, bean pulp and the like in the feed formula is lower than that of the control group and the 1 and 2 groups of the test. Therefore, the diet formula is preferably the experimental 3 group formula.
