背景技术
青菜为含维生素和矿物质最丰富的蔬菜之一,为保证身体的生理需要提供物质条件,有助于增强机体免疫能力;青菜中含有大量粗纤维,其进入人体内与脂肪结合后,可防止血浆胆固醇形成,促使胆固醇代谢物得以排出体外,以减少动脉粥样硬化的形成,从而保持血管弹性;青菜中含有大量胡萝卜素和维生素C,进入人体后可促进皮肤细胞代谢,防止皮肤粗糙及色素沉着,使皮肤亮洁,延缓衰老。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品的要求也越来越严格,食用的东西营养丰富的同时必须也要对人体无任何伤害和副作用,因此有机产品越来越受广大消费者的欢迎,有机青菜的生产也非常迎合市场的需求,但是,在有机青菜的生产过程中,其出苗速度不理想,而且幼苗极易受到病害的影响,从而影响青菜的产量和品质;因此,发明一种能够有效解决以上问题的育苗方法是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种有机青菜的育苗方法,能够有效缩短青菜的出苗时间,降低其霜霉病病害率和病毒病病害率。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种有机青菜的育苗方法,具体方法如下:
(1)选种及浸种处理
选择颗粒饱满、无虫眼的青菜种,用温度为39~41℃的温水浸泡14~16min,沥水取出,用浸泡液浸泡26~28min,沥水取出,晾晒至水分含量为13%~15%;
所述的浸种液,由以下重量份的原料制成:雨树汁6.8~8.0份、西托糖苷1.2~1.4份、异鼠李素2.7~2.9份、原阿片碱4.4~4.8份、麦角甾醇2.2~2.6份;
(2)拌种处理
将经步骤(1)处理过的青菜种,与拌种剂混合搅拌均匀进行拌种处理;所述的拌种剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:黄连粉7.7~8.5份、礞石粉4.4~5.2份、白蚂蚁花汁12~14份、繁星花汁4.2~5.4份、左旋薄荷酮1.7~2.3份、荷叶碱0.8~1.2份;
(3)基质育苗
将经步骤(2)处理过的青菜种播种于育苗棚的育苗基质内,浇透水,之后每天15:30~17:00对育苗基质进行浇水,使育苗基质含水量达到88%~92%,直至青菜苗长出2~3片真叶移入大田;所述的育苗基质,由以下重量份的原料制成:腐熟牛粪80~90份、三棱粉0.6~0.7份、蛭石粉140~150份、腐殖土280~300份、夜花藤粉0.3~0.5份。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的浸种液的质量分数为0.01%~0.02%。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)所述的白蚂蚁花汁按以下步骤进行制备:取23~25重量份的新鲜白蚂蚁花花瓣粉碎,加入16~17重量份、质量分数为57%~61%的乙醇溶液进行研磨,过滤,取汁,得白蚂蚁花汁;步骤(2)所述的繁星花汁按以下步骤进行制备:取12~13重量份的新鲜繁星花花瓣粉碎,加入6~7重量份、质量分数为52%~54%的乙醇溶液进行研磨,过滤,取汁,得繁星花汁。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种有机青菜的育苗方法,在种子播种前,先使用本发明的浸种液进行浸泡,能够有效提高种子的活性,促进其快速发芽、生根、出苗,然后使用本发明的拌种剂进行拌种处理,能够有效起到杀菌、驱虫、促根、壮苗的功效;使用本发明的育苗基质进行育苗,为幼苗生长提供丰富的养分,增强抗病能力,有效促进幼苗茎杆的粗壮、根系的粗壮生长和叶片的青绿生长发育;本发明使得青菜的出苗时间降低至1.7~2.0天、霜霉病病害率降低至2.7%~3.0%、病毒病病害率降低至2.3%~2.5%,为移入大田奠定良好的基础,从而提高单株重和产量;本发明在青菜的育苗过程中,不使用任何化学农药和化肥,全程使用有机肥和绿色无污染的药物,实现了青菜的安全生产。

本发明实施例中,一种有机青菜的育苗方法,具体方法如下:
(1)选种及浸种处理

(3)基质育苗

(3)基质育苗
将经步骤(2)处理过的青菜种播种于育苗棚的育苗基质内,浇透水,之后每天15:30~17:00对育苗基质进行浇水,使育苗基质含水量达到92%,直至青菜苗长出2~3片真叶移入大田;所述的育苗基质,由以下重量份的原料制成:腐熟牛粪90份、三棱粉0.7份、蛭石粉150份、腐殖土300份、夜花藤粉0.5份。

从表1可以看出,本发明的育苗方法能够有效缩短青菜的出苗时间,降低其霜霉病病害率和病毒病病害率,使得出苗时间降低至1.7~2.0天、相对青菜的普通育苗方法缩短了1.4~1.7天,使得霜霉病病害率降低至2.7%~3.0%、相对青菜的普通育苗方法降低了9.3%~9.6%,使得病毒病病害率降低至2.3%~2.5%、相对青菜的普通育苗方法降低了8.9%~9.1%。

(1)选种及浸种处理

3.根据权利要求1所述的有机青菜的育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的白蚂蚁花汁按以下步骤进行制备:取23~25重量份的新鲜白蚂蚁花花瓣粉碎,加入16~17重量份、质量分数为57%~61%的乙醇溶液进行研磨,过滤,取汁,得白蚂蚁花汁;步骤(2)所述的繁星花汁按以下步骤进行制备:取12~13重量份的新鲜繁星花花瓣粉碎,加入6~7重量份、质量分数为52%~54%的乙醇溶液进行研磨,过滤,取汁,得繁星花汁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有机青菜的育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的拌种剂的质量分数为0.14%~0.18%,拌种时青菜种与拌种剂的重量比为1:3.3~3.7。
