Abstract

本发明公开了一种冷藏室用风扇装置,包括支架、冷却液箱、通过驱动电机驱动的风扇以及设有若干喷嘴的环形管,所述的支架上设有风筒,所述的风扇位于风筒内,所述风扇通过空心旋转轴连接驱动电机,所述的环形管位于风扇前侧,所述的环形管通过输液管连接冷却液箱。本发明通过在支架上设置风筒,在风筒内安装风扇,使喷嘴喷出的雾状冷却液在风力带动下喷出,从而保证喷药集中、距离远,防止冷却液向四周散出,控制喷出范围精准,节约冷却液效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于机械自动化技术领域,涉及一种冷藏室用风扇装置装置。
背景技术
现如今,随着工业化的不断向前发展,农业生产也正在高速实现社会化和专门化,经济数学方法、电子计算机等在经营管理中的运用越来越广。冷藏室用风扇是一个工作量大、需要大量劳动力,同时劳动强度高。为了克服上述问题,现提供一种方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单的冷藏室用风扇。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种冷藏室用风扇装置,包括支架、冷却液箱、通过驱动电机驱动的风扇以及设有若干喷嘴的环形管,所述的支架上设有风筒,所述的风扇位于风筒内,所述风扇通过空心旋转轴连接驱动电机,所述的环形管位于风扇前侧,所述的环形管通过输液管连接冷却液箱。
进一步地,所述的风筒由平板和环形板构成,所述的风筒通过其两侧的连接块固定在支架上。
更进一步地,所述的风扇前侧设有限位板,所述的限位板通过过渡杆固定连接平板,所述的过渡杆安装在空心旋转轴内,与空心旋转轴转动连接,所述的环形管通过若干个卡扣固定在限位板上。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在支架上设置风筒,在风筒内安装风扇,使喷嘴喷出的雾状冷却液在风力带动下喷出,并且风力集中,从而保证喷出集中、距离远,防止冷却液向四周散出,控制喷洒范围。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本发明提供了一种冷藏室用风扇装置,包括安装在本体上的U形支架1,支架1中部设有风筒2,风筒2由平板21和环形板22构成,风筒2通过其两侧的连接块3与支架1连接。
风筒2内设有风扇4,风扇4通过空心旋转轴7连接驱动电机5,风扇4一侧设有圆形限位板6,限位板6通过过渡杆13连接平板21,过渡杆13安装在空心旋转轴7内,与空心旋转轴7转动连接。
限位板6上设有环形管8,环形管8通过四个卡扣9固定在限位板6上,环形管8上均匀分布有四个喷嘴10,环形管8通过输液管11连接设在本体上的冷却液箱12,输液管11穿过环形板22连接冷却液箱12。
风扇4通过驱动电机5驱动送风,喷嘴10喷出的雾状冷却液在风力带动下对喷出,通过设置风筒2,使风力集中,进而保证风力集中、距离远,防止冷却液向四周散出,控制喷出范围。

1.一种冷藏室用风扇装置,包括支架(1)、冷却液箱(12)、通过驱动电机(5)驱动的风扇(4)以及设有若干喷嘴的环形管(8),其特征在于:所述的支架(1)上设有风筒(2),所述的风扇(4)位于风筒(2)内,所述的风扇(4)通过空心旋转轴(7)连接驱动电机(5),所述的环形管(8)位于风扇(4)前侧,所述的环形管(8)通过输液管(11)连接冷却液箱(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷藏室用风扇装置,其特征在于:所述的风筒(2)由平板(21)和环形板(22)构成,所述的风筒(2)通过其两侧的连接块(3)固定在支架(1)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冷藏室用风扇装置,其特征在于:所述的风扇(4)前侧设有限位板(6),所述的限位板(6)通过过渡杆(13)固定连接平板(21),所述的过渡杆(13)安装在空心旋转轴(7)内,与空心旋转轴(7)转动连接,所述的环形管(8)通过若干个卡扣(9)固定在限位板(6)上。
