Abstract
一种配液射流器,包括主体,主体上端连接工作喷嘴,工作喷嘴连接吸入室,吸入室与混合室相连,混合室侧面装有进料口,进料口上有调节阀,且进料口被限位环限制在主体上,混合室的下边连接扩压室,扩压室下端连接喷射嘴,喷射嘴镶嵌在主体上。实际使用时,用油管柱连接配液射流器主体,下入到井内指定位置,水通过管道进入工作喷嘴内并进入吸入室,同时预先调节好调节阀,确保胶粉进入进料口的量,向进料口内加入高分子聚合物胶粉,水和胶粉在混合室内充分搅拌并混合进入扩压室,并经喷射嘴快速射入被压开的地层裂缝中,从而提高配液质量及工作效率,有利于改善井下压裂效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油和石化领域配液系统——配液射流器。
技术背景
目前,因高分子聚合物胶粉,具有粘度高,易溶于水的特性,当它与水接触时,很容易产生粉团,且粉团一旦产生,则很难被打开,既影响胶液粘度,又是对胶粉极大的浪费,且现场使用的射流喷射器仅依靠经验进行加工制作,工作效率低,且在使用中易发生喷射器堵塞,混合液混合不均匀的现象。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中的问题,本发明提供一种配液系统——配液射流器,该谢流器能进行胶粉的添加,使胶粉先与空气混合后进入水中,胶粉粉粒能分散地与水接触,充分混合,不会出现粉团现象,能优化射流喷射结构,有效地提高配液质量,提高了配液的工作效率。
本发明的技术方案是:该种配液射流器,包括主体,主体上端连接工作喷嘴,工作喷嘴连接吸入室,吸入室与混合室相连,混合室侧面装有进料口,进料口上有调节阀,且进料口被限位环限制在主体上,混合室的下边连接扩压室,扩压室下端连接喷射嘴,喷射嘴镶嵌在主体上。
本发明具有如下有益效果:提高了配液质量及配液工作效率,喷射嘴喷出混合物的速度快,可达超音速,且喷射嘴圆周状分布,有利于改善井下压裂效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:如附图中所示,该种配液射流器,包括主体8,主体8上端装有工作喷嘴1,工作喷嘴1连接吸入室2,吸入室2与混合室6相连,混合室6侧面装有进料口3,进料口3侧面有调节阀4,且进料口3被限位环5限制在主体8上,混合室6的下面接有扩压室7,扩压室7下端连接喷射嘴9,喷射嘴9又镶嵌在主体8上。实际使用时,用油管柱连接配液射流器主体8,下入到井内指定位置,水通过管道进入工作喷嘴1内并进入吸入室2,同时预先调节好调节阀4,确保胶粉进入进料口3的量,向进料口3内加入高分子聚合物胶粉,水和胶粉在混合室6内充分搅拌并混合进入扩压室7,并经喷射嘴8快速射入被压开的地层裂缝中,从而提高配液质量及工作效率,有利于改善井下压裂效果。

1.一种配液射流器,包括主体,其特征在于:主体上端连接工作喷嘴,工作喷嘴连接吸入室,吸入室与混合室相连,吸入室位于喷嘴下方,吸入室下端为直径减小的锥形空腔,混合室侧面装有进料口,进料口上有调节阀,且进料口被内嵌在主体上的限位环限制在主体上,混合室的下边连接扩压室,扩压室下端连接喷射嘴,喷射嘴镶嵌在主体上,所述喷射嘴圆周状分布;用油管柱连接配液射流器主体,下入到井内指定位置,水通过管道进入工作喷嘴内并进入吸入室,同时预先调节好调节阀,确保胶粉进入进料口的量,向进料口内加入胶粉,水和胶粉在所述混合室内充分搅拌并混合进入所述扩压室,并经所述喷射嘴射入被压开的地层裂缝中。
